Grand Hyatt Nashville

Very clean well maintained hotel, friendly staff and a great location a few minutes walk from the Broadway bars. The pool is great addition.

The bed was far too soft for me, I felt like I sunk into it. The seal on the door of my room was worn to the point you could see light through it so I could hear people in the corridor.

Little stingy with water bottles and the mattresses need to be replaced. Sagged in the middle but we still slept well.

The pool is tiny, over crowded and late afternoon when not too hot, the bar is closed so not able to get drinks and refreshments. The beds are too soft. A room for 4 of us only ever had 2-3 towels which didn’t dry and one robe so a little short on linens. The coffee wasn’t replenished either.

Nice modern hotel close to downtown. Pool area is nice and it’s got a decent gym.

We paid to have a view of downtown but it wasn’t great. The position of the room in relation to the hotel itself meant the view as mostly obscured by the hotel.

It was conveniently located with access to many attractions in the downtown area.

Most incredible stay I’ve ever had. First, it’s right downtown so you’re in the midst of everything! Second, there are so many restaurants in the hotel that you may never want to venture downtown for food. Third, the service is unmatched. From the moment you step in you are greeted with attention, smiles and care. Brij was the game changer for me! You can tell he has a heart for people. He made sure my stay was unforgettable.

I had a facial at the spa and sadly it was not worth $180. I’ve had a myriad of facials in my life, but they always consist of some facial products being applied, and a neck/shoulder massage. Not this one…it was basically just products applied and taken off. No massage. My partner also had the same facial in the room next to me, but was given a neck, shoulder, and arm massage. Definitely not worth $180 for me without any massage involved.

The staff and management went above and beyond. They created an exceptional experience! We could not have asked for s better place to host our event.

Amazing visit staying at the Grand Hyatt in Nashville - While I was there for business the level of service and amazing pool and rooftop made my little free time feel like I was on vacation. Couldn't say enough great things about how clean and how friendly everything and everyone was.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Really enjoyed the views and location. The pillows were super comfortable and made for a great nights sleep! The bartenders at Aurum were great and loved the live music in the lobby.

We loved our stay at the Grand Hyatt, Nashville. Our children enjoyed the pool and the outdoor Movie night set up by the hotel. We had club access during our stay and the staff were there extremely accommodating and friendly. Lucky and Indra built a great rapport with our family. They could not have been any kinder.

This is a beautiful hotel conveniently located in Nashville Yard, a newly developed downtown location within walking distance of the bars and music of lower Broadway. Nashville Yard includes restaurants from Canada and Southern California serving incredible food graciously and efficiently and The Pinnacle venue. It's also across the street from Frist Art Museum. My room was large with a great sleeping bed and large pillows, comfortable sofa, refrigerator, Nespresso service, and fabulous shower and bath with a well lighted vanity mirror! The elevators were quick and even with a convention group it was rare to have a long wait. Valet service delivered my car quickly.

Nice hotel near the mess that is Broadway, but away enough from it.

Had a wonderful experience with the very cheerful and helpful waiters in the Grand Club. A special thank you to Jered and Lucky for there cheerful dispositions and attention to detail.

The hotel is nice, however we had to switch rooms twice. The "Gulch view" is currently just a construction site, so I would recommend choosing a different view. The AC wasn't working properly, and after sending a tech in the afternoon, we still ended up having to switch rooms at 11:45pm! In the new room, the bathroom door was stuck and would not close, in an attempt to close the door, it fell on my foot! So our next call was to the desk for ice and someone to put the door back on its track. Fortunately, the staff was friendly and responsive, which makes having issues much more palatable. Even though this visit was not ideal, I would stay there again and would recommend. It's close to EVERYTHING.

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Nashville was wonderful. The service at the Grand Club Lounge was excellent! Lucky and Jered were wonderful and really made us feel welcome! All the service was great! I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here for three days for a conference, and it was actually grand-without being pretentious. Here are my observations: 1. The staff was uniformly helpful and kind. 2. The hotel is beautiful and spotless. Our room was very nice with comfortable bedding and a nice view. We really loved the large bathroom with two sinks. 3. The onsite restaurants are quite good. The rooftop bar is very attractive and its pizza excellent. The restaurant is the lobby is surprisingly good. We had an excellent meal as we were preparing to leave. 4. The gym is first rate. It has three Peletons, but two need maintenance. 5. Valet parking is expensive at $65.00 plus tax, but the service was fast. I will note one tiny criticism. One of the valets called me "boss"; given that I was nearly three times his age, I believe "sir" is more appropriate. (I know that sounds petty.) 6. The location is excellent, with the Gulch, the madness on Broadway, and pickle ball courts being minutes away.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hyatt Nashville for 1 week. Our favorite part of our stay was having access to the Grand Club Lounge where we enjoyed breakfast, all day grab-and-go snacks, and evening appetizers. All of the staff in the Grand Club Lounge were so welcoming and attentive. Jared was an excellent host and always made sure we enjoyed our daily meals. This was our first time staying at a Grand Hyatt Hotel and we were very impressed to say the least. 10/10 experience!

