De locatie was goed gelegen vanaf het station Kamakura 5-10min. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en het ontbijt was lekker (Japanse keuze).

Voor mij was de accommodatie goed. Sommige mensen zouden het lastig kunnen vinden om voor de volgende dag al een keuze voor het ontbijt te moeten maken voor als je je Japans of Westers ontbijt wilt.

家族４人で、朝早く7時半くらいに、到着して、 荷物を預かってもらい、美味しい和風の朝ご飯のお店や、行きたかったチョコレート屋さんの情報をいただけました。スタッフ皆さん大変親切でした。 部屋にあった、特大サイズのソファ〜が気持ちよく、とてもくつろぐことが出来ました。

エアコン周りの掃除が行き届いていませんでした。

Im Onsen sind die Waschplätze sehr nahe am Warmwasserbecken, somit das Wasser in das Becken spritz. Könnte man besser lösen! Eine Sauna wäre toll

La chambre est petite, surtout avec de grosses valises, mais elle reste correcte pour une ou deux nuits maximum. La salle de bain n’est pas très pratique, notamment en raison du manque de rangement. En revanche, l’accueil du personnel a été de loin le plus mauvais de tout notre séjour de trois semaines au Japon. Nous sommes arrivés en avance, avant l’heure du check-in. À la demande de la personne de la réception, nous avons transmis toutes les informations nécessaires ainsi que nos passeports. En attendant l’heure du check-in, nous avons donc pris le temps de faire nos machines de vêtements, situées au même niveau que la réception. Le personnel savait parfaitement que nous étions présents et que nous attendions. Une fois l’heure du check-in arrivée, mon mari est retourné au comptoir afin que nous puissions récupérer la clé de notre chambre. À notre grande surprise, le personnel nous a placés en dernier sur la liste d’attente des check-in, alors que nous étions présents depuis longtemps, parmi les premiers arrivés. On nous a également redemandé nos passeports afin de refaire à nouveau tout le processus d’enregistrement. Dans ce cas, nous ne comprenons pas vraiment à quoi avait servi la première démarche effectuée à notre arrivée. Nous avons finalement attendu environ une heure dans l’espace d’accueil, alors qu’une personne de la réception aurait simplement pu venir nous informer que notre chambre était prête ou nous expliquer la situation. C’est vraiment dommage, car même si la chambre peut convenir pour un court séjour, le manque d’organisation et surtout l’attitude du personnel à l’accueil ont fortement dégradé notre expérience dans cet établissement.

Comfortable beds, clean facilities, and so well situated from the train station. Walking distance to anything you’d want to do in Kamakura. Breakfast was absolutely incredible both days (we did one day Western and one day Japanese).

I loved walking up and immediately feeling more calm and at peace, the entry is very welcoming and the staff are super kind.

I really had a great time. The only trouble I had was when I messed up while using the washing machine, but the staff graciously helped and all was well

Hotel má strategické umístění v příjemné docházkové vzdálenosti od nádraží a také od místní pláže. Vybavení hotelu je velice kvalitní, včetně lázní v japonském stylu nebo např. kávovaru v recepci s vynikající voňavou kávou.

Určitým nedostatkem je organizace snídaní, které jsou fixně sestavené s výběrem pouze dvou variant. Jinými slovy - hotelu by asi bice prospěl systém bufetových stolů s volným výběrem potravin.

le malentendu à l'arrivée qui m'a amené à laisser ma voiture sur un parking extérieur très cher, alors que l'établissement en proposait un, dont j'ai pu profiter quand le malentendu s'est dissipé. Le peu de machines à laver le linge, qui créé une compétition à celui qui arriverai à lancer sa machine en premier...

The location and entrance to the hotel were excellent. The onsen was great and the hotel had very good amenities.

This is a gorgeous hotel in a perfect location in Kamakura. A short walk from the station along a pedestrian street. Lovely shops and restaurants on the doorstep.

I wasn’t able to use the onsen (spa) at the hotel because I have some tattoos.

