Got a little stressed by the hotel charging more money on arrival. I had already paid booking.com. But it all worked out eventually,after the hotel got in touch with yourselves.

Helles Zimmer, schöne Beleuchtung, modern.

Bade"zimmer" direkt neben dem Bett und nur durch Glaswand getrennt die zur Decke hin auch einen Spalt geöffnet ist durch das Fehlen einer Lüftung. Wenn das Bett in die Schlafposition gefahren wurde konnte mann nur noch seitlich dran vorbei laufen.

Bellissimo edificio, in una zona tranquillissima e tutta nuova, ancora in costruzione. Colazione molto buona anche salutare se si cerca di mangiare leggero. C’è sempre dell’acqua fresca all’ingresso gratuita. Stanze essenziali, doccia molto bella, bella anche l’atmosfera.

L’unico difetto è la posizione, puoi però utilizzare le navette GVB ma ce ne sono poche e non arrivano precisi al battello per andare in centro, in più sul tardi non ci sono ma se fosse solo per il ritorno non un grande problema. La televisione non faceva entrare però nei servizi streaming. Però anche con la navetta la fermata più vicina al battello ti lascia sempre distante dalla posizione che servirebbe. Con le biciclette molto comodo ma secondo me hanno un codice stradale molto rigido per le ciclabili e per chi non è abituato può essere quasi pericoloso.

Location

Shower was partially not working (main head was not turning on). I didn’t elect to report during my stay as I didn’t want to take the chance of having to be moved out of room. However I mentioned it at end and they were very apologetic and said they’d get it fixed.

Staff and rooms. Canal patio and restaurant is superb.

Breakfast is modest and not always tasty (bacon and sausages).

Lokacija je bila dobra, 15min sprehod do centra (plus vodni taxi). V okolici so bili super kafiči in trgovine s hrano. Hotel je bil čist in imeli so super osebje.

Le personnel du restaurant est adorable !!! Nous avons adoré les extérieurs pour petit déjeuner et boire un verre le soir. J’avais réservé cet emplacement car proche d’un lieu où je devais me rendre ! De plus, l’insonorisation est top !

Funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Instalações modernas e muito limpo. Localização muito boa, com muitos cafés, restaurantes. Fica há 1 kilómetro do ferry para a estação central.

O quarto é pequeno, confortável, mas poderia ter mais espaço para para pendurar toalhas.

L’ensemble du séjour a été grandement apprécié, les employés étaient courtois et désireux d’être présent et à l’écoute de nos besoins .

Le déjeuner, ne vaut absolument pas le prix chargé. Il serait grandement préférable de pouvoir avoir un peu de choix à la carte.

Die Lage ist genial, das Personal war super nett und es war sauber.

20€ Aufschlag für early Check in obwohl das Zimmer bereits fertig war. Die Größe und die Einrichtung des Zimmers sind speziell.

La ubicación, está a 10 minutos andando del ferry que cruza a la ciudad. Hay parking (de pago) aunque cuesta entender cómo funciona la barrera Barrio silencioso

Habitación muy pequeña, con baño dentro de la habitación sin cerrar del todo Necesita mantenimiento, ya que el lavamanos estaba atascado y la cama, que era articulada, hacia mucho ruido

We were greeted by excellent staff , very helpful though we reached early we could not get our room earlier but we were helped with taking care of our luggage for storage. The room is bit tight once you open the bed. It has good lighting. Toiletries were good , bedsheet and towels were clean. Though a cleaning staff had forgotten a spoiled towel to pick after cleaning the room when we checked in ,when we informed the reception staff they promptly took it away. its not a issue. Breakfast was good. Staff is good and kind. Its in a quiet neighbourhood which is under constructions but you don't hear any sounds in hotel. Very close to Amsterdam Lookout and NDSM worth a visit.

Room space, bathrooms do not have anything to keep your towels no hooks , the towel rack is above the toilet which you cannot access you need to come out of bathroom and then go in toilet to get your towel :-( . Its a good 20 mins walk to Ferry and Amsterdam Lookout.

Balkong saknas

Although located a ferry ride away from Amsterdam Centraal it was a great place to stay - lovely grounds with a beautiful outside space cool room and helpful staff. The place exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend this place if you don’t mind a bit of a walk after getting off the ferry.

Coffee in the room would have been great!

Die Lage war mehr wie im Industriegebiet, das Hotel war sauber, das Personal 1a,die Räder konnten wir auf Anfrage überdacht zu den hauseigenen Rädern stellen. Gute Möglichkeiten unten im Raum vor der Bar eigene Dinge zu verzehren, oder mitgebrachte Spiele zu spielen, kein Zwang etwas zu trinken zu bestellen. Tische, Sitzecken, Lademöglichkeiten.

