Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Hotel Indigo是這次輕井澤兩家住宿的飯店中我們比較喜歡的。飯店整個很有質感，人員服務很熱情，戶外景色很美。很多人在外面散步欣賞風景或發呆。停車場免費停車，飯店內有一家餐廳，附近有一家Lawson，不用怕地點較偏會餓肚子。 我們有三個人(爸媽+12歲屁孩)，小孩免費入住，並鋪好了沙發床。房間很大，還有小陽台和賞景的桌椅(但是太陽很曬坐不久)，房間洗卸是Biology系列，味道也很高級。房間竟然有一台Bose的藍芽音響，小孩很開心地開啟我的apple music連線撥放。提供的免費飲品有四種茶包(包裝有質感，很好喝，Art of Tea品牌)和Tully's的膠囊咖啡(機器也是Tully's的) 溫泉和健身房是獨棟建築，洗卸保養一應具全，也有毛巾，要泡澡可以輕鬆帶著房卡就出門。
離輕井澤車站有一段距離，但是有安排接駁車(只是班次不密集)。 沒有洗衣設施和drink bar(小孩想要喝飲料吃點心到飽的願望落空，但是有很有氣氛的室外酒吧)。

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026赤ちゃん（4ヶ月）への対応がよかった。 職員が丁寧に対応してくださって安心しました。 食事が美味しかった。レストランで持ち帰り用のケーキが売っていて、その中のデイジーというレモンタルトがとても美味しかった。 朝食での持ち帰りのコーヒーに書かれた一言メッセージも嬉しかった。
水回りについてシャワーヘッドや洗面台の排水用穴のホコリつまり、髪の毛が落ちている等はもう少し丁寧に掃除がなされているとさらに快適でした。インターコンチネンタルのグループでかつ宿泊料金の金額も高いのでそこまで求めたくなります。

サービスが悪すぎる コーヒーメーカーが壊れていて使えない チェックインの後ロビーで待っていてと言われて荷物を預けて待っていても30分以上呼ばれず、スタッフに声をかけたところ、手続きはないのでお部屋で待っててくださいと言われました。 なんのために30分もロビーで待っていたのか。謝罪もなく、荷物もずっと部屋に届きませんでした。電話をしたら持ってきてくれました。

Shuttle bus was a mess at peak hours. Checking out guests are issued coupons for the bus but those staying guests taking it out may not be. Not first come first served, missed my connecting bus at the station because of an additional 15-20 mins wait for the bus to return to make another trip even though I turned up 10 mins early

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Gorgeous setting, architecturally designed with beautiful landscaping. Large rooms, comfortable beds with a great shower. Very clean hotel. Reception staff were fantastic, went above and beyond to assist and provide guidance with local recommendations for restaurants which were all fantastic - authentic Japanese restaurants, catering to locals. Walking distance to the mall (if you don't mind a flat 20 minute walk) or you can take the free shuttle. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
Breakfast was rather chaotic. Guests are allocated a table and there was often a wait. Coffee wasn't very nice and would have expected better. The gym was small, I'd say it was OK but would have preferred more equipment.

アメニティが1つ足りなく外出する前にフロントに伝えに行き分かりましたと言われましたが、帰ってきてからも準備されておらず再度フロントに問い合わせました。 冷蔵庫に用意された飲み物を飲みましたが最後清算する時にお金がかかると言われました。チェックインする時に説明欲しかったです。

Enjoyed my dinners in the hotel and the breakfast buffet was beautiful too — great range of both Western and Japanese options. - Lovely onsen and having the option to use the gym is great too — interestingly, they have a rower machine!
- It would be a huge bonus if the gym could have more machines and equipment.

We enjoyed using the gym but not enough equipments.

