The items supposed to be very ho, were actually cold, like Sambar with Idli. Chicken dish with dinner was insipid, and inadequate.

I stayed at Holiday Inn at Nashik last week and I really liked the stay there not much to offer rooms that are decent size and small washroom but neat and clean more over the staff is excellent mainly Abhinav was very helpful and kind during my entire stay also Ganesh from room service as well thanks I enjoyed my stay there, I surely will visit back someday again with my family.

This hotel has Awesome Housekeeping Team- Headed by Mr. Ganesh, Mr. Adnan & Mr. Mallapa. They are very effecient and effective in their work and very humble & kind. Kudoos to Holiday Inn for having such wonderful House keeping staff.

Breakfast spread was fine, Room had all amenities, but super small. The employees in reception desk and the morning housekeeping staff were super helpful.

Room size was super small. The reception desk people called the security multiple times for a work, the person didn't attend the call. Towels were not available during on boarding, had to wait for 30 mins and 3 reminders. Also, live kitchen only had the options for Omelette, no Dosa or Parathas.

Its very much compact including common spaces

Great experience and comfortable stay and also the staff mayur chatankar was very helpful and polite and helpful addressed my issue quickly, will definitely go back to this hotel

Location and pricing

Food is not good here and overpriced for the quality, for breakfast and in-dine both. Feels like here they serve packed preserved food.

*Pros*: clean rooms, good bed, cool air conditioning, clean hotel, pleasant ambience, courteous staff including security, ample parking space, super hot water, good quality fast WiFi, smooth check in check out process

*Cons*: small congested rooms - open the door and room is finished (this is the major drawback for Rs.4000 tariff, No work table, no table to keep things, No chairs, No wardrobe, toilet bathroom very small, so small that you can't not rub towels in bathroom, pathetic room service (to give couple plates & glasses they took 40 minutes with 6 reminders to them), plates are very heavy, glasses are old fashion design, no food choice (had to order from outside), no separate house keeping number or service available, zero coordination between kitchen and reception, electrical switches not working, charging facility with room phone is a disaster model - power bank after two hours only 1% charged. Breakfast food taste good but very limited menu - not expected from such a brand, breakfast sitting & reception area air conditioning is very poor. Holiday Inn Nashik room tariff not worth over Rs.2000/-.

Unprofessional staff. No parking. Rooms are very small and congested. You sleep near the wash basin and the bathroom and toilet are so small that a heavy person will find it difficult to use

I stayed in this property for 3 days. Breakfast was nice. I have only only one suggestion that please keep boiled vegetables, Sprouts and Salad in breakfast.

Room is small and washbasin was chocking.

We enjoyed our stay though rooms were very small or rather too compact is the correct explanation about the room size. Hardly any space to move around the bed. But room was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall We are satisfied.

I think due to shortage of staff the restaurant service was bit slow.

Cleaning of the room.

Never had a chicken tikka like that of served in room service. it looked and tasted like it was boiled chicken with marination only. Pathetic options in breakfast too. on top of it, no place to sit. such a cramped restaurant. One omelette took 15-20 minutes.

Hotel is well maintained and clean

Need to improve on food part. Buffet can be better. Also rooms are too small for twin bed.

My location was 5 mins away.

Food. They can do better with the ala carte where the naans served were very bad and equally bad was the vegetable puloa and the chana sabji. Very super limited choice. I have stayed in their blore outlet which was way bettee. Also for breakfast the puri bhaji wasnt up to the mark. The idli chutney was ok, sambhar was good.

Location is good. Breakfast was fair. Could be better. Refill could be faster.

Levelling between road and property needs to be improved. The ramp needs to be better prepared.

Big And renowned brand in the Hotel industry. But the hotel rooms were very small. Definitely value for Money. Clean and well maintained hotel. Food was not good. Totally frozen, ready to cook food only. Quality and taste of food need immediate improvement.
