Check-in ve check-out işlemleri hızlı ve sorunsuz gerçekleşti. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Alles was goed

The hotel confirmed the reservation without considering the note provided and failed to offer any solution to meet the request. That was my last stay!

My sincere gratitude to the guest relation manager, Ms. Sara, for the exceptional hospitality and care provided during our recent stay. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and warm approach made the experience truly memorable. I look forward to returning and will gladly recommend the hotel to colleagues and friends. Iki oda kiralandi. Bir odada gecen misafirlerden kalan kirli peceteler vardi. Diger odada su/dis fircasi/ kulak copu,vs unutulmustu. Odalarda kahve makinasi mevcut degil. Bu fiyat bandinda farkli olmali.

I spent one night at Crowne Plaza Ankara and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcome and well taken-care of — the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a layout that felt both well-designed and relaxing. Many guests have praised how “immaculately clean” the rooms are, and I found the same to be true. Location is another plus — the hotel’s setting makes it easy to reach shops and local amenities, which added convenience to my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety, and I appreciated the warm welcome at the dining area. In short: excellent service, very clean and comfortable room, and a good overall experience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Ankara.

Modern hotel

They have an issue with guests smoking in their rooms and cannot seem to be able to stop them, i have stayed at IHG hotels in turkey and abroad but this was unfortunately my worst experiance my family including 3 children had to suffer cigerette smoke from neighbouring rooms. The staff couldnt seem to be able to stop them as i complained several times but still the smoke was coming through. The vents and the walls. And i could see the cigarettes being thrown out of the window.

The staff were always helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Ms. Sara, who was very kind and took great care of us during our stay. We recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again!

Her kademede güleryüzlü hizmet. aracımızı DC hızlı şarj imkanı.

Good place for short stays

Nulla.

I enjoyed my stay at the Crown Plaza immensely. Sara and most of the staff were not only helpful and knowledgeable, but, especially Sara - the property fairy godmother, went out of her way to make sure guests were accommodated 100%! She gets a 6-star rating!

I don’t normally rate larger chain hotels but wanted to for this one to shout out for how amazing the staff are. They’re so friendly and helpful, they truely go above and beyond

Hotel very clean and confortable. Rooms are very large, and everything was kind

the breakfast should be more varied, but anyway it was good

Harika otel.harika hizmet.çok memnun kaldık.teşekkür ederiz

We had two wonderful stays at Crowne Plaza Ankara over the past month—one for 15 nights and another for 2 nights. The hotel is immaculately clean, and the rooms are modernly designed with eye-pleasing decor. Room service was impressively fast; we never had to ask twice for anything. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the wide variety of food options. The breakfast venue was beautifully chosen, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Both of our stays were relaxing and enjoyable. A special mention goes to the hotel’s Public Relations Manager, Sara. She was exceptionally attentive to guests' needs, always charming and welcoming. In addition to Turkish, she speaks English and Farsi fluently, which was a great relief for guests like us who don’t speak Turkish. Her support made our stays smooth and memorable, and we sincerely thank her for that.

The reason for my 5 stars are for the room sizes, we booked a room with 2 queen beds on the 14th floor with a magnificent horizon view. It has a dinner menu catered for kids which can be selected off the tv. Only downfall the hotel doesn't have a pool however it's not far away from aqua park and also close to the airport. The best part it has an Outlet mall right next to it for the last minute shopping. Hospitality is top shelf, surely book this hotel again , as discount is offered to members. Thanks to the team for a comfortable stay and service. Ps. The pillow selection yessssss 5 to chose from for your needs pure luxury at its best

At chwck

Clean spacious rooms in a good location near shops and restaurants.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Diyor helped with travel plans to the airport and made my stay very pleasurable. Very easy check in and out and room was very spacious and clean with complimentary bottles of water and great views of the city. There is a mall attached to the hotel and it’s in a great location with lovely restaurants close by

Hotel was very comfortable and staff very welcoming and helpful.

Location was a little rough.

Hotel was listed as a 5 star, but was more in line with a 4 star based its' amenties and lack of breakfast provided. Area surrounding hotel sould not have been listed as "city center", it's just outside of the city center in an industrial/shopping mall area.

Excellent quality of rooms, great breakfast.

Veldig bra hotell, store fine rom. Aircondition har 18 grader som laveste temperatur. Det blir for varm sovetemperatur.

3 nights in Ankara where the temperatures were around 26°c, no air-conditioning our room was as hotter rgan outside.

Mükemmel bir otel. Kalite tesadüf değildir.