Reviewed May 26, 2026スタッフの対応がとてもよかったです。 特に併設されているレストランKAGARIBIのスタッフさん。赤ちゃん連れでしたがベビーチェアや周りへの配慮など快く対応してくれました。 もちろん料理もとてもおいしかったです！ 部屋も素敵でした！

房間廁所尿味很濃郁，一開門撲鼻而來更別說得待在裡面很難受。雖然看起來很乾淨但建議改善打掃方式！ 另外電梯外的公用飲水機沒有水，須自己電話通知前台或者去別樓層，有些不方便！

三人で泊まる場合 どうしても狭くなる？ と、諦めず 動線の確保に工夫してほしい 帰りは放置ではなく 見送りを取り入れると リピーター率につながるのでは？ 以前、リピート率の高い旅館に泊まった時 思いがけない心遣いを受け感動し、3〜4回リピートした記憶があります 紹介した人たちも、やはりリピートしたそうです 感動した内容は、それぞれではありますが 帰りは必ずお見送りがあります ご参考までに

Reviewed May 4, 2026朝食がおいしかったですし、スタッフの皆さんが笑顔で感じが良かったです。 どなたに聞いても質問に答えられ、待たされない所もGOODでした！ 駐車場もゆとりがあって荷物の出し入れが楽でいいと思いました。
特にありませんでした。 強いて言うならお掃除の方が外国の方なので、朝出かけるときに「おはようございます」「ありがとうございます」 「行ってらっしゃいませ」「おやすみなさい」を連続で言われたので、笑えました。

Everything was nice and the quality was good. The staff was exceptional (reception, coockers, cleaning and maintenance staff, waiters) The dining room is a little noisy but not important because the Food is excellent and the atmosphere is magic.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026赤ちゃんと一緒の宿泊でした。赤ちゃんと一緒の旅行は初めてだったので不安でしたが、スタッフの方達が良く声をかけてくださり安心して宿泊できました。 夕飯の時にいらしたスタッフの方達が皆さん優しく、「泣いても問題ありませんよ」「何かあったらお手伝いしますのでいつでも声かけてください」と何度も声をかけてくれました。 その他、ベビーベットを無料で貸し出ししてくれる点。ベット自体も布団が敷いてあり、すぐに使える状態でした。今回利用はしませんでしたが、哺乳瓶の除菌もしてくださるとのことでした。 赤ちゃん連れの方は安心して泊まれるホテルだと思います。 ホテルは見た目がとても良く、夜はライトアップされて特に綺麗でした。掃除もよく行き届いています。 今回は2回目の宿泊でしたが、何度でも泊まりたいと思います。
大浴場の椅子がふわふわしていて座りにくかったです。

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026価格以上の価値を感じられるほど、細部にまでこだわりが行き届いておりました。 館内全体にしっかりとコストがかけられていることが伝わり、快適さはもちろんのこと、視覚的にも楽しめるアート性の高い空間演出が随所にあり、大変満足いたしました。 また、大浴場の手入れも行き届いており、脱衣所を含め非常に清潔感があり、安心して利用することができました。 軽井沢を代表するにふさわしいホテルだと感じ、今回の滞在を通じて、より一層軽井沢の魅力を感じることができました。
強いて申し上げると、庭園の水盤ミスト周辺にある落ち葉や枯葉などを取り除いていただけますと、より良い印象になるかと存じます。 ミストから出る水自体への直接的な影響はないかもしれませんが、周辺が整っていることで、ミストがかかった際の清涼感や心地よさは一層高まるように感じました。

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Modern grootschaliger hotel, waar het weleens druk kan worden in het restaurant (Italiaans voor avondmaal - uitgebreid buffet ams ontbijt). Personeel is zoals bijna altijd in Japan enorm vriendelijk. De kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Het publiek badhuis (2 warmwaterbronnen, 1 koud en 1 sauna) zijn heel luxueus. Een zalig ontspannend momentje. Kinderen zijn toegelaten. De sportzaal is high tech. Iets verder gelegen van het centrum. Gratis parking en shuttle naar het centrum.
