The location was perfect. Away from the crowd but walking distance from pretty much everything

The only thing it’s missing is a pool

Most comforts bed and pillows of any hotel I have stayed in. Excellent location. Great front desk staff and service

On both mornings I waited for 10 minutes at the breakfast desk for someone to come and take my room number and seat me. There were many open tables but the staff member had something more important to do.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet.

Room temperature not consistent. Thermostat set at 70 the room was hot/cold. Toilet room very, very small. If you’re not on the petite size it will be an issue Staff was great when we checked in but when we checked out they didn’t bother to offer to help with our luggage. They weren’t busy.

Beautiful property and great location. Had a great restaurant downstairs and rooftop bar. Bamford Spa is amazing and one of the best massages I’ve had. Also the bedding is top notch.

Front desk lady wasn’t the friendliest but others were! Also, definitely put your Do Not Disturb on since housekeeping came at 8:30am, 3pm and 5pm for turndown and if you were laying down for any of those, it would wake you.

1 Nashville is the perfect place to relax, recharge and immerse yourself in a zen-like atmosphere. From the moment I walked in I felt a calm energy with a great vibe. The room was amazing with spa like touches. The bed was so comfortable I slept as if I was on a cloud. The room was a comfortable cocoon. The food and drinks served were topnotch. The farm to table was obvious with the delicious fresh ingredients. Drinks were carefully created to offer something unique. Just a beautiful place to stay. Beautiful city view lights.

This was my first 1 Hotel. What an unexpected experience to be had here. Everything about the rooms did not feel like you were in a hotel. The hotel's eco-focused interiors and natural elements are artfully displayed throughout. It's ambience is fabulous. I'm a nut for lighting and they have the best lighting I've ever experienced. I can't wait to visit other 1 Hotels around the world.

Fantastic stay and wonderful staff! The food at 1Kitchen is superb and they were able to accommodate my dairy and gluten allergies with expertise. Everything was delicious! My expensive wine got toppled and my sweet server topped me off free of charge! As well, we had special goodies and bevvies in our room as a surprise when we returned from our evening out. It was so sweet and made my whole family feel seen and super special. It brought tears to my eyes! We will be lifelong customers for sure!

The hotel and amenities are amazing! The café downstairs with healthy food and smooth options is superb! The gym is great! The rooms are exceptional and large and very well decorated. The green sustainability of the hotel is a bonus. Very good location

Room was comfy. Bathroom and shower were modern and very clean. Location was perfect- walking to Broadway. Dinner was excellent.

Coffee downstairs wasn't very good, which was unfortunate since we love starting the day with coffee. Service was good and so were the pastries, but the coffee was no bueno (my wife agrees with me for once!)

What an amazing experience! The 1 Hotel is like a sanctuary in Nashville. Great location and amazing service. I’d like to recognize Rebecca’s team for their genuine care and attention as they made our stay truly memorable. Kennedy has been wonderful, assisting us gracefully with our impossible requests (also, she’s hilarious!). Jarius and Herb have been great too, they made our house car journeys so much fun. Lastly, I’d like to highlight that we stumbled upon Harriet’s, the rooftop, and had the best time!

Our family's stay at the 1 Hotel Nashville was truly exceptional. The hotel exceeded all of our expectations and even managed to surprise us in the best ways. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, natural ambiance and thoughtful design throughout the property. Walking into our room and finding a filtered water station was such a welcome touch especially while traveling with a little one. Speaking of which, my daughter was absolutely thrilled to have her own little bed waiting for her. It's those thoughtful details that make all the difference. What stood out most, however, was the people. The hotel beautifully combines stunning aesthetics with genuine hospitality, and the front desk team was unlike any we've experienced before. Mustapha made us feel like family from the very beginning. He was incredibly attentive and shared wonderful recommendations that enhanced our stay. Jarius brought such warmth and positivity to every interaction and never missed an opportunity to make my daughter smile and laugh. We also had the pleasure of interacting with Kennedy, Braxton and Abram throughout our visit, and every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. By the end of our stay, it truly felt like a home away from home.

This was my first time staying at a 1 Hotel. I would have to save my experience was a 10/10. Room was great, clean, and the service was on point. I dined and had drinks at Harriots, there rooftop restaurants, amazing views and service as well. Highlight of the trip was the front desk team, very helpful and professional, and the manger Rebecca P, was amazing and has a great team.

The service was outstanding and the attention to detail made the entire experience feel incredibly thoughtful and personal. What makes this property stand out is the consistency of the hospitality. Great hotel, clean, cozy, and very welcoming. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay. Sofia gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely attentive the entire time. LJ, the general manager, was also very friendly and made sure we were well accommodated at the restaurant. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay again.

