I was happy as it was just a 24 hour stay for me. Next time with a longer stay I would be able to assess better.

The breakfast was way better than the breakfasts in USA Marriotts. The quality. And the service staff at front desk, the pick up at airport, over the phone, and in the restaurant, were wonderful. The room was very comfortable and clean.

I wish there was a transportation that dropped you off at other spots where you can walk around and see a little of the culture and food. Your location is amazing because it's by the airport, but there isn't much around there.There's other Marriotts I've stayed at, I think it wasb one in San Antonio. They drop you off somewhere and come back in like 2 hours, or leave every 2 hours. It's safer for the tourists visiting Cancun and this is most something I'm sharing. I loved my stay with you guys at Cancun ❤️

We stay here the night before our flight home. Great price, convenient location, comfortable beds, and quiet. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes to the airport. Perfect !!

It was comfortable for us that needed to leave to the airport really early, and since this is right next to it, we didn't had complications

There was not much I didn't like, only I wouldn't choose it for more than one night before leaving to the airport or the first night arriving in Cancun. Because it only fills that necessity, aside from that it wasn't bad but it wasn't like memorable.

I loved the location. The pool was top shelf. The staff and service was excellent. The food was great. The whole experience was amazing.

We stayed here two nights for convenience while transitioning to another hotel/trip. The stay was amazing. Great rooms. Really nice pool and courtyard. The workers take great pride in customer service. Special thanks to Edwardo for making the extra effort with our anniversary dinner! We highly recommend to anyone coming through Cancun!

I’ve used this hotel on a number of occasions as a convenient stopping off point on fishing trips to ascension bay further down the coast. They have a free shuttle bus too which means you can avoid the touts at the airport trying to sell you an overpriced taxi. It offers good value for money, is clean and well appointed and the staff are welcoming and attentive. Food is tasty and good value for money; the mixed fish ceviche being my favourite! A special mention for Gabriel who looked after us really well last night. Breakfasts are good too with the option to get omelettes made fresh.

We spent the night before our fishing trip in Punta Allen Everything was lovely. We got a good price from Trivago. The shuttle driver found us at airport The pool and hortub was quiet and inviting. Gabriel was our server for dinner and made me feel special. The food was delicious. The room was spacious and mattress perfect. They only had big fluffy pillows. Breakfast was included and Adrian waited on us and was very attentive. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel is great! The pool is beautiful and I loved the jacuzzi. And the food at the restaurant is amazing! Alejandro and Esteban helped us and they were amazing!

I don’t usually write reviews like this, but I felt it was necessary since my concerns weren’t addressed on-site. My experience at this hotel was a complete Jekyll and Hyde situation between the morning and evening services. The breakfast service was slow and disorganized. To make matters worse, the hostess (a lady with glasses at the entrance GADALUP) was extremely rude. When I tried to bring these issues to someone's attention, I was ignored it felt like nobody cared about the guest experience during the morning shift. It’s disappointing to start your day feeling unwelcome. On the flip side, dinner was the complete opposite. The staff was attentive, professional, and welcoming. Esteban deserves a special mention for his excellent service. The Manager (I can’t recall his name, but he has very short hair) was also fantastic and made sure everything was running smoothly.

The hotel was good but the evening food was very limited, basically expensive average bar food. Breakfast also expensive, $30 each with no options for a continental breakfast. Good food though! I got scammed (my fault, not the hotel) getting to the hotel so make sure you prebook the shuttle. I thought it was walking distance but I looked at the wrong terminal building, not to mention it is hot and humid! Prepaid for the transport with a promise the hotel would reimburse. Helpful “uniformed” woman called the hotel (not) for me and I spoke to them (I thought). Doh! Airport officials must be in on this as I have since read several scam complaints with similar features.

I would like to acknowledge our waiter Esteban who Made sure i was taken care of during my.entire evening while dining at the restaurant.. He made my evening and experience very very enjoyable!! Great service!

Great Hotel. Close to airport and has a nice pool. Also, the restaurant inside is EXCELLENT!!! No need to go anywhere else during your stay.

Rooms were nice. Towels had holes in them and very tattered. Hallways quite loud at night. Staff not at all helpful. We waited for shuttle from airport for 90minutes. Staff were rude and not at all apologetic when we addressed this. They simply didn’t care. Overall not a great experience. Not recommended.

Suites are spacious and clean. Wonderful beds and pillows. Conveniently located near airport with good shuttle service. Quiet, not a party place. Great staff, especially Maria at the main door.

Toilets should be chair height. Restaurant food is insipid. Service is good, but the food is cold upon arrival without seasoning. Courtyard should have an excellent restaurant because there are no restaurants near the hotel.

I found the bathroom frustrating, there was only one hook to hang your wet towels, no hook behind the door, one small towel bar at the sink placed in a awkward location, certainly not big enough to hang your hand towel. The strip lighting on top of the mirror was not adequate.

Excellent location to Cancun Hotel with free airport shuttle collection at point 26 in the pick up area outside the terminal.

Room had not been cleaned properly, trash in the bathroom basket and a used hand towel left in the bathroom.

This hotel is surprisingly good for the price. Best service we had on out trip including staying at top places. Should be five star rating but the one thing that let's the place down is the use of a leaf blower by ground staff every morning around 0900hrs. With so many people staying here after long overnight flights including crew you would expect the hotel to not let the grounds staff wake everyone up. I did try telling the reception and wrote on another review to no avail. STOP USING LEAF BLOWER IN THE MORNING. Deje de utilizar la máquina sopladora de hojas por la mañana.

