No había suficientes luces , más que las lámparas las cuales fueron escasas . Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas aunque cuidadas, lo peor el shuttle, tardaron como una hora y media literal y yo iba con mi mamá adulta mayor, de un vuelo de 10 horas, mis respetos para el conductor que se encarga exclusivamente de las compañías , pues corriendo el riesgo acepto llevarnos cuando era el otro conductor que traía retraso

Good price for one night to fly next day. The room is clean and lots of spaces. They have the gym and outdoor swimming pool . Breakfast is good.

When you booked, it doesn’t tell you about transportation clearly. So we almost scanned by local people in the airport. Make sure you go to arrival in platform 26 waiting for the shuttle bus

Recibimos una habitación de categoría superior por estar en un programa de fidelización. Muchas gracias. La habitación era espaciosa y equixitosamente decorada. Una pena sólo haber pasado unas horas ya que llegamos tarde y nos fuimos temprano al día siguiente. Había hielos en el pasillo y nos pareció excelente para poder tomar agua refrescante.

No encontramos una secadora de pelo en el baño. El desayuno era algo justo sin mucha variedad.

Reservamos este hotel precisamente porque estaba cerca del aeropuerto y ofrecía un servicio gratuito de traslado desde/hacia el aeropuerto. Sin embargo, al llegar descubrí que, si no llamas previamente por teléfono, no te atienden ni te recogen. Les escribí por mensaje para solicitar el traslado y no recibí ninguna respuesta. Como consecuencia, tuve que pagar 400 pesos mexicanos por un taxi para llegar al hotel. Al explicar la situación a mi llegada, el personal tampoco me ofreció ninguna solución ni compensación. Me parece especialmente decepcionante que se anuncie un servicio de traslado gratuito que no funciona de forma clara para el cliente y que, además, ante un problema que viene provocado por la falta de respuesta del hotel, no haya ninguna voluntad de solucionarlo. Una experiencia muy poco satisfactoria, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que elegí este hotel por este servicio.

No puedo escribir nada en cobtra, toooodo nos gusto, mi hija la pequeñs expreso que es el mejor hotel en el que ha estado, y comparto su punto vista

Nos gustó el tamaño de la habitación, la cama era grande y cómoda y la cercanía al aeropuerto. El desayuno estaba rico.

Si quieres que te recojan en el aeropuerto tienes que avisar con antelación, recomiendo llamar por teléfono para que te indiquen exactamente donde esperar, ya que no salen a recogerte hasta que coges las maletas facturadas, pueden tardar más de media hora. La ubicación del parking es un poco liosa.

Hotel a l’aeroport. Funcional per marxar aviat a agafar el vol. Bon gimnàs i piscina. Personal servicial, va haver un contratemps a l’habitació i deseguida van enviar algú a reparar-ho. Ens donen esmorzar picnic, al sortir aviat i no poder prendre’l in situ.

I don't generally hold high expectations for airport hotels or Fairfield Inns, for that matter, but this property is a gem of an exception. They building's interior and exterior are thoughtfully designed and features a surprisingly beautiful pool. The rooms are meticulously cleaned and the layout is comfortable and efficient. The real stand outs for this property are the staff. The front desk was quick and pointed out the bar's happy hour and even provided bracelets for the whole family that could be exchanged for welcome drinks. At dinner, the manager of the hotel personally sat us and our server made us laugh and shared stories about old Cancun while also making recommendations and taking care to make special accommodations for our son who suffers from a shellfish allergy. The next morning we enjoyed the buffet and easily hopped onto the free shuttle to the airport. I wish all my hotel experiences were this surprising, charming, and easy.

As the title of the review suggests, as our flight arrived at Cancun airport relatively late, we had a one night stopover at this hotel. Prior to arrival, I contacted the hotel to request contact details and where to meet for the airport shuttle pick up, which were clear to understand. We had about 15 mins to wait at the terminal but when the shuttle bus arrived, as there were already passengers on the bus, there was insufficient room for all waiting at our terminal. As a result, a group had to wait for the next shuttle bus. Journey to the hotel was about 5 mins. Friendly reception staff and a nice room. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast buffet. Will stay here again when we have another late night arrival.

Muy cómodo para descansar cerca del aeropuerto una noche.

El desayuno era muy escaso y de no muy buena calidad. El café expreso te lo cobran aparte y no vale la pena (Estaba bastante malo). La presión de la ducha no te da para enjuagarte el pelo.

Pues ya es algo ajeno al hotel y es que no hay playa cerca, por consiguiente no seria una buena opción para estadias de mas de 1 o 2 dias

La ubicación es perfecta, y el servicio de transporte hacia el aeropuerto está muy adecuado a las necesidades. Aunque nuestra estancia fue breve, lo que pudimos disfrutar del hotel nos dejó muy satisfechos.

The breakfast wasn’t very good

It is a typical airport hotel, with good facilities, a decent restaurant and good breakfast. It's close to the airport and has stores nearby.

They claim to have airport pick up. This was shameful and unacceptgable. We followed their instructions, called when we were ready and waited over one hour in the heat. Calles them back several times and only received lies and uncomprehensible excuses. In the end, we had to spend US 80 for a taxi.