This hotel is a solid choice if you're looking for something with a little more class downtown. Considering 1 Hotel markets itself as a "luxury" hotel though (and you pay for it), they're still lacking where others (like the Four Seasons, the Proper, or Populus) excel. Door service and greetings by any front of house staff was nearly non-existent during our two day stay; we noted we were traveling with a pet and there was nothing to indicate the hotel was dog friendly, like dog bowls in the lobby or room (they claim they are very); some of our in-room breakfast was burnt; and perhaps most egregious -- we were sent pears as part of a fruit basket when I specifically noted on my membership preferences that there was a pear allergy. It's small details like these that 1 Hotel in Nashville needs to take note of in order to be truly considered "luxury." I will also say that membership seems to matter very little; none of the advertised perks were offered to us during our stay. We probably could have booked via Hotels.com and had the same experience. Rachel, a front desk associate, was the bright spot in customer service, helping us check in early even when we were told by someone else we could not. Tips: There is a huge parking garage right across the street. Overnight parking is $45 vs. $67+ tax for valet/ night. The location of the hotel does mean there will be noise from inside the rooms. It wasn't enough to bother us but we live downtown in another big city, so are used to that. There is not much green space for pets, so if your dog requires that, this may not be the place for you. Bartenders and baristas downstairs on the entry level are wonderful, so do visit them for a taste of excellent service.

A wonderful new and cool hotel. The open concepts room are super cool but can be somewhat weird for non-couples. Regardless, I loved it. Our front desk experience was incredible thanks to the amazing Sofia! She was so helpful and kind. Gave us great tips and even sent some treats to the room as a welcome gift. She truly elevated the experience and made us feel at home. Would return again and looking forward to visiting other hotels in this brand.

Beyond the service, the actual hotel is also really cool. Lots of unique stuff the decor is incredible. The food is spectacular and they even have an electric car (Audi) that they use to take you to places that are not too far from the hotel. All around five star experience we’ll definitely be back when we come to Nashville.

1st time staying at a 1 hotel and loved it! Would stay again at this location and curious to explore other 1 hotels now too. Sofia made our pre check in, check in and 1st day so lovely! She went above and beyond for us, and it was clear she really cared about welcoming us and making sure we had a great stay. The beds are comfy, the room is very relaxing and well thought out with finishes and designs. Everything feels fresh and clean around the hotel and is a nice wellness ambiance. I noticed some people in reviews don’t love the bathroom design, but we did not find an issue with it. There is a curtain that can be drawn around the vanity area to give extra privacy and separation to the bathroom if you desire.

Our stay at One Hotel Nashville was nothing short of transformative. Rebecca, the manager, set the tone for our entire trip with a kind of anticipatory attentiveness that has become increasingly rare in hospitality. She made my mother's birthday and our Mother's Day celebration feel deeply personal, attending to every detail with quiet intention and genuine warmth. Hers is the sort of leadership one feels throughout a property, and it shows in every member of her team. The house car service was a particular delight. Herb and Jarahmis, our drivers, were unfailingly kind and attentive, the sort of presence that makes every arrival and departure feel considered. It is a small touch on paper, but in practice it shaped the rhythm of our days beautifully. The culinary experience was equally impressive. The team at 1 Kitchen brought genuine craft and creativity to every meal, and they were remarkably accommodating of our dietary needs without ever making us feel like an exception. Neighbor's Cafe carried that same ethos through breakfast and casual visits, warm, attentive, and equally thoughtful about how they prepared our food. To find a hotel where both the signature restaurant and the more casual cafe operate at such a high and consistent standard is genuinely rare. The property itself is beautifully designed, calm and considered in every detail, but it is the people who elevate it from a lovely hotel to a truly memorable one. Because Rebecca and her team made us feel so genuinely valued, our affection for Nashville itself is now inseparable from the care we received here. We will absolutely return, and largely because of the people who make this place what it is.

My husband and I stayed at 1 Hotel in Nashville while on a trip to celebrate our anniversary. It’s absolutely stunning! Sofia went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Unhelpful staff when checkin in early - another staff member checked me in before 4pm but the first staff member Justin was adamant I couldn't... My room was poorly cleaned , literally made the bed and new towels...so i got $100 reimbursed for the bar... NO POOL - I had to pay $60 to use less expensive hotels pools....this is not what I excpect There were hundreds of non-hotel guests in the elevators at the weekend, hotel guests have zero priority in the hotel bar over random people from the street. Access to elevators for randomers felt unsafe, floor 4 for example had no secure access once on that floor via the elevator so anyone can get to your floor! even on check-out NO bottled water ... I get this at 3 star hotels! This is very much style over substance and I would recommend the JW Mariott over this....amazing pool just across the road. Would not stay here ever again.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at 1 Hotel Nashville. We felt very welcome with our two puppies—they even provided dog beds and bowls. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The décor is sophisticated and creates such a relaxing vibe. Location is good, very close to the Broadway. It can be a little bit noisy during the day, but it was very quiet at night.

