La atención del personal, en especial las personas que atienden en la noche.

Solo que el baño tiene puerta de vidrio templado, me hubiera gustado una puerta normal que no fuera transparente.

El staff era amable claro depende de la persona que te entienda ojala todos fueran educados y serviciales. En todos los hoteles que eh estado en la ciudad de mexico jamas habia tenido esa buena experiencia. El aroma de las habitaciones es agradable y lo mejor tienen aire acondicionado.

La propiedad estaba limpia pero no a detalle o con profundida a primera vista la habitacion Lucia limpia pero acercandome las ventanas estaban sucias habia polvo acumulado en los bordes incluso arriba de la "cabezera" entiendo que le polvo se genera diario pero cuando fui al bano note varios cabellos y bello pubico puede ser que la persona que limpia lo hace por encima para rapidez o necesita lentes.

Las habitaciones estan bien y el personal de restaurantes es muy amable.

No tienen actitud de servicio, piden tramitar factura por medios electrónicos (práctica indebida) y pedí apoyo para facturación iniciando siguiente mes y se negaron a pesar de no existir normativa que los amparen y además con pésima actitud.

El hotel está super bien, el personal muy amable y la cómoda muy rica. Si volviera a Ciudad de México me volvería a hospedar ahí. Todo excelente!

The price was very competitive and the breakfast buffet was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was kept very clean. The room was very quiet.

1.感觉洗浴用品，像添加了水稀释过一样，没有护发素； 2.可以多配置一床毛毯，我个人不喜欢开空调； 3.水不是很热，温温的；

Excellent location, quiet, comfortable bed, outstanding Wifi (566D/361U).

I've never been a fan of rain shower heads. No hooks or rods anywhere in the bathroom for a towel. Weird.

Durchwegs außergewöhnlich nettes Personal, insbesondere Pablo ❤️..Schöne Zimmer, extrem sauber, wunderbarer Holzboden, gutes Essen auf der Dachterrasse, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis UND zentrumsnah..SEHR zu empfehlen!

Convenient location (<20 min walk to Zócalo, bodega around the corner, can get many places on Metro from the adjacent Pino Suárez station), outside noise is pretty minimal considering the busy location, kind and helpful staff, warm modern design, thoughtful lighting in room, comfortable bed (quite firm but we like it that way), good variety and quality of breakfast buffet, terrace restaurant with lovely view for convenient dining option. There was even a small but nicely equipped gym but we didn't have time to use it. It was just a wonderful experience all-around, and a perfect home base for our Mexico City explorations.

Very minor things like the light on the A/C being a bit bright, sink drain a bit slow.

The location was great. It was very clean and smelled amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very attentive and helpful at breakfast. The front desk lacked in this area.

I primarily travel solo as a woman. I have NEVER had a stranger open my hotel room before. It was 1:00 in the morning when two men opened my door and woke me out of my sleep. I yelled out and they did close the door and leave. However, it was completely unacceptable. I called the front desk and there was no answer. Naturally I had trouble sleeping after. I told them at the front desk the next morning (my checkout day) and all they said was “I’m so sorry” and locked my card without giving me a new one. I went upstairs to find I could no longer get in because they didn’t inform me. I just feel more should’ve been said or done for the incident. What happened shouldn’t have been possible.

I stayed at the hotel April 23-26. Visibly the room looked clean. Location was convenient for us. I booked 2 rooms. Nicely decorated and enough space for 2 adults per room. Bellman were very helpful. Breakfast was mediocre and was included in our booking. I only went to breakfast on day 2 then preferred to enjoy the local cafes instead. Unfortunately, I left with about 20 bites from bed bugs. This was my first time in Mexico City and was there to watch baseball. I am thankful that my family in the 2nd room were not bitten.

The hotel was centrally located and quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was wonderful every morning with many options. Staff was attentive and helpful in all areas.

My husband, adult son and I stayed in Hotel Flamencos for a week and we had a lovely stay! The room was very nice, comfortable and very clean! The location was perfect: very central and very close to the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but at the same time not completely in the midst of it. The breakfast at the hotel was superb and there was an overload in choices! Delicious! And the staff was amazingly friendly! Always helpful when we had a question and when we had to leave to the airport in the middle of the night our breakfast packages were packed for us! Oh, and I almost forget to mention the restaurant/bar were they serve delicious food and cocktails! To be short: I would definitely stay here again!😄

En general todo está bien

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Rooftop Bar war sehr gemütlich und das Essen war sehr gut! Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war top und das Bett ok. Man ist schnell im Centro Historico und bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten auch wenn das Hotel selbst in einer etwas abgelegenen Straße liegt. Die Metro ist fußläufig erreichbar und man ist mit dem Uber in ca 25min am Flughafen.