The location was very close to local restaraunts and attractions.Less than a 10minute walk to all restaraunts. I loved the experience but did not like the fact of the cost for parking being that we stayed there 3days. Parking should be included if you are staying there.

We stayed here three nights and would book it again. It's at Nashville Yards, so close to downtown without the nighttime noise. We played a few rounds of miniature golf in the yards. The rooftoop bar is worth a visit, too; they make a great Old Fashioned. Everyone we met on the hotel staff added to our positive experience. A manager approached us as we waited to check out and he helped expedite our departure. Bellman (Aaron?) went out of his way to provide recommendations for breafast spots within easy walking distance.

Everybody was so nice almost felt like Disney land for adults lol! I will be back here whenever visiting Nashville! This hotel is 2 blocks from all the fun which is perfect at night when it gets louder outside!

Grand Hyatt Nashville My daughter and I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Nashville for the Alan Jackson concert. My experience was less than desirable, and continues to be. It started with Valet. When the employee asked me to leave my car running. I explained that our luggage and personal items were still in the car, but the employee assured me my car would not be moved. Wrong. After checking in, we returned to get our luggage but my vehicle had already been taken to the garage. After notifying three employees, and 30 minutes later, finally, my car was returned. We get to our room, which was lovely, until when I was changing, other visitors opened the door with a key, exposing my complete naked body. Front desk, offered it was their mistake. We were offered a different room, but had already unpacked, and tired from driving. We get a $100 discount for complete strangers seeing my naked body and further making me question the security of the hotel for the remainder of the visit. Fast forward almost 3 weeks later. I continue to have an almost 2k charge on my credit card from your hotel for our stay. Please note this is in addition to the already paid stay. When I consulted Citi, they stated the charges are still a reflection of the Grand Hyatt to remove them. I picked the Grand Hyatt for reputation and safety. This has been nothing but a headache. I expected better.

The property is beautiful and clean. Aaron was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start! He provided great options for food and entertainment as well as walking vs driving distances. Thanks to Aaron.

The grand hyatt sold me a room on the wrong side of the building to see fourth of july fireworks.They sent me a room that was on the back side of the building that showed four railroad tracks and trains going by and a bunch of skyscrapers that wasn't even built yet.And all you seen was a nasty construction worked.My whole fourth of july vacation

The Hyatt brand Hyatt in downtown Nashville sold me the wrong room. Trash, is it airborne out the view? I had was nothing but a bunch of garbage in a train track that made a bunch of noise, terrible location. Couldn't see the fireworks that I paid to see. Because I was on the wrong side of the building that they sold them. Wouldn't go back if you paid me? But even greater resolve the tonight, I have signed an executive order initiating a military quarantine of New York City. Got us. The window is still open. We find something in a week or two weeks. We can reverse the spread. I can still fix this.Please.You can do the same inside the city.We talked

I live here in Nashville and use to frequent the Grand Hyatt Hotel. It has completely gone downhill. If you stay anywhere DO NOT Stay here, We moved rooms due to non working phones and television. Then the 2nd rooms bathroom would not flush properly. Also two children almost drowned,we called security over 3 times and they never came. On the pool level, drinks were served in smaller glasses because they were out of the regular ones we were told. We forgot toothpaste and was happy to pay for it but the shop offers none and then was told by an employee the that housekeeping would have it. They do not. The only highlight for us in this entire mess as we were only there one night was the kindest and top notch employee DJ who should be the manager. Never again will we stay there.

Perfect location! On whiskey row, a block up from all the spots! Amazingly spacious and clean room! Great views! Wonderful common areas (pool, lounge, rooftop) and staff! Prime & Proper ….the ambiance the FOOD!!! OMG THE FOOD!

The valet only parking is a bit of a downer considering the price…it would great if it’s lowered depending on length of stay (just a suggestion) BUT def not reason for me not to come back!

