El trato del personal, sobre todo el recibimiento que nos hizo Miguel. Nos encontrábamos de luna de miel y nos prepararon un detalle en la habitación que fue toda una sorpresa. Y el trato de todo el personal durante toda nuestra estancia fue impecable, todos muy amables y serviciales.

Unsere Junior Deluxe Suite war sehr groß und für unsere Kinder (9&6 Jahre) und uns ideal. Die Kinder haben das “Doppel-Hochbett” geliebt. Die Möblierung ist sehr stilvoll. Die Dachterrasse mit Pool war ein echtes Highlight.

Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit technischen Küchengeräten, aber etwas mangelhaft beim Geschirr (für 4 Personen nur 3 Teller, 3 Schüsseln, zu wenig Gläser, kein Küchensieb etc.) Leider hatte die Dusche nur lauwarmes Wasser und die Toilettenspülung ging auch nur sporadisch.

La cama era muy cómoda está muy cerca de la playa, el rooftop tiene una vista increíble y está caminando de prácticamente cualquier lugar que quieras visitar además de que es muy tranquilo por la noches. El desayuno está completo pese a no ser muy abundante te da perfecto para aguantar la mañana y poder complementar con algo a la carta, nosotros probamos los molletes y el pan francés y era una excelente combinación con el desayuno ya incluido, podría mejorar un poco el servicio y la velocidad ya que nuestra última mañana no llegaron a tiempo los molletes por qué ya teníamos que hacer el check out. El servicio de front desk de Miguel fue increíble, nos hicieron una sorpresa por mi cumpleaños que fue en verdad muy linda y en todo momento nos ayudó, guió y nos dio las mejores recomendaciones, muy amable y una gran plática, definitivamente volveremos.

Estaría bien que todas las habitaciones tuvieran un minibar/minirefri aunque no sean estudios.

- petit déjeuner inclu ridiculement petit (2 tranches de pain et des fruits c’est tout le reste est payant donc autant ne pas prendre l’option petit déjeuner et aller le prendre en centre ville il y en a de très bons à un prix correct) - Nous avions réservé 2 chambres de 32m2 et l’une ne faisait à peine 20m2, mauvaise fois dû réceptionniste affirmant que la chambre avait bien une surface de 32m2… - hôtel éloigné du centre et des animations - piscine très petite - services hôtelier très réduits (il s’agit plutôt d’un appart hôtel)

Smuk og rolig beliggenhed meget tæt på stranden og kun en lille cykeltur/taxatur fra centrum. Venligt personale og hyggelig stemning. Rooftop pool med udsigt over havet var fantastisk. Værelser var lyse og moderne. Vi fik et af vores værelser opgraderet til et noget større værelse med balkon og køkken ved ankomst uden at bede om det, det var fantastisk. Vi brugte en nærliggende beachclub hvor solsenge var gratis ved køb af mad eller drikke.

Standardværelser er små og uden balkon, så vi anbefaler klart at man booker med balkon hvis man som os, godt kan lide at sidde ude morgen og aften og nyde omgivelserne. Den tilkøbte morgenmad var skuffende og begrænset til en kop kaffe eller juice og toast eller frugt. Alt andet er tilkøb. Der var ingen solsenge ved poolen men en del stole hvis man vil nyde solen på toppen.

Die Angaben bei Booking stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein! Das Frühstück ist das schlechteste Frühstück, welches ich in Mexiko hatte. Man kann wählen zwischen 2 Scheiben Brot oder ein paar Stücklein nicht frischen Früchten, ok ein Kaffee gibt es noch dazu. Es steht auch, dass es Parkplätze hat, stimmt nicht, man kann mit dem Auto nicht auf Holbox fahren, man parkt auf dem Festland und zahlt es selbst. Das 4-er Zimmer ist sehr klein für 4, die angegebenen 32m2 entsprechen nicht dem Zimmer, sondern dem Zimmer mit Badezimmer und Balkon, wenn überhaupt. Auf dem Dach gibt es ein Pool und eine Bar, wo es Kleinigkeiten zu essen gibt, aber zu welcher Tageszeit haben wir nicht herausgefunden. Schade, man ist sich auf verschiedenen Ebenen „verarscht“ vorgekommen . Wenn nichts von Frühstück und Parkplatz gestanden wäre, hätte man es akzeptiert, aber so waren wir sehr enttäuscht.

Excellent séjour en famille. La chambre n'était pas tres grande mais les lits très confortables. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la piscine en rooftop et le personnel toujours prêt à répondre a nos demandes.