Der kostenlose Transfer! Er ist zwar gekommen, jedoch dauerte es über eine Stunde bis er da war. Wenn man als Familie mit Kindern schon seit 24 Stunden auf den Beinen ist, ist das wirklich nicht schön. Zumal das Hotel nur eine kurze Strecke vom Flughafen entfernt ist. In der Zeit haben wir alle anderen Familien von anderen Hotels abfahren sehen und wir standen zuletzt allein da und waren und zeitweise gar nicht sicher ob er überhaupt noch kommt.

They offer a free shuttle service from and to the airport. Good breakfast and the room is fairly large.

It looks like the tissues were missing in the bathroom this time.

Good amenities, the gym was small but well equipped. The pool was great. Room was clean and functional and great for a one night stay. The staff were exceptional and very friendly with excellent service.

Just be aware it may be a wait for the airport shuttle and you can’t book on the day, you will need to be able to telephone the hotel so will needing roaming to support that.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Perfekte Lage um die Zeit zwischen den Flügen zu überbrücken. Sehr guter Service. Shuttle funktioniert verlässlich und einwandfrei. Für die Ankunft einfach von selbst via Nachrichtenfunktion die Details abfragen um den Shuttle auch für die Anfahrt nutzen zu können. Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück dass immer wieder aufgefüllt wird. Toller Pool, auch bestens für Kinder geeignet.

We stayed at this hotel out of convenience as it was close to the Cancun airport. Upon arrival everything went smoothly. However, they put us in a room close to the elevator. Again, at first I was happy for the convenience. That said, any time the elevator let people off, it sounds exactly like a doorbell. I didn’t think it would be a problem, but it was. Then when we went to sleep that night we decided to turn on the AC as I don’t like it running when we’re not in the room. I was tired when I first went to sleep and then about an hour later I was sweating profusely. I tried to turn down the temp and attempted to go back to bed. At this point it was 1am. I laid in bed for an hour waiting for it to kick in but nothing changed. I got up and looked at the control and it was still the same temp. As I was tired I thought maybe I didn’t do something right. Tired again and laid in bed for an hour. Nothing. At 5am I went down to the front desk to complain. They asked why I hadn’t come down sooner. I’m really sorry but all I was trying to do was sleep. I asked for a refund and they refused. They said they could give me another room to sleep in two floors down. What??? No, not acceptable. This place doesn’t know anything about customer service and I hope someone planning to go there chooses another hotel so they can get some sleep!!

It is certainly close to the airport but not as close as I thought. I had to wait a lot for the shuttle in the way to the hotel.

Fairly straightforward shuttle bus collection from Cancun airport, although there was insufficient space on the shuttle for all the guests waiting. Short, 5 mins, shuttle to the hotel. Friendly reception and breakfast staff. Nice room. Good value.

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Da unser Flug annulliert wurde, haben wir mehrere Tage im Hotel verbracht. Tolles Frühstück mit viel Auswahl.

Die Toilette oder der Abfluss hat manchmal etwas streng gerochen. Der Pool könnte man mehr reinigen.

The free shuttle from and to the airport was very helpful. You need to contact the hotel per WhatsApp to be picked up (no reservations in advance), you may wait up to 45 min to be picked up from the airport but we just waited for 25 min. Reliable service. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We liked that you could make coffee in the room. There is a fitness room and a pool outside. We had dinner in the restaurant and the waiter was very nice and the meal was plenty.

The continental breakfast could be improved (some yoghurt, fresh vegetables like cucumber would be nice and also regional fruits other than banana like mango and pineapple would be great).

La atención del personal es excepcional, desde que llegamos nos recibieron con una sonrisa y un rico coctel de bienvenida. En el restaurante, don Jorge fue un excelente mesero, la comida deliciosa y siempre nos daba buenas sugerencias. La cama es muy cómoda, dormimos riquísimo. El desayuno exquisito y abundante. Además,el servicio de transporte gratuito al aeropuerto ayuda mucho. Recomiendo este hotel para la zona cercana al aeropuerto de Cancún.

Le service de navette à l’arrivée est très mal organisé. Pour une personne qui vient tout juste d’atterrir dans le pays, la procédure est particulièrement compliquée. Il faut contacter l’hôtel par téléphone dès son arrivée, ce qui peut être problématique lorsque l’on ne dispose pas d’une carte SIM locale. Il faut ensuite attendre qu’un chauffeur vienne vous récupérer, avec un délai annoncé pouvant aller jusqu’à une heure, ce qui est difficilement acceptable après un long vol. De plus, la personne venue nous chercher s’est montrée peu aimable et adoptait une attitude plutôt hautaine, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore moins agréable. En revanche, le service de navette au départ était satisfaisant et s’est déroulé sans difficulté.

Wir waren für eine Nacht hier, da wir am nächsten Morgen geflogen sind. Die Lage mit Nähe zum Flughafen ist perfekt. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Flughafen an. Das hat ebenfalls super geklappt. Das Hotel war sauber und der Service war super.

A decent one night stay after a long flight before we went to our resort hotel, saved us a lot of money! Clean comfortable room, good included continental buffet breakfast, friendly staff. We experienced significant delay in the phone being answered for the free airport shuttle, which was stressful, as we only had 30 minutes of free airport wifi in a small area. They eventually answered the phone after 5 times and the driver was promptly dispatched to collect us.

We were up at 2 am to leave for airport, arrived at our destination at 8 am. Wasted some time at airport, and eventually took free shuttle to Fairfield Inn. We checked in at 1 pm and got our room, even though official check in time was 3 pm. We very much appreciated the early check in after a long, tiring morning!
