Que siempre que llegaba el el uber la bahía de descenso estaba ocupada con un auto, cuando preguntaba en el front desk no sabían que responder, o no querían responder, me parece que deberían prohibir estacionar autos en ese lugar.

La ubicación, porque queda cerca del zócalo y desde ahí podía ir a todos lados con transporte público, además de que hay muchos negocios cerca. Pero sobre todo la cordialidad del personal del hotel. Desayuné y cené en el hotel todos los días y el personal del comedor fue sumamente atento siempre. Habitación limpia y prolija, wifi muy bueno. También usé el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto, puntual y buen precio. El personal de recepción, muy atento también.

Los espacios de la habitación un poco estrechos, quizás. Y un enchufe de una lámpara de escritorio que era muy difícil de conectar. Pero son detalles muy menores.

Almost nothing.

The rooms are tiny and cramped. The window practically faces the wall. It's like living in a basement. The hotel's technology is dilapidated, particularly the elevators, which are out of order, forcing guests to use service elevators in areas not intended for hotel guests. The quality of the food prepared in the restaurant does not at all correspond to the exorbitant prices for the food.

La zona estupenda para conocer los lugares más destacados de la ciudad pero la zona está deteriorada.

El desayuno es excelente, la calidad, el sabor, la variedad y la atención. La habitación impecable y el tamaño de la cama excedió mis expectativas

Room was clean, modern and comfortable.

Sandwich was dry and the chips served with it were rancid. Also, they advertise as having transport to the airport. I selected it precisely for that reason. Turns out their transport is to arrange a cab for you.

The NH Collection in the Historic Center was fantastic! The breakfast is definitely worth adding to your stay. The coffee was really really good. The staff are impeccable, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, safe and quiet. The nice lady at the Guest Relations, Rebecca, will go above and beyond to help make your stay more comfortable. Renier, the bar tender, makes excellent drinks and conversation. I highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel.

Fantastic location. You take two left turns and you're in front of the Palace and the Templo Major. Great breakfast - just sit down and eat. Eggs/coffee/juice, little pastries. Enough to get going without the hassle of looking for food first thing every day. Chill - everybody is relaxed, no hurry no rush, they take care of you. The bar - best piña coladas in Mexico City from Rey the bartender.

Hotel situé dans le centre historique, quartier très bruyant et pouvant être difficile d’accès en voiture Chambre plutot confortable mais impossibilité d’aerer la piece. Odeur de la chambre non agréable. Climatisation obligatoire car on ne peut pas aérer, faisant énormément de bruit (plus de bruit qu’un climatiseur classique)

The staff were pleasant and helpful and the barman was a Gentleman. The lift was quick and our room was close to said lift. The shower was pretty decent and I liked the fact the room was free of carpets.

The net and heavy curtains were filthy and definitely needed a good wash (dust was coming from them). The laminate floor was lifting in places and the room generally could have done with a bit of a tidy up. The location was too central, our stay was during the World Cup and we arrived on a Friday evening and it was almost impossible to get to the hotel in a taxi. When venturing out in the evening it was hard to get anywhere due to the sheer volume of people, we should have stayed further out!

Nel periodo in cui sono stato io (Maggio 2026), le strade adiacenti all'hotel erano chiuse per qualche manifestazione quindi difficilissimo raggiungere la struttura. Per non parlare della possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto

La atención del personal

La belleza del exterior.

Me sentí me inseguro porque no pude llegar a la entrada por las manifestaciones. La expectativa del personal fue que tendría que caminar entrada la noche con mis maletas. Cuando expresé mi preocupación por las manifestaciones que sí habían momentos violentos no intentaron ofrecer nada más que las palabras que no debo preocuparme. No me dieron ninguna recomendación más que bajarme en una esquina. Fue horrible la situación. Todas las noticias dijeron no llevar un transporte de taxi o ride share por el incertidumbre. Pero, el hotel nunca mencionó. Me ofreció entrar por una “entrada de emergencia”. ¿Qué pasaría si el transporte no quiso llevarme? ¿Además cuantas cuadras tendría que caminar si los Uber no querrían pasar cercas al hotel? El personal del hotel mostró una falta total de empatía a mi situación. Fui castigado por la manifestación.

Considering there were so many road closures and police activity the hotel were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.

The cleaner took our other room pass so it left us a bit surprised as to why.

Clean and centralized

Kitchen team and crew are not working together and the food was mostly cold, not sure but they need to be more attentive when offering their services.

The location

Location was perfect to visit the city center. Walking distance to all of the important sites and tour departure points. Located in a quite street with shops and restaurants nearby.

While breakfast was great, the restaurant was disappointing at night when we tried to have dinner. Food (hamburgers) came cold, pizza was of frozen type. When asked to warm it, it came back still cold. A very frustrating experience. The servers really tried, but the kitchen did not help…at the end, we were charged only for drinks.

Checkin in was delayed by 1.5 hours. I arrived around 12 and wasn’t able to get into my room until 4:30, despite being told to come back at 3.

Poca iluminación en las habitaciones.

Lo mejor de este hotel es que está en el corazón del centro histórico por lo que es genial para desplazarse.

La habitación que se reservó era una XL y de acuerdo con la descripción, esta cuenta con 2 camas. Cuando llegamos la segunda cama era un catre, que parecía mas una cama de hospital. La colocaron en frente de la television, por lo que incomodaba el paso y dormir en ella fue complicado. Para el precio pagado se esperaba más. Se esperaba mas de los empleados del hotel, ya que la atención al cliente muy decepcionante y que decir del servicio de transporte al hotel. Se solicitó un vehículo grande, primero por condiciones de salud de una de las personas que viajaba y segundo, por la cantidad de piezas de equipaje; luego de recibir la confirmación de la reserva del transporte por parte del personal de recepción, este nunca llego y lo que hicieron para solucionarlo fue pedir a un auto fuera del hotel, en el cual el equipaje no fue posible acomodarlo en el maletero, se viajo estrecho y la ruta usada para llegar al aeropuerto no fue la mas adecuada. Definitivamente para una futura visita a CDMX, este hotel jamás se volverá a considerar ni recomendar.

The beds are very comfortable with comfortable pillows. The hotel is modern as it is usual for the nh. It is located just behind the “zocalo” so the center of Mexico is just walking distance around. There are many restaurants and options to visit around.

Everything was fine but just note that you are staying in the center of the city and this is very different to other areas like Roma for example. There was no ventilation for the toilet and bathroom.

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay right by the Centro Histórico, this hotel is a solid option. Gute Lage

Langsames und unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption. ein Zimmer mit zwei viel zu kleinen Betten wurde durch uns sogleich bemängelt. Nur widerwillig bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit zwei queen size Betten. Zudem sehr dunkles Mobiliar. Ein widerlicher, viel zu stark parfümierter Eingangsbereich lässt einen kaum noch atmen. Besser ins Hotel gegenüber gehen, dort waren wir vor 3 Jahren.

Das Frühstück war umfangreich und hervorragend. Zur Kathedrale sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss.

Einmal waren keine Duschtücher vorhanden und einmal musste ich dreimal darum bitten, dass Wasserflaschen nachgeliefert werden.
