Was a great location near to the pyramids and musuem

I had 2 issues: I found One piece of chewing gum in the cleaned coffee cup and that was horrible. Electricity was cut for 45 mins due to some power short circuit but the technician repaired it for us

A wonderful stay and a very pleasant experience at Hilton Pyramids Golf. The hotel is peaceful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Many thanks to the entire team for their warm hospitality and great attention. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff are supper friendly and nice Guest relations are soooo nice especially hussein hany

Hussein hany very friendly and helpful

Loved every moment of our stay. Such a photogenic hotel. Kids loved it Only gripe is the juices are places in such a way you encourage you to order paid drinks. Otherwise an amazing experience. Breakfast was delicious. Bathrooms modern & spacious. Beds were comfortable.

Only gripe is the juices are places in such a way you encourage you to order paid drinks. Such a pathetic tactic , one I didn’t expect from a top hotel.

Property is amazing. Receptionists, Mennatullah and Habiba were very welcoming and housekeeping was great with Hussein Al Araby. The whole staff were friendly and the overall experience was the best. I would recommend it. Definitely coming back next year.

Thank you so much for your warm welcome and wonderful hospitality. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the reception team. It was a pleasure staying with you and special thanks to Hussein hany very friendly and helpful

Great place to stay

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Pyramids Golf Resort in 6th of October, Egypt. From the moment I arrived, the staff was super friendly, welcoming, and very responsive to any requests. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for the price. Even better, my standard room was upgraded to a deluxe room completely free of charge, which was a fantastic touch and made my stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Nadia, the housekeeper, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out and made me feel very comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent service, very clean facilities, friendly staff, and great value for money. I would happily stay here again!

Wow! Where to start. I so glad I chose this hotel as a treat for the children. We loved every moment of our stay. The staff were very professional and helpful. The kids loved the swimming facilities, the breakfast delicious & head chef was very welcoming.

The only issue I experienced was that the juices with breakfast were placed in such a way as to encourage you to order paid drinks instead. I’ve never had such an experience at other top end hotels. Such a pitiful tactic at an otherwise amazing hotel.

The Hilton Pyramids provided an exceptional experience, encompassing outstanding staff, accommodations, and safety measures.

Friendly and helpful staff, well-kept accommodation.

Nothing much

Stay was great, Mr.Hossam was really helpful

Location

They impose a fee for the parking lot, which is somewhat unusual. I stayed for five days, and they charged for parking, which does not seem logical; parking should be complimentary.

The staff is really nice they gave us such a positive experience and we are so satisfied with everything

The staff was amazing, they are very helpful. Room was beautiful and view was amazing

Everything was good

ALL the staff were warm and welcoming. The team also helped arrange a birthday dinner and decor for my daughter on her 10th birthday, even a birthday cake at no extra cost. Even a birthday shoutout at breakfast and cake. THIS WAS AWESOME!

The staff provided excellent service, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Stay at Hilton Pyramids Golf I had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton Pyramids Golf. Everything was amazing, from the excellent service and hospitality to the overall experience. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made my stay very comfortable. I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Hussein Hany from Guest Relations for his exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine care. He went above and beyond to make my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend Hilton Pyramids Golf and look forward to staying again!

The service throughout my stay was excellent, professional, and attentive. A special thanks to the Guest Manager and receptionist, Nada Khalid, who was incredibly welcoming, professional, cheerful, and always ready to assist. The housekeeping team—Amina, Sama, and Mr. Hussein—also did an excellent job. They were attentive to every detail and responded promptly to all my requests. Overall, my stay at Hilton Pyramids Golf was wonderful, relaxing, and truly enjoyable. I greatly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality and would be happy to stay here again.

Very Disappointing Experience I honestly had a very disappointing experience at Hilton October 6th, and what happened completely changed my opinion of the hotel. I was staying with my family, and my mother was unwell and had to remain in the room. The rest of us went down for breakfast. After finishing breakfast, we took four croissants and around eight small pieces of mango because we wanted to take them back to my mother in the room. One of the staff members stopped us and told us that we were not allowed to take the mango because it was “expensive” and that we had to pay for it. We explained the situation, but instead of showing any understanding or hospitality, we were simply told to pay. We ended up paying approximately 700 Egyptian pounds for around eight pieces of mango. The amount itself is not the main issue. What disappointed me was the attitude, lack of understanding, and complete absence of hospitality, especially when the food was being taken to a sick family member staying in the same hotel room. I had originally planned to stay at this hotel for the entire 8-day trip, but after this incident and the way we were treated, I completely changed my plans. After only three days, I checked out and moved to Mövenpick Cairo Media City, where I felt much more comfortable. For a hotel carrying the Hilton name, I expected a much higher standard of hospitality, understanding, and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to decide that I will not stay at Hilton October 6th again.

Nada at the reception was amazing

Very friendly

Het ontbijt was subliem. Verder hele mooie ruime kamers.

Struttura molto attrezzata super gentili e cordiali.

Thanks you team

Its very clean

Bon petit déjeuner,bon dîner.Personnel accueillant,souriant très disponible.

Le Front Desk. N'avons jamais obtenu notre chambre réservée Superior King Room with pool.

It was big enough to move and has golf land’s background

Very old - everything is just OLD I took my wife with me but they called me from the room at midnight asking to provide documentation that she is really my wife although she is not Egyptian! That was very embarrassing

Every thing was perfect

Perfect everything

The hotel treated us at utmost respect and honor. Very worthy 5 star experience. Staff is extremely professional. Hussein Hany from reception is very professional and knowledgeable with very friendly attitude .

Location and great breakfast

Pool towels really bad

Réservation faite en mai 2026, arrivée août, réservation chambre supériorité King room with pool.

This is my 4th visit to this hotel .... 1 golf ⛳️ fields and park are alot better than before 2 the suit is almost newly refurbished 3 the breakfast is excellent 4 my requests regarding dinner were fully met ... they cooked special food without garlic and onion specially for our family 5 ultra quiet vacation 6 alot of other points ... but I want to keep it short Special thanks to dinner chef mr Reda Mohammed and breakfast pastry chef mr Samir ....

1 gym is not acceptable ! ... very bug but crowded ... dirty .. smelly ... just unacceptable ... u need to build a special small gym for hilton only ... 2 you need to make a joint venture with the golf fields and make packages of stay and playing together 3 dinner varieties .. quality can be better 4 room service can be better

Staff, service, food, cleanliness everything was beyond perfect

Ventilation of the restaurant was not good and it was near the lobby so it was affecting the whole entrance
