Unfortunately struggled to fall asleep as I could hear the neighbours, they were quite loud. My bed was properly made on day 2

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026It’s such a great location- we could walk to Florida Road which was really awesome for us! The staff were really friendly and helpful which was ao lovely!
The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze. It would be really great to have a towel rack to hang underwear and face cloths there. Waiting at the gate for someone to open or close it - maybe look into investing a in remote controls for each room? Sometimes had to ring the bell (if you were outside) or try find someone to let you out (if no one at reception). There were some cockroaches in our room and some of the linen was a bit torn too.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Clean and convenient and close to the Stadium I left early and did not stay for breakfast. The parking is safe but a bit confined.
The telephone ringing at reception was audible throughout the night.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026I really enjoyed the stay. The Boutique Hotel is close to Florida Road and a Shopping center closest. It is really central to restaurants and walking distance. It exceeded all my expectations.
There needs to be improvement to the access to the gate as we came in very late and we stood long outside.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Location was super, rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.
I booked for a group but other members were given a room outside whereas there were still rooms inside. In your adverts please make it clear that we won't get that home setting where there's a kitchen and dining area because most of the time when we book as group we want that setting. Your place is not for older people and physically challenged people and you did not specify in your adverts. The stairs were really a challenge for my people.

Was assigned room 302. It was extremely small and smelly. Bathroom facilities were not up to par. "No electricity" for the aircon so the heat was unbearable. There were roaches in the room. Checked out 5 hours after checking in. Didn't even spend the night. What a waste of money!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Very friendly staff. The room was nice, clean and well appointed. All amenities worked as expected.
Other guests at the hotel were extremely noisy and made sleeping for both the nights booked virtually impossible. After asking them numerous times to quiet down and then getting hotel staff involved they still carried on without regard. Understandably the hotel won’t know up front whether their guests will make a noise or not, it is however their responsibility to monitor it and take appropriate action if a problem arises.
