Very noisy at night - night rate was high for what you get.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. Zoie responded to all my arrival messages quickly and with genuine warmth. The room was spotless, the view was stunning, and the size was absolutely perfect for our stay.

I had a wonderful stay and was extremely impressed with the level of customer service. Marissa and Branden went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about providing a great guest experience. Their willingness to help and positive attitudes made all the difference and truly stood out. It’s employees like Marissa and Branden who make guests want to return. Located close to Broadway this is an excellent location to stay in Nashville! The downstairs coffee shop, Stompin’ Grounds is cutely decorated, very cleanly, and has yummy cocktails! The JW Marriott is a must stay in Nashville!

I had the pleasure of visiting the JW Marriott for my book club meetup, and it was such a great experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making our group feel right at home. The drinks were well balanced and absolutely delicious. Everyone we interacted with was kind and attentive. And whatever you do don’t leave without trying something from the pastry team they’re seriously talented! If you can, book their cake and sip! I can’t wait to come back.

Stayed for the 4th of July in Nashville; it was a wonderful experience. While having breakfast the next morning Nady was working extremely hard to cater to everyone’s needs and still found the time to chat with us and make us feel welcome. He’s a very lovely man.

We really enjoyed our stay for 4th of July. Taner and the pool deck staff did an amazing job! We could see the fireworks right from the pool deck. For breakfast, Nady was terrific. He and the staff were so friendly!

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always had a great experience. This year the hotel sold resort day passes to the public resulting in an over-crowded and understaffed July 4th pool experience. My guess is over 50% weren’t hotel guests utilizing pool. Hotel guests had to leave pool as there was nowhere to sit! Saw guests “steal” chairs and when they were confronted management moved them into a day bed that was wait-list only, after they fought with them for 30 minutes. They then high-fives each other when manager left. Very unfortunate! This is a great hotel and service generally top-notch, but staff overwhelmed with the number of people at pool!!! I provided feedback at checkout but I’m sure the staff is aware it cheapens the brand when you sell resort passes to general public.

Lovely hotel and staff. Ellen was so kind and took such great care of us we felt like we were the most important guests there. She remembered us and spoke with us every time we saw her. She is so amazing!

The views from this hotel are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such a beautiful landscape made our stay even more special. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was stunning and incredibly peaceful. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay, and we would gladly come back.

Nady is a gem. Such a beautiful humble heart waiting to serve with kindness and thoughtfulness. He would anticipate my need and far exceed in fulfilling it. Very observant. He's a keeper.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Nashville. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt smooth and welcoming. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which made check-in and our entire stay very easy. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable, clean, and offered great views of the city. We especially enjoyed the amenities and how convenient the location was for exploring downtown Nashville.

Fathy Hanna was so helpful and kind getting us checked in and with our bags when we arrived before our room was ready. And he treated us because of our anniversary. We are very appreciative!

Even though it’s away from Broadway, it is located on the street that all the bridal bike bars and emergency responders use. There was quite a bit of construction happening around the hotel. So, it was noisy.

Conveniently located and very nice hotel. Kwasi and Isaac were fantastic valets!

Taner on the pool deck made this experience amazing. He makes everyone happy! He takes great care of everyone!

First I want to say Megan in the gift shop/spa was absolutely amazing and made my friend and my experience so special and fun! But, now for the bad part. My friend were so excited to spend a day at the pool celebrating my birthday. I was charged an additional $140 and my friend an additional $97. This is on top of the drink and food tab we had. We called to get it cleared up and Layla was very rude. To have $250 tied up while they figure it out seems ridiculous. And I want to think the best of everyone but I do think this was an intentional scam by the staff. It’s sad because I love the JW and was planning on going back for spa treatments and staycations this summer but I can’t risk having my card charged additionally. On resort pass where we bought our pool passes, reviews were stating the same problem of their card being additionally charged at the pool dining. I hope they get this resolved because it’s a beautiful hotel and pool.

The room is stunning, the price is very fair, but the welcoming culture by Marissa, Jay, Ching and Shana made the 21st birthday celebration of our daughter simply terrific! Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Flexible room cleaning schedules, fast service at the front desk, and the shining star was the Stompin Grounds restaurant. The food was phenomenal the first day we checked in and Janet was such a friendly and exceptional waitress, which prompted my Fiancée and I to go back every single day for our long-weekend trip. The Vitality Smoothie was a life saver this weekend - thanks Janet!

Kubi was our valet and was prompt friendly and helpful. The bar staff on Sunday night (5/17) was particularly friendly and helpful as well.

Besides the Peloton bikes not working properly, our rooms and the location to local venues were great! There is a lovely young lady named Ha that works in the casual restaurant who is MOST friendly and kind - she has a wonderful personality that really enhanced our stay!

Shana (the receptionist) was very courteous and has a great personality. Very helpful and nice!