Très bon emplacement pour notre vol de retour le lendemain vers la France. La piscine et le jardin sont vraiment appréciables et plutôt très chouettes pour être à proximité de l’aéroport. Des machines à laver et sèche linge sont disponibles aux clients (moyennant une petite somme), ce qui est pas mal pour alléger ses machines au retour chez soi.

Calling a taxi through the hotel was very difficult. Also getting the shuttle was difficult. When we arrived at the airport we were told shuttle will arrive in few minutes and we waited around 50 minutes then took a taxi and paid for it.

The big comfortable beds. The lush garden in the back envelops a nice big pool and hot tub. Quiet rooms. The fact that the shuttle leaves every half hour. However, make sure you line up early because they do fill up sometimes. Also staff was very helpful in printing out boarding passes and helping us in with the luggage. It's the second time I've stayed there the night before flying out. A lot of airline staff stay there too because its the best choice in the area.

The restaurant was quite expensive. When driving there from the main highway you have to make a complex series of loops to get to the hotel even though you can see it from the highway. It was difficult getting there and getting out when driving your own car.

Don't count on catching the hotel's airport shuttle after a late night flight. The property does not respond to messages in the Bonvoy app and the number for the property is not on WhatsApp. I couldn't find a courtesy phone in the arrivals hall and didn't want to deal with shady cabbies so I walked three miles to the Courtyard. Ubers are still barred from pickups at CUN and the geofenced area is two miles long. Certainly don't recommend since 95% of the journey had no sidewalks. Desk agent on duty certainly didn't care. The next day at 9:30 AM someone knocked on my room door repeatedly even though the do not disturb sign was posted. He had a name tag on but I couldn't understand what he wanted. Once again the front desk shrugged it off. Thankfully my stay was short.

I arrived in the Marriott for a 3 day stay in the hotel on my first trip to Mexico. Checked went find and I got into my room and went down for dinner. I couldn’t get the wait staffs attention to order my dinner as they were busy with massages but the manager got them eventually. I ordered chicken quesadillas and fries, but they forgot the fries. The food was bland and tastes like nothing and there was a puddle of water from a lump of wet lettuce they put on the plate. The next day I got up and had breakfast which was okay, some of the food like the potato’s were crunchy so not cooked completely. I went to reception later and asked if there was anywhere local that I could get food because I didn’t wanna go to the restaurant again and the receptionist told me that there was nowhere within walking distance for food and I would have to go to to cancun in a taxi. I walked out of the hotel and found 5 restaurants within 5 mins walking from the hotel. Went back to my room and the staff had been in to tidy but the pillow case had make up stains on it and the new towers had food stains or something, it was red like tomato. I had to print some stuff off for my flight the next day and as I was printing a hotel staff member came over and cancelled my printing so he could scan passports without saying anything to me but he did come and help me print a few mins later. Went for a drink at the bar and was charged 40ish cad for a double whiskey. Overall a pretty disappointing trip and won’t be back to this hotel. Im currently sat in my room about to check out with bullets of sweat running down my face and the ac was turned on 2 hours ago.

I had a flight cancellation and needed accomodation for one night. The hotel was clean, quiet, and had lots of amenities. After a rough day at the airport, I was lucky enough to have an excellent staff member, Gabriel, who really brightened my day!

Was picked up by shuttle at 1am go no sleep noise started at 6am but hotel manager offered free breakfast. The breakfast was AMAZING very good and restaurant staff was very good too!😊

Arrived at 1am booked room to get some sleep. Was waken up at 6am by doors slamming, kids scramming down hallway then at 7am maids talking very loud outside my room. I requested a quiet room not sure why was put on 2nd floor in the busy part of hotel 😞

Truly the 1st hotel I’ve stayed at in Mexico where I felt unsafe. Very loud screaming at night & slamming doors. It was concerning. The room had 2 full beds…not queen beds! The beds are TINY and hard/old! Pillows are terrible. Very overpriced restaurant with bad food Breakfast was sad…no pancakes or waffles. Feels outdated and dirty Very little water pressure Hot tub is not hot! The only plus is convenience to the Oxxo store and Carmela’s Would 100% choose Fairfield over this one. We stayed at the Fairfield next door before and it was 10x nicer than this one.

The free transfer between the airport and the hotel took quite a while; we waited for about 45 minutes for a minibus to come and collect us. Breakfast isn’t that special for the price charged.

The shuttle was an absolute nightmare. No clear communication and originally told it would be an hour wait as called the number given which turned out to be the Fairfield. Once it turned up was a. Good shuttle.

Very nice hotel with beautiful gardens, pool, small gym and outside seating for the restaurant. Lots of birds in the garden too. We booked here for the shuttle to and from the airport - the shuttle service was excellent. Our room was spacious and clean. The server we had at the restaurant was a gem. We ordered off the menu instead of the buffet and it was perfect.

We had trouble finding the shuttle mostly due to language. We were told 'platform 27' and were looking for something substantial. The '27' is on the underside of outdoor parking roof. For others - the shuttle is parked in the same area as the taxis are and buses drop off.

Apreciei a facil ligacao e proximidade ao aeroporto. As refeicoes, a gentileza dos funcionarios, o conforto dos quartos, corresponderam inteiramente as expectativas.

Everything was fine til I went to bed and was blasted by very loud base music coming from “somewhere”. It is now 11:30 and I have no idea when it will stop. I do know I want be going to sleep til it does.