Tot. Habitacions precioses. Cuina ben equipada. Vam agafar una amb vistes al mar i realment tenia vistes meravelloses. El rooftop molt bonic, amb una piscina infinita. El personal molt amable.

L'únic a destacar era poca presió a la dutxa, però acceptablei L'esmorzar bo però escàs. Tot i que pots demanar entrepans boníssims fora de l'esmorzar inclòs a un preu correcte.

La vista desde rooftop es súper linda. Y la cercanía a la playa es un plus.

La limpieza puede mejorar, la amabilidad, profesionalismo y falta prestar atencion a las fechas especiales, algún detalle siempre suma. Creo que antes de vender algo ( lo cual no me parece mal) deberían ofrecer primero lo que tienen en casa, sin necesidad de minimizar otros proveedores o restaurantes locales. En general el lugar cumple, pero se nota una falta de atención amabilidad en el personal.

La climatisation fait trop bruit et l'appartement 102 au dessus est bcp trop bruyant. On entend tout ce qui se passe. Malgré une arrivée à 15h, la chambre n'était pas prête et nous avons dû attendre 30mn.

Prachtige kamer. Er was een strand view beloofd maar dat viel wat tegen. Hele mooie badkamer. En op t strand een prachtige zonsondergang. Locatie iets verder van centrum dus daardoor heel rustig.

Ontbijt was echt heel karig. Beetje fruit OF 2 sneetjes brood met jam. Als je iets anders wilde dan moest je betalen. Zeg dan niet dat t inbegrepen is en biedt iets fatsoenlijks aan. Personeel heel ongeïnteresseerd. En airco is heel raar. Blies veel wind wat je niet kon veranderen.

Nuestra estancia en Casa Astral Holbox fue una experiencia muy agradable. Las instalaciones son cómodas, limpias y están muy bien cuidadas. Desde nuestra llegada, el personal de recepción fue sumamente atento y siempre dispuesto a resolver cualquier duda o necesidad. Quiero destacar especialmente a Cristian, quien fue muy amable durante toda nuestra estancia. Nos brindó excelentes recomendaciones sobre tours y nos ayudó a organizarlos y reservarlos, haciendo todo mucho más sencillo. Asimismo, el personal de cocina y del bar siempre estuvo atento y dispuesto a apoyar en lo que necesitáramos. La ubicación es otro gran punto a favor: está muy cerca de la playa, incluso mejor ubicada que muchas otras opciones. Esto permite disfrutar del mar y al mismo tiempo descansar con tranquilidad, lejos del ruido. Además, cuenta con varias opciones de comida cercanas, por lo que no es necesario estar en el centro para disfrutar de una buena experiencia. Sin duda, es un lugar al que regresaría con mucho gusto en mi próxima visita a Holbox.

Como áreas de oportunidad, las habitaciones son contiguas y el aislamiento acústico podría mejorar, ya que es fácil escuchar el ruido o las conversaciones de las habitaciones vecinas. También sugeriría poner mayor atención a la limpieza de las regaderas, ya que al estar cerca de la playa suele acumularse arena y en una ocasión notamos que no había sido retirada por completo durante la limpieza.

Petit bémol cependant pour le petit-déjeuner, que nous avons trouvé un peu décevant : seulement deux petites tranches de pain avec beurre et confiture, accompagnées d’un café ou d’un verre de jus d’orange.

Supermooie en heerlijke ligging op paar minuten van het centrum. Appartement met twee slaapkamers was een wauw-factor. Groot en prachtig afgewerkt hele keuken ter beschikking toaster, diepvries, koffiezetapparaat alles was aanwezig . Personeel top en vriendelijk. Op het strand ligt ernaast Cafe Del Mar waar je heerlijk kan eten en op een bedje kan liggen als je een consumptie neemt. Handdoeken van het hotel zijn alleen voor aan het zwembad op het dakterras. Dus persoonlijke handdoeken best zelf meenemen. De zonsondergang vanaf je balkon of vanop het dakterras is adembenemend mooi. Dit hotel is een echte aanrader. Als je ergens gaat eten savonds ga dan naar la cantrina birra goedkoop en zo goed dat we hier zelfs twee keer geweest zijn . PS: Er is geen lift aanwezig.

The service was excellent throughout my stay, with a team that made everything feel effortless and welcoming. The location is truly unbeatable, right on the oceanfront with a beautiful beach just steps away. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in the natural beauty of Holbox. I would absolutely come back!

