What I appreciated most during my stay at Crowne Plaza was the exceptional service. Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the team followed up personally to ensure that everything was going well and that I was comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel is also conveniently located next to an area with plenty of shops and restaurants, offering many options within easy reach. Everything was perfect, and I would happily stay here again!

Friendly staff. Excellent location. Very clean. We arrived to the hotel and were surprised by being upgraded to a bigger suite which was massive, clean and comfortable making our experience exceptional. We also asked for a late checkout (6pm) which thankfully was guaranteed. I would like to thank Mahmoud for taking care of us and helping us in our short stay. Will definitely come back.

Nothing

Pleasantly surprised! Very clean and neat, everything in place. The most exceptional are the staff - every single person has been super professional and friendly. The service is honestly one of the best I’ve experienced in my life.

Nothing!

The rooms are very comfortable, the location was excellent for me as it was close to the pyramids and is part of Arkan mall which is very convenient.

It’s beautiful and clean and very close to atteactions and shopping malls.

Everything is excellent. Excellent location. Very closed to restaurants, coffee shop and shop stores.

None

Staff members are so helpful, breakfast is amazing, room is clean and well furnished comfort sofa and coffee machine Nice pool , small one but has a nice view from the roof LA7 GYM is outstanding, with healthy food station and sugar free ice cream Location is the neat inside Arakan plaza where all the entertainment programs are near by and you will not need to go anywhere else

Small Pool not shaded , and electricity cut off from time to time

Was perfect as usual

One thing the relax light next to bed is too bright. Looking usually for a full dark room when we go to bed. Or better if much dimmer.

Very clean and friendly staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making my stay very relaxing. The location was convenient, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. Thank you to everyone for your hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Perfect 👌 hotel, super breakfast, lovely rooms and gives that ambience to relax after work day. Either u come for leisure or business this is a place of choice

Manager at Amphora told us there was an event at 13h inside so we could not sit. So the waitress led us outside but he said event was also outside. Waitress looked surprised. He offered us to eat on a small coffee table in the lobby???? Mind you, we are a family of 4. We left. Came back and no event was happening. Crowne Plaza, dont even try to contact me for a cheap discount, i asked your employees and they confirmed there was NO EVENT. Room table was sticky and dirty, we could not play cards on that. Awfull.

The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to serve you. The breakfast buffet is great with a lot of variety. Mustafa even brought us some local fateer meshaltit for us to try just to make sure we got the full experience.

Great professional experience with excellent atmosphere

Location

They cancel my reservation with no reason. I rebooked again after arrival

Close by shopping Staff are super helpful - Omer in the reception was excellent Complimentary breakfast was offered and it was top rated

All are ok
