Su orden en las habitaciones y la forma en la que están distribuidos los espacios dentro del hotel. Además que tienen snacks en las áreas comunes.

Que se escucha muchísimo las voces de las personas en las habitaciones de al lado. Muy mal ese aspecto

La atención y servicios.

I loved the location, so close to the Zocalo. The hotel was very clean, as was our room and the staff was great! Felt safe in the area both day and night. Pharmacy at one corner of block, bank and cafe at other. Starbucks (if you're into that) across the street as well. Good food at the restaraunt in the hotel, which also has a cafe. Minutes from shopping, and tons of food options in the area.

The only thing that would put this place over the top would be a pool with a rooftop bar.

Only nice was the bathroom

The bed was so small I requested a queen. No windows, it was horrible. I checked out early.

I wanted to stay at this property since I saw it but their suites weren’t big enough for all 4 of us to have separate beds but we went back once 2 people in our party had left and this place was really nice. Clean, neat, safe, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great amenities with a restaurant, a cafe, and a rooftop patio! Next to the VIPS too for great food. We felt very safe walking close by. Every little detail in this hotel was EXCEPTIONAL from free fruit and snacks at the reception and each floor “lobby”? To the attention to detail from house keeping. When we arrived there it took no time for the bell man to greet us at our uber and take our luggage even though it was late at night. They even have umbrellas they let you use for when it rains! Right at the heart of centro histórico super close to everything.

I wish the doors would have security swing latches to make us feel safer but that’s it this hotel truly exceeded my expectations

La habitación asignada fue a lado del cuarto de limpieza, lo cual generaba ruido en la mañana.

Nos cobraron 1000 aparte por política de la empresa , por si habia alguna cosa que quebraramos o estuviera mal, tuvimos que grabar a la entrada de la habitación y checar tambien que estuviera bien los vasos , todo, casi ni tomamos de café de lo que había ahi, no nos habia tocado eso de un cobro extra el cual si nos devolvieron por alguna cosa. Pero no nos sentimos cómodos.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top dans le centre historique. Il y a plein de restaurants à proximité et le personnel est très gentil. Le lit est très confortable et le ménage est bien réalisé. Le check-out à 13h est très appréciable.

Tout était bien. Notre chambre n’a pas été prête à 15h mais 40 minutes après. Ce n’est pas un gros point négatif et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le geste de l’hôtel qui nous a offert notre déjeuner en attendant.

De kamers hebben een dunne tussendeur naar de aangrenzende (familie) kamer. Hierdoor continu veel lawaai van de aangrenzende kamer waardoor 4 nachten amper geslapen. Tevens continu gonzend geluid van elektrische installaties. Binnenklimaat in hotelkamer is zeer slecht. Herrie uit de keuken. Personeel bij receptie doet niets aan klachten over lawaai. Niet boeken.

The charge a deposit when you get there. Be careful because they don't return the deposit. The deposit is £50. It was charged TWICE in my account and it wasn't returned despite saying it was all ok. The family rooms do not have windows. It is quite claustrophobic. WE GOT SALMONELLA FROM THE WATER AND FOOD EATEN AT THE HOTEL. My son and I got ill for several days due to the food there. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Very good location. Close to Zocalo. Very good laundry service. Very good in-house cafeteria. Veryvgood breakfast too. Excellent wifi, when it's on.

Very user-unfriendly safe box. Uniquely bad design in the world. Also in very dim place where you need a torch to even read the hugely complex user instructions. Bathroom tap and shower has very low and painful flow rate. It takes a long time to wash hands properly. No external facing windows. They require damage deposits before you enter the room. I'm sure the hotel managers do not like these in their home.

The location of the hotel was very good considering if you want to live in central of the city. There was approximately 5-10 minute walk from any area downtown. I must also give my compliments to hotel staff Raul that made our visit very enjoyable with his service and delicious drinks!

Nice selection of buffet breakfast. Very happy to be able to request a 'traditional English breakfast', too. Only 10 minutes walk to historic square. Plenty of Mexican food options in locality.

Hotel wifi is terrible - both phone and laptop often struggled to get any connection at all. And when did, frequent drops.

The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and bathrooms are very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The terrace on the 5th floor is very nice and especially at night, it is very nice and relaxing. I also liked how they have fresh fruit and water on every floor. The security guys are very friendly and helpful.

I did not like that the manager in the hotel restaurant did not allow us to bring our own cake to sing happy birthday to our daughter and we had to go out and buy a plastic knife so that we could cut it and we practically had to eat it in our hands. We did not want to buy real utensils since we were traveling out of the country.

Bom café da manhã, mas sem muita variedade. A localização à noite fica bem deserto mas durante o dia é conveniente para conhecer os pontos turísticos do centro da Cidade. Chegamos tarde e fomos bem recebidos na recepção.

Location is terrible. Room wasn’t very clean. Towels are so old and need a change. Linen didn’t feel very clean. Too humid in the bathroom and mould appeared. Aircon is very loud. No fresh air flow from the outside, window is into the inner closed space.

Location and staff! It’s very centrally located and walkable to many key areas. The staff are exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was also very nice.

Our room didn’t have a window facing outside. Bath towels are a bit run down.

No tiene ventilación, falta clima en las habitaciones, y las paredes muy delgadas porque se escuchaban todos los ruidos del cuarto de al lado en la madrugada.
