Все было великолепно! Персонал очень приветливый и всегда помогает. Девушки всегда на связи, даже помогли оформить нам доставку из Таобао. Помогли приобрести билеты в заповедник панд. Мы остались в восторге!

C'était une belle chambre bien propre! Simplement l'air conditionné qui ne fonctionnait pas autant bien que je pensais. La chambre était aussi plus propre que le reste de l'hotel je trouve.

Je penses que l'emplacement n'est pas autant plaisant si vous voulez être dans le centre ville, aussi le lobby et le reste de l'hôtel n'est pas aussi beau que la chambre.

Nothing everything was best

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. My kids especially loved the thoughtful surprise of having toys waiting for them in the room, which made them feel so welcome. We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided during our stay. What truly made our stay exceptional was the hotel staff. Every single staff member, from the morning shift to the night shift, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their outstanding hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle service for 100 RMB round trip, which is absolutely worth the price. It was convenient, reliable, and made our travel stress-free. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The only issue we encountered was the Wi-Fi. If you don’t have a Chinese mobile network provider, internet access is quite limited, and only certain apps are accessible. It would be great if this could be improved for international travelers.

Отель очень хороший. Останавливались с 10 по 11 марта.2026. У нас была транзитная остановка. Встретили как близких друзей в аэропорту. И обратно доставили по времени. Персонал отличный, всегда интересовались чем помочь. Завтраки вкусные, жене очень понравились сладкие бисквиты и тортики. Номер семейный вообще поразил красотой и видом на город. Если ещё раз приеду то именно в этот отель. Всем рекомендую. Оценка 10.

Очень классный и недорогой отель. Интересная концепция, ванна прямо в номере, панорамные окна, автоматические шторы. Все на электронике, с половиной даже не разобрались. Номер большой, просторный, функциональный. Останавливались поспать между перелётами 5 часов. В номере есть абсолютно всё, для мытья, питья, спанья, чаекофея и т.п. (смотрите фото) - и всё это бесплатно. Отель конечно не вчера построен, поэтому мелкие недочеты есть, но это мелочи. Очень приветливые китайки, понимают по-английски, встретили, проводили, очень милые. Самое главное, что привлекло в этом отеле, это трансфер из аэропорта ТЯНЬФУ, стоимость которого всего 100 юаней, а обратный вообще бесплатно. Если вам нужно скоротать время при перелёте на пхукет, смело заселяйтесь сюда.

Отзыв мой будет длинный, я хочу подчеркнуть все важные моменты которые были . С гостиницы в аэропорт прислали за нами автомобиль без опозданий, все было так как и договорено. Водитель ждал нас в назначенное время в назначенном месте . Мало того что нас заселили без проблем в 23:00 так еще и администратор смогла нам ночью организовать поездку чтоб утром мы смогли посетить заповедник панд. Для того чтоб мы не уехали голодными , для нас открыли кухню раньше положенного времени. Мы с большим удовольствием позавтракали разнообразной едой , попили чай, съели десерт и довольные отправились к пандам. Водитель нас ждал до тех пор пока мы довольные не вернулись . В гостинице было все : чайник, тапочки , чистые полотенца, большая и уютная кровать. В номере есть кондиционер в котором можно отрегулировать любую комфортную температуру. Спали с красивым видом , большие панорамные окна сделали свое дело . Девушка администратор приготовила для нас в номере кофе, фрукты, водичку . Несмотря на то что у нас был языковой барьер, она справилась со своей работой на все 100% а что самое главное это то что отъезд до 00:00 … мы выехали в аэропорт тогда когда нам нужно было , да кстати, нас бесплатно доставили с отеля в аэропорт. Я очень рада что выбрали именно этот отель. Было тихо, уютно, комфортно . Красивый ресепшен с ароматными розами встречал нас на первом этаже . Я рекомендую однозначно этот отель . Жаль что нельзя поставить больше 10. Если я еще когда нибудь попаду в Ченду я выберу его снова 🫶🫶🫶

The hotel staff did not speak much (enough) English but they tried their best to make us understand their things through the translator app. They were kind to make us go around and eat even at the midnight.

The hotel was great, the rooms wide large, clean and quiet. . The water pressure in the shower was excellent. They picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the desired time. It is about 25 min drive from the airport, with no traffic. For the price of the room and transport this is an exceptional value. Great place for a rest.

There is nothing to do around the hotel. There are a few shops down the road, supermarket and restaurants but thats about it.

I honestly cannot believe what we paid for this room — the value is exceptional! The airport pick-up was so cheap, and the breakfast had loads of traditional options to choose from. For the price, the rooms are outstanding, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. This isn’t a 5-star luxury hotel, but for the value you pay, the service truly feels 5-star.

Location was easy to find. Ms. Ann has the best staff, very caring and accommodating. I was on a long layover heading back to USA. I was able to rest comfortably. They took care of me like family. Also the breakfast was DELICIOUS! The shower was a chef’s kiss. I didn’t want to leave.

Customers smoke everywhere. Hardly any English spoken. No restaurants around. You need to get a taxi to nearby town to eat something decent.

The staff were just amazing, kind and helpful. We arrived a little bit late and she helped us to buy food online. She is just amazing person, she doesn’t speak English very well but she tried to help us with the translator.

We took a taxi from the airport and the taxi driver took us with the long way, we paid tools gate for 23 yuan and the taxi fare we paid 198yuan. And I was disappointed, i thought the place is very far away but the taxi driver cheated on us 😢.

It’s the worst hotel for foreigners. I ordered a private transfer from hotel one month in advance, but when I arrived the driver told me that we have to wait another passenger but he doesn’t know how long. It was middle of the night and I plan to spend night in the hotel not on the parking lot. The place where hotel located is very far from the city, there is no Didi taxi here. So you have to wait a taxi for 30-40 minutes. The room is not clean enough and has terrible smoking smell.

It's a cute place, high tech room with huge windows and beautuful view. It's clean, spacious, there is everything you need. The stuff is nice and friendly. It's about 25 minutes from tianfu airport. The hotel orginized my transfer from and to the aiport for fair price. The breakfast is good. I enjoy my stay, i recommend the place, especially with these prices - i was surprised how cool it is for its money!

It was a little bit cold at night, but there is a warm blanket, so sleeping was fine, and it got warm as the sun goes up

The hotel staff did their best to make our stay comfortable and helped us so much. Wonderful kind lady staff helped us to order Chinese food and it was amazing with big portions. The Hotel was clean and nearby city area and some restaurants were nearby but they only accept alipay and other Chinese pay methods. There are lots of things to explore around if you have time and stay longer. They also give you discounts if you’re gonna car share with other hotel guests and their pickup and drop off car facilities was good. We’re really happy we stayed here :)

The toilet and bathroom had no privacy due to glass wall you could see other persons business clearly. Due to some shower water leakage the floor got quite wet and slippery so we had to put towel to solve the problem. :(

About location. Distance to Chengdu downtown is the only issue I had. I wish it would have been a little closer or closer to one of the metro stations.

STAFF CANNT SPEAK ENGLISH BUT VERY HELPFULL

Staff were extremely accommodating and very helpful. The room was fantastic, super big and with everything you need. Breakfast was delicious and I asked them if they could make lunch for me, they gave me a soup that was to die for. They helped me organize transportation as well.

I liked everything. I honestly don't understand why this place doesn't have better reviews in booking. It is a great hotel