朝ご飯の和食がすごく美味しく、お部屋がキレイでお風呂場もキレイで快適に過ごせました。

エアコンからポタポタと音がずっとしていた

鎌倉駅から近く入り口も雰囲気が良いところです。昨年も同じファミリータイプの部屋を利用しました。ダブルベッドが二つあり、子どものテンションも上がってました。コーヒーとココアが飲み放題も素敵で、家族で何杯も飲んでしまいました。

よくないというよりは、希望なんですが、チェックアウトが11時だったら最高。というのは、朝の材木座海水浴場の潮遊びに行って、大浴場入って、ひと休みして出るには、そのくらいが理想。

Die Zimmer fallen, wie sonst auch in Japan, eher klein aus. Hier hat uns jedoch gestört, dass gefühlt egal was wir getan haben eine gewisse Feuchtigkeit dem Zimmer nicht weichen wollte - Badezimmer ist mehrheitlich aus Kunststoff. War irgendwie unangenehm.

La habitación estaba muy bien de tamaño y a nuestro hijo le encantó que tuviera litera. El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor y está situado en una calle muy céntrica y muy tranquila para pasear y ver tiendas preciosas. Tienen una pequeña librería de mangas en la recepción y te los puedes subir a leerlos a la habitación, con lo que nuestro hijo estaba encantado.

Schönes Hotel in dem schönen Städtchen Kamakura in der Nähe des Bahnhofes, aber auch die Strände sind gut zu erreichen. Ein tolles öffentliches Bad im Onsen Style, wir mochten das sehr. Beim Frühstück feste Zeiten und entweder japanisches oder englisches Frühstück möglich. Wir hatten ein großes Familienzimmer gebucht und deshalb auch viel Platz.

Ótima localização. Onsen agradável.

the location was fantastic. It was on a quiet street in the old town, a 5 minute walk from the train station. There were very nice shops and restaurants around and the train station was central to a number of sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were well kept and functional.

We got a big room, but it had 4 single beds, no double/queen. Other than that, the place was nice.

The Japanese and the Western breakfasts were gorgeous! The beds and pillows are firm and the coverlet just right for the weather. The staff are extremely helpful. Free bottled water was a welcomed bonus. A short walk to the Enoden, JR, and bus station. Lots of interesting shops along the way to the train station.

I liked the central location, friendly staff, and the in house onsen / bath house.

The canteen / breakfast eating area had a distinct smell of (fresh) fish from the kitchen, that was a bit overwhelming - not appetising in my taste.

Breakfast was good and nicely sized, not too large not too small. Nice to have both western and japanese options. Staff was very friendly, spoke english well and allowed us even to store our luggage AFTER checking out. The area is nice, restaurants and beaches are close. I would totally recommend!

I appreciated that they had two menus to choose from for breakfast. We did enjoy the American breakfast. Loved that they had a washer/dry combo machine that does a complete load. Only wished they had more than two machines. Really enjoyed the skin care products they provided with face wash, toner, and moisturizer.

Bathrooms are extremely small with no room to place personal items needed or towels to hang. Do not have blow dryers for hair.

駅から近く、利便性抜群でありながら閑静な場所にあり、夜も静かで本当に良かった。またチェックイン前、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも大変助かりました。雨の中ホテルに戻った際も、エントランスにタオルが用意されており、ホスピタリティも良かったです。ここに決めた1番の理由の大浴場は、大人数で宿泊する際に大変便利で歩き疲れた身体も湯船に浸かることで大分楽になりました。施設も綺麗ですし、鎌倉に泊まる際は常宿にします。

朝食時のスタッフ対応が無愛想でした。 下げてない食器のところのテーブルをアルコールで拭くのも、ちょっとやっただけで きちんと消毒してない感じ。 (お客はきちんと見ています)

Friendly and accommodating staff! Beautiful welcome area and lobby. Rooms were traditional, great shower / bathroom, clean, plain. Great location, walking distance to the beach (15m) and walking to Great Buddha (15-20m)

We loved our stay! The room was huge, and we had a wonderful breakfast. Location was perfect, and we were able to walk to the beach easily!

The wallpaper was peeling in a few places, but other than that it was great.
