Extremely Disappointing & Unethical Behavior – Beware Before Booking I had a deeply unpleasant experience at this property. The staff attempted to scam us by falsely claiming that our confirmed booking (clearly for 2 people) was only valid for 1 person. They used the same tactic on my friends and, unfortunately, managed to extract extra money from them. This feels like a deliberate attempt to exploit guests. To add to the frustration, there was zero coordination among the staff. One staff member initially told me he'd send up our Blinkit parcel, so I returned to the room. But later, when I called reception, they bluntly refused and said it’s a strict rule to collect parcels from outside - completely contradicting the earlier communication. This caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. The worst part was the clear intent to deceive guests. Thankfully, I stood my ground and did not give in, but not everyone was as lucky. Would not recommend staying here - there are many better, more honest options in Nasik.

Location is best

Air conditioner not working at all. I have complaint it to reception

Staff and ambience is not tht good as brand Sayaji, just check Pune Sayaji good ambience, but nasik Sayaji ambience is not that good

There should be variety in breakfast menu. Also it should be served hot

There was boot polish machine on 3 rd floor which was not working. But when I put my boot the machine cut my boot. Heavy loos to me. If machine not working, either they remove or put board.

Badly maintain. Lifts are abysmal. The courteous staff makes up for a bad ambience but it’s not sufficient

Great roof top terrace with lovely food and service. Standard Rooms too hot even with AC and a bit small (maybe better with deluxe/premium). We got calm rooms to backside :-)

Check in Process ok room ok Worst Breakfast ever had in any Hotel... This is not expected from Sayaji Brand. Limited options and just a pathetic breakfast... I stayed in Enrise Sayaji Indore and other cities... But this is worst experience.

After taking huge money check out is 10 am which is rediculous and need to rectify it should be 12 noon this is not worth at all total money waste. Breakfast is worst than worst ever. Very less options everything tasteless and very bad quality tea and food

1. Reception staff asked for passport and insiated on printed visa copy when our passport already been stamped by immigration. 2. Reception staff are unfriendly, more intereted in telling the rules then listening 3. Common area including restaurant walk way was unlited dark. 4. Executive room had cracks on the wall and the swith box was open.

Property doest have space to park a sedan only hatchbacks, leading to cards being parked on main road. Property doesnot have a swimming pool. Property is not well maintained and that is visible from the state of bathroom to cutlery. Cutlery especially was chipped, faded and in some places had marks of leftovers. Management oversight on property is lacking. Even electrical equipment installed for re-heating/ warming food violate basic electrical safety practises and are a potential shock hazard.

There was no one to take the luggage. Poor on this part. Employee were not interested in helping.

Location & room size

Cleanliness & staff was not having proper training they use to open the room while we were in the room with their master key

Good location, well maintained and clean rooms superb breakfast ( I was charged for it) and perfect ambience. To my surprise, there is a jogging track just infront of Enrise. Enjoyed walking there. You can definitely consider this one for your next trip at Nashik.

It was a fairly good hotel . The check-in took longer than expected.

There are many things they can improve. The hospitality of staff was good but can be better. The hotel was clean but can be better.

Room was comfortable

Did not get hot water during Shower

Everything was superb.