Das Frühstück war jeden Tag leider gleich, das Rührei eine Katastrophe, der Koch hatte wohl keine Ahnung, dass Rührei nicht fast flüssig serviert wird. Ob wir berechtigt waren am Frühstück teilzunehmen wurde an einem Tresen abgecheckt, komischerweise wurde ich zwischendurch noch einmal befragt, da war ich schon fast fertig. Das Zimmer war ultraklein, und bot keine Möglichkeit, den Koffer etwas auszuräumen, also Leben aus dem Koffer. Das Fenster, ok, 5ter Stock, ließ sich nicht öffnen, nicht mal kippen, also nur Frischluft über die Klimaanlage. 14qm sind einfach zuuu klein. Parkplätze waren nicht genug vorhanden, bei über 200 Zimmern wohl auch schwierig. Die Tageskarte für Parkplätze an der Straße kostete 10.30 Euro, leider nur sehr wenige Plätze, haben das Auto aber nicht einmal bewegt. Im Hotel kostet der Parkplatz 15 Euro für 24h.

Really comfortable bed, well designed room, great shower, amazing black out blinds. Location worked for me as I was attending a conference in the north of the city, but it probably wouldn't be so good for someone coming for tourism as it's a bit of a schlep to the nearest tram/metro.

The room is as comfortable, had everything we needed.

It was slightly further away from the city centre than we originally thought but public transport was easy to figure out and very handy.

Tout était parfait, et nous avons particulièrement aimé : - l’amabilité et la disponibilité de tout le personnel - la localisation : au calme, le long d’un canal. A moins de 5 mn du cerf gratuit pour l’hypercentre d’Amsterdam - la vue depuis notre chambre - la chambre : nous avons retenu la grande chambre de 29m2, très bien agencée. - la déco des espaces communs - le stand snacks accessible 24/24 7/7. - l’eau chaude gratuite pour un thé - l’eau fraîche gratuite, pratique pour remplir les gourdes - le restaurant qui sert de bons mets à des prix très corrects - les espaces extérieurs qui donnent sur le canal, parfaits pour l’apéro face au coucher de soleil. - la facilité pour louer des vélos - le prix très abordable du parking - tous les services (ex : salle de sports) - les réductions au restaurant si on est économe !

Nous n’avons pas aimé : - la lumière qui s’éteint toute seule au bout de 30 mn environ - la difficulté pour justement allumer (aucune explication n’est donnée) - le restaurant qui arrête ses cuisines a 21h20. - Et quand vous commandez votre dessert, on vous prévient, après la commande, qu’ils ne préparent plus les desserts - l’absence de kit « coton-coton-tige-charlotte. Mais il semble que c’était un oubli.

The staff was amazing, tiny rooms but very clean and modern. My room was very quiet, loved it. Also i love that i could rent a bike and the location even is far the area is getting very nice. Restaurants and boat close by.

The localisation makes it easy to travel through the whole city with public transport. The food was really good, and the hotel overall seems to be very safe thanks to its security. The colourful lights in the rooms are a fun detail that I liked.

We liked the proximity to most places . We walked everyday to the traditional tourist venues.

The air-conditioning was a let down , but we managed to make do. The breakfast started okay , but for us, it went down hill towards the end of our stay.

Habitación son justas para 3 adultos, la tv no puede enlazar con tu cuenta de plataforma streaming. Parking económico pero pocas plazas, Los cargadores de coche eléctrico no son fáciles usar, app no funciona. Mejor con un terminal de tarjeta de crédito 💳

Struttura nuova situata nella zona di Amsterdam Nord tranquilla. Il ferry gratuito cge porta alla stazione centrale dista circa 15 minuti a piedi.

La stanza tripla standard dei primi 4 giorni del soggiorno è di piccole dimensioni. Molto grande la tripla deluxe di cui abbiamo usufruito l'ultima notte.

La colazione buona nella media dei prezzi della città. L'hotel è pulito il personale è gentile e disponibile. Bella la posizione su un canale.

La posizione è un pò decentrata c'è da camminare un pò ma niente di impossibile. Le stanze sono progettate a capsula, almeno la mia e non è molto confortevole. Anche l'illuminazione della stanza lascia a desiderare.

Lovely rooms ,nice quiet hotel to get a good sleep. Appreciated the self service area in lobby for snacks.