Our stay at the JW Marriott in Nashville was stellar. The property itself is very lovely and nicely situated within fairly easy walking distance to Broadway and other attractions. The best part, however, were the amazing staff members, who each contributed in their own way to make this stay so wonderful. By far, our favourite was Emily M, who was a server in the lobby bar as well as in the breakfast restaurant. She ranks among our tap 10 favourite hotel waitress/servers ever and she should really be teaching other servers how to take care of customers! She was funny, attentive, personable and friendly. She made some excellent restaurant suggestions (which we heeded and were NOT steered wrong), as well as other recommendations for ways to make our visit to Nashville better. We would seek her out to be our server and even planned breakfast in the restaurant on the last morning just so we could see her before we left! Tammy in the gift shop was incredibly helpful and friendly. We needed assistance with a dinner reservation and the concierge was busy with other folks, so Tammy got all of our information and then made sure to get it handled as quickly as possible. She also provided some wonderful suggestions and recommendations for our visit. There was a truly wonderful waitress (whose name I cannot recall) at Bourbon on the night we also had Grand Ole Opry tickets. Due to travel delays, we didn't have nearly enough time to leisurely eat and get to the concert. We let our waitress know up front and she went above and beyond to make sure that our meal progressed quickly (but still with time to enjoy ourselves) and kept us apprised of the timing all along the way. We were so grateful for her! If we're ever in Nashville again, the JW Marriott will be our first choice for accomodations!

Everyone on staff was helpful and welcoming. I had reserved an upgraded room. We arrived well before check in and I said I wasn’t picky about the room but we’d like early check in as we had a wedding event to get to. They were able to give me the corner room hours early. I wasn’t sure thought about a floor to ceiling window in the bathroom. The light was nice for a change but I felt exposed. Someone finally said it was probably one way glass which makes sense. The room was ample, bathroom was huge and we had nightly turn down service complete with chocolate. The concierge lounge was very nice and we also enjoyed the stomping grounds coffee shop on the bottom floor. The hotel is centrally located. One negative, I loathe the latest Marriott showers without doors. I couldn’t turn on the shower without getting into, the towels re not within reach, there’s no place to shave legs etc and there’s no need to have a shower big enough to wash a pony. If they don’t want to wash towels every day, consider handing adequate towel bars!

Leanne at the concierge desk gave us great ideas on how best to experience Nashville for our first time. We followed her advice on touring the city, dinner, and especially visiting the Gaylord Grand Old Oprey hotel before we saw a concert at the Grand Old Oprey theater, which is about a half hour drive from downtown Nashville. The original Grand Old Oprey theater in downtown Nashville is the Ryman theater that we toured. The hotel was very nice with a comfortable bed, great views outside our floor to ceiling windows and a well stocked concierge lounge for breakfast and after hour snacks. The hotel is a short walk to Broadway where there are many bars and restaurants with live music.

Pankit,Sam,Valentino and Nick are the best They are very courteous and helpful and definitely are there for customer relations . They made the check in process smooth and they all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Because of them, I would recommend the hotel as a definite stay when in Nashville. Thank you again to all of them for making our check-in amazing !! Will recommend them to all !!!

While in town for a conference, we stayed here. The customer service is top tier. March assisted us when we arrived at valet and when we departed. Our room wasn’t ready so he assisted us with pool access while we waited. Our bags and car were handled with ease and made the whole arrival and departure seamless. So kind and professional. The room was beautiful and clean. The pool and spa were perfection. We can’t wait to be back

Our stay at the JW Marriott Nashville was truly exceptional from the moment we arrived we experience genuine Southern hospitality in such a warm welcome from Ellen and Zach my boyfriend and I were celebrating his birthday and they made the experience even more memorable Ellen and Zach were incredibly friendly down to earth and took the time to really get to know us the kindness and attention to detail made us feel valued and cared for a threat or stay not only the date of the Marriott a beautiful and elegant place to stay but the level of hospitality we received made it unforgettable we would absolutely return again both because of the amazing hotel itself and because of wonderful people like Ellen and Zach who made our visit so special

I have always enjoyed staying in JW Marriott facilities and had great experiences in each of the facilities. Albeit the brick and mortar of facilities can be nice, it is the staff and the people working there that elevate and amplify the experience of those staying at the facility. I want to recognize one staff member with the name of “Nady” who greets people with steadfast smile and enthusiasm… where his attentiveness, optimism, and service added to the great experience at the hotel.

Celebrated Mother’s Day weekend with my adult daughter and the JW Nashville was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, sky bar, and spa. The food, services, and views were amazing. We may make it a new tradition. Taylor and Terri helped with our reservations and list of things to do. I highly recommend staying there for special occasions, business, etc. Because it was exceptional and is close to anything else you might want to do in Nashville.

When you travel, it’s the people assisting you that make a welcome difference. March was that person. He helped us several times, holding items for us while we were out, procuring umbrellas, and best of all, giving us directions and recommendations for tours, entertainment and restaurants. I want to thank him for his help and advise you regarding his excellent assistance.

The valet experience, and attendant, Kubi, was excellent!

Juju the night engineer rocks! After 5 different staff attempts to fix tv, Juju saw it was unsolvable and got us moved to a better room with a good view and good tv and lots of Bonvoy points.

I went with my daughter to celebrate a milestone birthday. The staff couldnt be any nicer. Called ahead spoke with Leanne the connoisseur and she arranged a beautiful charcuterie board to be in the room upon check in. She was extremely helpful in suggesting places to visit and dine. The accomadations were great. Room was clean and spacious. We had no problems with any of the amenities. If I had to pick on something it would have to be the elevators that dont recognize your room card so you might be stuck going up and down until someone else enters and their card works. Had a very nice memorable stay. Would highly reccomend. Didnt hear any noise as we were high up, 28th floor. Sunrise every morning! Location was pretty good, wouldnt want to be any closer to boardway cause of noise. Walkable to the museums and Boardway with good boots and sneakers.

We had breakfast at the Stomping Grounds and it was delicious. Renata, our waitress, was amazing and attentive all the way through our meal. I’d come back for sure!