We checked in and registered with my contact information. First night around midnight I started to receive calls from an unknown number and then Whatsapp messages, greeting me by my frist name and identifying themselves as the manager of the hotel. They tried to scare us with a false "red code" that included extreme violent and sexual language, they knew and wrote down my phone number, name and hotel name. I called the police and a local friend to be with me as they had all this information already about me, when she arrived, other guests heard us and appeard in distress as they were experiencing the same situation just with different approach but same number and a worse story. (Which made us realize that the only thing in common we have it's that we registered in the hotel) I tried to call them on the group they created but no answer until the next day (after police left at 2 am), I have the conversation and pictures. We were informed that there was staff that had their shift over about 2 hours ago but stayed in the hotel to drink alcohol with other hotel guests this same night, which feels incredibly dangerous. The hotel owner and manager talked to us but basically their solution was trying to mark the reservation as No Show and refund a night. Even tho' the information was leaked from their hotel, by someone that had access to it, or someone left it accessible for other people. Which means, the danger was real, someone that have access to personal guests information can also have access to master keys and pass-codes. Manager re-victimized us in the end once the owner left, by saying it wasn't his staff, it wasn't him, that the information must have been taken from another place and that it was convenient that only 2 people in the same hotel area were contacted (i've never seen those guests before, like ever) They did marked this as No Show and kicked me off the Whatsapp group. Terrible way to handle things.

El alojamiento está muy bien, los colchones son muy cómodos y el hecho de estar apartado te hace estar muy tranquilo. Deisy es un plus absoluto en recepción, tenerla a ella es tener una joya en el hotel!

What was not there to like. Communication through the entire booking process, taxi and stay was superb. The hospitality when I was arrived was like being treated from a close friend. Any question I had at anytime, I sent a text and shortly I would get a response one of the staff. It was less than 50 yards to the beach and another 50 yards down the beach to the best piña coladas in mexico at casa del mar. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and would gladly go back for another stay. This was my first time at holbox, I will be back.

O hotel é bastante moderno e muito limpo. Tenho sempre receio de rncontros com animais( repteis e insectos) no quarto, no entanto apesar de estarmos numa ilha replecta de diferntes animais no quarto e instalacoes de hotel estava tudo impecavel. O roof top é um wspcaco excelwnte limpo e agradavel para relachar. Apenas a prais na zona nao é das mais belas mas o hotel fica bastante central e da para caminhar ate ponta mosquito ou ponta dos cocos. O pequrno almoco é simples mas muito agradavel tal como o espaco de comer. Funcionarios extremamente simpaticos e prestaveis. Indicam todas as informacoea necessarias a quando do chec in.

I grunden ett helt bra hotell där paketeringen lovar mycket mer än vad de levererar tyvärr. Rummen fina och balkongen härlig plus läget med närheten till beach och by uppskattades. Personalen i receptionen superbra och ökar upp betyget.

Det märks att ägarskapet har ändrats. Städningen blandad i kvalitet eller hade inte ens varit där när vi kom tillbaka från stranden kl 17. Takterrassen med pool och bar var viktiga anledningar till att vi valde det här sk boutique hotellet och betalade mycket pengar. När vi kom dit fick vi information om att baren är trasig och därmed stängd och poolen iskall så gick inte att bada i. På nyårsdagen dök inte kocken upp så ingen frukost serverades. Och andra dagar fanns inget bröd. Personalen sa själva ”många som jobbar här borde bli tagna i örat”. Ja, vi blev kompenserade med att få välja fritt från frukostmenyn men det motsvarar inte vad vi förväntade oss alls. Skärpning! Det här hotellet förtjänar en avsevärt bättre gästupplevelse än den vi fick i relation till priset.

Un peu déçu de la vue ( sur les toits de la réception), absence de bouteilles d eau ds les chambres, on est qd même ds un endroit où il fait chaud.. quand on arrive ça peut être sympa.. et dommage qu il n' y est pas un bar pour justement se rafraîchir.. où juste rester tranquille avant d aller se restaurer..

The hostesses were super nice and welcoming. We especially had interaction with Kassandra and Daizy. The space was well located in a quiet area and still pretty close to town and very close to the beach. The room we had was spacious with a kitchen and nice terrace, a comfortable bed and sheets with extra pillows and blankets. Many light options and ac.