Extraordinary experience!!!! We were so “zen” in this establishment from the moment walking into the lobby, our room, the dedication to sustainability, the enthusiastic staff, comfortable bed, and convenience of walking to establishment. We have discovered 1 Hotel and we were charmed. Now we have visits to their other locations as a must.

The aesthetic of the hotel was great and the location was also amazing proximity to Broadway and downtown.

The toilet paper was super thin, the bathroom and shower offered no privacy, which wasn't a big deal, but it was definitely limiting in functionality. Also my allergies was going crazy inside the room, not sure if it was due to the plants inside the hotel, but it of course is also allergy season. On the first night while checking in the valet was missing for over 30 minutes so we had a long wait to give our keys to anyone. Eventually we left them with the front desk and went upstairs. Also the closet space was very small and there was no drawers or additional space to store our clothing and luggage.

Genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. So gorgeous, staff were lovely and great amenities on site. In absolute awe of this hotel, good to know for future reference that there are others worldwide!

Couldn't have asked for a better stay, they offer coffee pods in the room, maybe just add some tea options too!

Great hotel 5 min from Broadway

For three mornings in a row we have work in the room just above with drilling in the concrete. We pointed out but they continued each morning. It would be reasonable they wait to 09:00 in a city like Nashville where most people are out late.

Funky interior design elements and relaxed atmosphere. Walking distance to downtown and super comfortable rooms. In short, a great stay if you want to be close to the action in Nashville.

WOW. Super unique hotel, in a town crammed with hotels. Location was pretty solid, near Broadway scene, but Lime scooters everywhere so any other location was accessible. Rooms are super cool from a design perspective. We were there for NYE, so the scene was probably more clubby than usual but our whole group was WOWd.

My partner and I traveled to Nashville the weekend after Christmas to explore the city. While we didn’t end up falling in love with the city, we loved our stay at 1 Hotel. The room felt incredibly luxurious and resort-like, with thoughtful touches and sustainability woven throughout. For example, 1 Hotel was the first hotel I’ve stayed at with an in-room water filter. We also enjoyed our daily nespresso and had a wonderful night’s sleep in the king-sized bed. As for the rest of the hotel, we are breakfast at the downstairs restaurant twice, got coffee at the coffee bar, went to the gym, and had drinks on the rooftop bar. We loved our breakfasts there. The menu was filled with plant-forward and nutritious items that were filling and set the tone for the rest of our day. The coffee bar was a nice touch. The gym felt high-end and had multiple weight machines in addition to free weights, kettlebells, and other cardio machines. They also had reusable aluminum cups for you to fill up on water. The rooftop was nice although the drinks were expensive, but that was expected. Overall, we appreciated our stay and would return. I’d highly recommend to this others staying in Nashville.

I wish we could give more than 5 stars for service and rooms. We stayed at 1Hotel on our way from Florida to Chicago. The location is convenient with close access to the highway as well as a number of attractions. The hotel is beautiful with a modern and clean design aesthetic, that naturally helps you relax. However, the best part of the stay was the exceptional service. Codi made us feel welcome even before we came to the hotel, with great suggestions for us to spend the evening in Nashville. Custom cards and sweet treats for Christmas Eve added an extra special touch to our experience. Jarius is knowledgeable about Nashville and such a great host. We forgot something in the hotel and the front desk staff was very accommodating and promptly helped us. Everyone on the staff is warm and go above and beyond to help the guests. 1Hotel team, Thank you for making our Christmas extra memorable!

My husband and I agree that 1 Hotel Nashville is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at—and now it’s the only hotel chain we ever want to stay. The location is excellent, close to the Gulch and about a 10-minute walk to Broadway, which felt like the perfect distance to enjoy the action without the noise. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, and we absolutely loved our City King room. The wood-furnished design created a beautiful, calming atmosphere, and the in-room filtered water tap was such a thoughtful touch. We loved the gym and complimentary Friday morning yoga class, as well as the curated shop. Highly recommend this hotel!

I’m so excited to rate this property. I’ve stayed at several hotels in the Nashville area each one being adequate for the needs. This particular property had something unusual. Beyond the ambience and the professional attitude of each associate. You have to walk slowly through the lobby, even driving and entering the valet area. Such an amazing attention to detail to ensure that you have a peaceful stay. Once you’re inside your room, you have incredibly comfortable robes. Everything is sustainable your key to get into your room is a half dollar size wooden nickel. What I love the most is the one little sign that they have in the room, saying that if you have any extra clothing that you care to leave behind that they would launder it and donate it to those in need in the Nashville area. It’s difficult to describe. It’s better to experience.

If you want to see the best of Nashville from above, this is the place. The One Hotel Rooftop Bar has breathtaking panoramic views, friendly service, and an atmosphere that feels both upscale and chill. Every dish was delicious, and DJ DTL Jams kept the vibe flawless all night.