Great hotel but beware of parking; $70.00+ per night. Do not attempt to check in early; $70.00 for an early check in. Desk clerk finally waived early check in fee after I asked to speak to a manager. I was there for a conference so there was a large contingent staying at the hotel. I should have looked at the surrounding area and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express across the street.

Was an all together horrible experience . Too many ways to count. Room phones did not work, could not get room service, pool horribly overcrowded and cloudy. A toddler in pool unattended by an adult.

The Grand Hyatt is just that - grand. Those that work there are so helpful and when you have questions they are quick with helpful tips. The farm to table restaurant was amazing with very creative and delicious food, It was so uplifting to hear live music being played in the evening. It was a GRAND experience.

We love this hotel. Its location is so close to downtown and other activities we love to visit while in town. We stayed here for an anniversary and hung out at the pool for 2 days. Great view of downtown and right across from Union station gives the pool a great relaxing feel. Always a great choice. Mark, Chase, and Bijetha took care of us the entire time. Class acts.

Our stay at the Nashville Grand Hyatt was spectacular! The food service was amazing, the quality exceeded expectations, the pool was incredibly relaxing and atmospheric, and the assistance by workers there was beyond helpful. A standout worker there was a man named Aaron Tinkelman who beyond just helping move bags to and from our room, gave us tons of unexpected help in regards to the layout of the city and navigating where to go for certain aspects of the area. This is a place I would certainly recommend to others, and will most likely be returning to again some time in the near future.

It was close enough to walk to literally anything you wanted to see in Nashville, but far enough away from Broadway to still be quiet and ultra high luxury. All the staff were OUTSTANDING, and the rooms were so comfortable and clean. It was a fantastic experience. One thing very important to note - NOWHERE in Nashville will let you in without a photo ID, no matter how old you are, so make sure you take it with you, or you’ll have a bit of a walk back in insane heat!

The breakfast was a little overpriced for the quality of the food - but honestly, that’s the only thing I could find and it’s the smallest detail ever. Just get a breakfast included package and you’re sorted.

Beautiful interiors and great location to Broadway. The hotel is very new and fresh with beautiful eating areas and a gorgeous pool. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Beautiful signature smell in the hotel and luxurious vibe. Rooms are a great size with an extremely comfortable bed.

For a 5star hotel the service wasnt as good as previous 5 stars ive been to. Room went 2 days without being serviced. The food was ok but nothing wow. Ordered Room service and it was very bland. Overall ok but for the price I wasn't overly impressed.

The room was adjacent to the railway track and the trains were very noisy, they woke me up late at night and again very early in the morning.

The water in the room stayed consistently scorching even if we turned on the cold faucet, the iron would drip water all over our clothes when ironing, no toiletry options to purchase.

Suzy was so amazing! She was so kind and professional!! She gave us the royal treatment for my husbands birthday and it was perfect! Hank was so awesome as well and the two guys that worked in the Grand club took great care of us as well! We came for my husband birthday and to see Alan Jackson in concert and it was amazing!!! I have highly recommend this hotel to everyone I have spoken with since we got home! It’s beautiful, spacious and friendly all around! We will definitely be back!! Clean and convenient with excellent staff.

Upon checking in, we were informed that our reservation had been overbooked and that we would be sent to another hotel which way off strip, Loews. We received absolutely no notice prior to flying in states away. We were told that the hotel had none of my contact information to notify me in advance, yet they were somehow able to provide me with a printed letter with my name upon arrival explaining that we would be relocated and that the alternate hotel would be covered. Unfortunately, the replacement hotel was a major disappointment. It was approximately 10 minutes farther from where we intended to stay and was also undergoing construction. This was not the experience I expected for the amount of money I spent. To make matters worse, I was still required to provide my credit card for incidentals they said at the alternate hotel but was actually billed for the night and also had to provide my own ride back to Grand Hyatt next day. The most disappointing part of the entire experience was dealing with the manager, Alex, at the Grand Hyatt. His attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and confrontational. As a hospitality manager, his response was essentially that he was not going to do anything to help us. This trip was meant to be a Christmas gift for my parents, making the experience even more upsetting. For the vacation I believed I was purchasing, I genuinely feel misled and scammed. I strongly suggest customer service and hospitality retraining for management. This was one of the most disappointing travel experiences I have ever had.

Enjoyed the check-in process, the room and the proximity to downtown Nashville and all the offerings. The food was amazing within the hotel. The downside was that it seems that the hotel will overbook and this caused congestion of guests and issues for other guests who were attending our conference who booked in advance.