There was construction at the hotel as we stayed. It was low season, but still, I find it not appropriate. They compensated us for two nights and did offer us to move to another hotel, but we preferred to stay for the location and comfort. I would expect them to close when renovating. Also the room we stayed in was near their service room of the cleaning staff so we were woken up in the morning by walkie talkies and doors opening and closing, I think its just bad luck of this specific room. I appreciate them trying to make us comfortable even in these circumstances.

We stayed for 5 nights. We loved the location of the hotel, all of the amenities, and the room was both very clean and beautiful. The receptionists Daisy and Kassandra were very welcoming, pleasant, and professional. Kassandra went above and beyond in recommending tours, restaurants, and assisting in getting take-out food. We highly recommend Casa Astral and we plan on coming back soon!

Me gustaron las instalaciones del hotel es lindo y la vista al mar es increible, lo malo es que en esta epoca habia mucho sargazo en el mar y no es tan padre meterse a nadar. Pero otro punto a destacar es la atención del personal las cichas de concierge son muy amables y atentas un detallazo que me decoraron la habitación por mi cumpleaños. Si recomiendo el hospedarse ahí.

Quarto limpo e confortável com bom ar condicionado e chuveiro. Estava tudo bem limpo. A localização é ótima pois está perto do centro, mas longe das principais festas noturnas, tornando a estadia um local para relaxar depois de aproveitar o dia. Poucos passos até a praia e pequena piscina na cobertura com restaurante. Equipe muito educada e disposta a ajudar com destaque para Cassandra da recepção e Armando e Mário do restaurante.

Como sugestão, poderia ter pacote com cafe da manhã e frigobar no quarto.

Uiteindelijk perfect opgelost, dag erna een upgrade met zeezicht, een terugbetaling van 1 dag, een gratis ontbijt en gratis taxi naar de ferry. Ik raad u zeker deze accomodatie aan. Foi uma estadia de 8 dias muito agradável. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos em todas as situações e questões. Fazemos uma especial referência ao Mário, por ser com quem mais contactámos, fosse no pequeno almoço, fosse no bar da piscina. O apartamento era espaçoso, as camas confortáveis, a cozinha equipada com o essencial, o AC e o Wi-Fi funcionaram sempre bem. Nada de amenidades que ofrecer. No funcionaba la alberca y con ello todo el roof top que es lo atractivo del hotel. Quitando el roof top el edificio NO ofrece amenidades. Cuando nos ofrecen la alberca de otro hotel, fue muy incomodo estar caminando todos los días cargando las toallas y cosas para la alberca y playa a través de la playa obstruida por construcciones de otros desarrollos o por la calle llena de hoyos y charcos.

Appartement très agréable et situé pas loin du centre. La mer de ce côté dispose de sable dans l eau contrairement au côté droit de la ville de holbox qui est plus vaseux (lagune). Service de ménage tous les jours. La piscine petite sur le toit permet d'avoir une belle vue.

Pas de sargasses à holbox en août contrairement à toute la côte est (Cancun, Tulum) mais la mer est mélangée avec les lagunes donc l eau n' est pas transparente à cette époque de l'année. Pas de snorkeling possible.

« Le personnel s’est montré peu accueillant et n’a pas su justifier le montant de la taxe de séjour appliquée, qui ne correspondait pas à celui indiqué sur Booking. Après vérification auprès d’autres établissements de l’île, on m’a confirmé que le montant annoncé par Booking lors de la réservation était bien le bon, et donc inférieur à celui facturé sur place. ». Autre point négatif le matin vous voulez dormir, mais il y a une musique d'ambiance à la réception que l'on entend dans la chambre. Le premier étage donne aussi sur la rue avec le passage des taxe.

Excelente lugar para descansar. Al llegar tuve problemas con la reserva de la habitación por lo que booking había ofrecido, rápidamente el servicio del lugar pudo resolverlo en tiempo y forma. Jorge y jony excelente anfitriones. La terraza es hermosa con una piscina y servicio de bar. La limpieza del lugar fantástico. Buena ubicación y cercana al mar. Recomiendo la habitación con sala de estar y balcón, ideal para trabajar. Sin dudas volvería y lo recomendaría. ¡La isla es de sueños!

Wonderful family room - very beautiful design, extremely confortable beds, big space to relax for our last few days in Mexcio. The perfect way to end up our trip to Mexico. The terrace with pool is amazing.

All perfect - easy to take a taxi (150 pesos) from the center but the nicest way to go is to walk on the beach.

Emplacement idyllique face à la plage, personnel avenant et très réactif, nous avions un appartement au dernier étage permettant une vue extraordinaire depuis la terrasse.
