Mercure Amsterdam North Station

Great location, great hotel!

Everything was excellent

Ontbijt was redelijk

Amazing hotel, right at Noord metro station! Room is big and comfortable! Amazing stuff and the facilities!

Near the train station and very quiet

You can’t do much in the area

Excellent location right next to Amsterdam North Station, with very easy access to the city centre. The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, especially while travelling with our young child.

Nothing significant. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Perfect location 5 minutes from noord station, good breakfast, great and friendly staff .

Ausgezeichnete Anbindung an U-Bahn

The staff were excellent and the cleanliness was top-notch. We also felt that the proximity to the train and ease of getting into Amsterdam on that direct train line, was perfect.

There’s not much to see in terms of a view. This was not our primary reason for booking., so not a big deal for for us. We found it a little bit pricey, however that’s mostly due to our exchange rate.

So close to Centraal station !! Clean, spacious, kind staff

It was perfect no problem at all

Locatie

Very quiet hotel, floors carpeted so you don't hear anything from above and sound isolation from other rooms seemed to be perfect as well. Super comfy bed, and I really like the design of the room. And last BUT not least, the doors do not slam (as they usually do in hotels), they have very elaborate mechanism to close which adds to the overall quietness. Plus super advantageous location, you have the subway virtually by the door. And breakfast selection was also very good.

I will think about it :-)

Location is nice calm enough food shops around. The breakfast was amazing like 200% we loved it especially the staff lovely lady

Could maybe put air fresheners in bathroom especially the bigger rooms and maybe bigger table

The hotel front desk were very helpful and friendly, the security was also very good

The pillows and sheets smelled and they take time to clean the room

This hotel is just outside the very busy city centre but so easy to get to. It's literally two stops away from Amsterdam Central. Trains run late into the night. There's also a really good food market nearby and a small convenience store. Would definitely recommend if you don't want to pay the higher city centre prices but you want to be close enough. The hotel itself is also very clean and the staff are very helpful. So overall a good choice!

Great location for north station. Clean & comfortable - what you expect for Mercure.

The hotel is very clean and well organized. The staff are extremely polite, helpful, and always willing to assist. The location is quiet, private, and away from the crowds, yet very close to the metro station. You can reach central Amsterdam in about 5 minutes, making it very convenient and comfortable.

No thing ..

Personale molto gentile e competente.

Niente

Super vriendelijk personeel, ontvangst top, konden kamer eerder gebruiken voor bagage, kamer en badkamer super schoon, ontbijt zeer goed!

Nice hotel but you have to use your car to reach to the center

No one will help you with your luggage Help your self

Çok konforlu.

Alles gut

Great room, excellent location close to metro station

Bar and mini market closed early

Ottimo in tutto, consigliato

The hotel is adjacent to a Metro Station

The rates on Sat-Sun night are quite high

Everything was so clean and we love the metro connections. It is like 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. We really recommended it.

El check ing on line rapido y eficaz.

The location is great.

1. The mirror of the bathroom is too high, not that inclusive for diversity of people with different height. Unconscious bias. 2. The windows is locked unless you contact the staff to open it, very inconvenient 3. The room temperature is too low, keeping at 24, no way to turn off the airflow completely. Getting sick during the stay.

Rauhallinen hotelli

the proximity of the hotel to the metro is great. I was thankful to have an upgraded room, which included beverages. the room was very clean and comfortable- especially the blackout curtains, which allowed me to SLEEP. felt safe at hotel as a solo traveler.

the bed was a little squeaky but the mattress was still comfortable. didn't see much in the area as far as sights to see, which is okay because transportation (metro) is right on the corner.

Very clean an comfortable

No points

it’s clean and comfortable

nothing

Great location, just near to the metro . Very safe and clean.

Ras perso

Close to the Metro

Outside the hotel was a bit run down lots of rubbish thrown on the streets

Great hotel, very clean and spacious. Close to metro and a supermarket and foodcourt with all different styles of meals.

L'asse da stiro in stanza

Super čisté tiché, perfektní poloha u metra, snídaně pestré a chutné

Mooi en schoon

Snyggt och fint. Rent.

I was disappointed by a staff member at the reception I asked him for a plastic adapter in order to charge my mobile so he asked for 50 euros insurance to give me this piece of plastic knowing its price on the market 3 euros which is the most bad thing in the hotel.

Wvery thing is good

Çalışanlar, konfor, konum

En önemlisi harika konum, Temizlik

Restaurant kısmında genel olarak kimseyi göremedik. Odaya kaşık, çatal gibi konularda restaurant a yönlendiriyorlar ama orada kimse yoktu