In der Nacht war es im Zimmer trotz geschlossener Fenster teilweise laut wegen dem Bus der direkt dort hält. Das Zimmer war außerdem sehr hellhörig, auch andere Hotelgäste am Gang hört man sehr laut.

The staff at Hotel Flamencos is extraordinary. They were helpful and attentive at all times and made our family trip more enjoyable. My parents were so impressed with the restaurant staff especially; Karla, Mariana, Andres and Ernesto. We highly recommend this hotel!

I've stayed here for two trips in a row (twice this recent trip) and I absolutely love it! It's central enough to get to most of Centro easily. There's a metro station 350m from the hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile of keeping our large suitcases for us while we went to Oaxaca and Cabo, before returning for our last bits in Mexico City. I would forever recommend!

Gute Lage, Freundliches Personal und alles sauber. Safe und Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Badezimmer mit Seife, Duschgel und Föhn ausgestattet.

Es könnte mehr Druck auf der Wasserleitung sein, das duschen dauert so deutlich länger. Es ist trotz einem hohen Stockwerk laut in der Nacht.

La relacion calidad/precio, la atencion de todo el personal, las instlaciones y las comidas del restaurante excelentes, habitaciones comodas.

La ubicacion del lugar no es mala, de hecho esta a unas cuadras del zocalo y una estacion de metro, sin embargo la zona no es muy agradable para caminar.

El espacio , la comodidad y limpieza

Que no estan aptas para 4 adultos y un menor su capacidad max por espacio es de 4 personas

El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones son enormes, modernas y muy cómodas. Hay muy buen servicio a la habitación y en general el personal es muy amable.

En la noche se puede escuchar ruido de las habitaciones superiores. No es extremo pero puede molestar a alguien que tenga el sueño ligero, como en mi caso

Große komfortable Betten, sehr ruhig trotz Lage im Zentrum, gutes Frühstück (überwiegend mexikanisch), aber auch Müsli, Joghurt, frische Früchte, Brötchen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Über das Hotel gebuchter Schuttle von und zum Flughafen MEX war zuverlässig . Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt sind zu Fuß erreichbar (aber die Entfernungen sehen auf der Karte manchmal kleiner aus, als sie tatsächlich sind).

Wir hatten als Familie zwei Zimmer. Eines davon mit nur einem einzigen, relativ kleinen Fenster, was es etwas dunkel erscheinen ließ. Das ist andererseits aber wohl mit ursächlich für den guten Schallschutz. Uns hat's letztlich nicht gestört.

L'accueil, la gentillesse et la courtoisie de tout le personnel. Une propreté irréprochable. Excellent petit déjeuner, pensée particulière pour Mariana qui nous a très bien renseigné et aidé. Le restaurant et l'hôtel en lui-même sont dignes des plus grands hôtels.

RAS. Tout était parfait. Je recommande à 200%.

The hotel is very well located, shower has a separate from the bathroom. Hair dryer, iron and safe box were very convenient. We loved the buffet breakfast and bar on rooftop. Service was excellent! Everyone was helpful,nice and going above and beyond to meet expectations.

The guests upstairs were very loud.

Staf was very helpful and kind.

Location is not ideal. Not many restaurants close by.

Second time staying here. A really nice hotel. There has been a lot of thought put into the colours and furnishings. Always friendly helpful staff in reception and in the restaurant. A peaceful top floor bar with a good bar menu and a welcome retreat from some of the noisy bars of Mexico City. The shower/ bathroom area is particularly good quality. Mariana who served at breakfast was so helpful and friendly.

The desk clerk was rude , she gave us 2 rooms 4/5 floor hard beds very uncomfortable. Did not sleep well allot of noise at night. It seems like the clerk was almost upset we reserved through a 3 rd party. Also gave us a hard time checking out.. very unpleasant

The hotel is spotless !! Cleaning Its continuous !! Meticulously maintained facilities !! The location is great , quality bedding , very helpful diligent staff .