Poor / slow service at breakfast . Never any bowls to get cereal . Alot of the foods not being replenished. No glasses for juice no milk for cereal on one occassion. Asked for fried egg as I saw another person eating them at breakfast . I was told they didnt do them??? Very slow to get food in the evening. Waited 25 minutes for a bowl of fries.

Stanza piccola anche se funzionale, nessun canale tv italiano, personale non particolarmente attento e un po’ brusco.

La habitación, aunque pequeña, muy chula y muy moderna.

La ubicación está un poco lejos ya que tienes que coger siempre el ferry para ir al centro de Ámsterdam

Lage ist wirklich sehr schön. Ca. 20min zu Fuß inkl. Überfahrt mit der kostenlosen Fähre von Amsterdam Centraal.

Sauberkeit im Flur (Krümel, Fussel, Sand) zeigt schon wie wenig Aufmerksamkeit dem Reinigungsprozess zugewandt wird. Stiefmütterlich werden Handtücher "gewechselt" oder vom Boden aufgehoben und ohne Wechsel wieder an Ort und Stelle zsammengelegt. Die Handtücher haben nach anderen Menschen gerochen und hatten Flecken.

L'emplacement était parfait pour un séjour à Amsterdam un peu en retrait de la foule, le centre est très facile d'accès avec le ferry qui circule non stop et gratuit. Bon rapport qualité prix

Prix du petit déjeuner et location de vélo un peu cher, on trouve moins cher ailleurs pour aussi bien. Location du parking très cher pour une moto qui était garée sur une place qui n'était pas à l'abri des intempéries.

El sistema de ingreso y pago del parking es muy malo, Las habitaciones son muy chicas, al punto que la cama tiene respaldo eléctrico para poder "hacer" espacio. El restaurante tiene muy poca variedad.

Parking lleno siempre

Nuovo, pulito, funzionale. Ci ha dato la possibilità di passeggiare per Amsterdam nord, quartiere nuovo e vivace. Affittando le bici direttamente in hotel siamo stati anche a Zaanse Schans.

Costo colazione troppo alto, ma in linea con altri hotel. Abbiamo preferito fare colazione fuori.

Locatie was prima, Amsterdam Noord heeft ons verrast en we waren blij dat we lopend naar de pont konden gaan en vanaf daar het centrum in. Hotel is mooi, zeker de gezamenlijke ruimtes en wij waren heel blij met een parkeerplaats bij het hotel.

De kamer was smal en het stonk 's nachts naar toiletgeuren van andere kamers. De kamer was erg koel, klimaatbeheersing was heerlijk, maar nam helaas 's nachts de vieze geur niet weg.

A very nice hotel with incredible facilities, with easy parking, although it is scarce, but we had no problem, the staff was very friendly and attentive, a pity that to visit Amsterdam we did not eat the wonderful menu they offer, although we will try it again, the incredible room, very clean and cosy, the mattress very comfortable, highly recommended to visit the city with a 24-hour ferry 10 minutes on foot, a charming hotel, we will return

Not a dislike however, it is approximately a 15 minutes walk from the hotel to the free ferry over to Central Station, which did take longer when wheeling luggage. The walk itself was through a residential area undergoing building work but it was pleasant.

I liked how comfortable the beds were and how cool and clean the room was.

It's quite a long walk to get to the centre.

It was a lovely room, the mood lighting was nice. I felt comfortable, cozy and safe. The shower is amazing. The staff was kind, professional, and very helpful. I love how sustainable Yotel is too. Relaxing by the canal with your drink is an experience.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Having bikes to hire at the hotel was fantastic as it enabled us to experience more of Amsterdam.

Proximité avec la gare centrale, parking à disposition même s’il est payant, très bon accueil, chambre correct et propre pour deux jours sur place.

On trouve que ce n’est pas très pratique d’avoir le sèche serviette dans les toilettes.

Das Einzige, was mir gefallen hat, war der Garten. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und nett. Mehr Positives kann ich über meinen Aufenthalt leider nicht sagen.

Die Zimmer sind zu klein und zu teuer für das, was man bekommt. Wir hatten ein Premium Queen High Floor gebucht, bekamen aber ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit kaum Platz, um sich zu bewegen. Man musste das Bett hochklappen, um überhaupt vernünftig durch das Zimmer gehen zu können. In fünf Nächte wurde das Bett kein einziges Mal neu bezogen. Auch das WLAN hat während unseres Aufenthalts kaum funktioniert. Wenn überhaupt eine Verbindung zustande kam, war sie sehr langsam. Außerdem wurde mit einer guten Aussicht geworben. Von unserem Zimmer aus sahen wir allerdings hauptsächlich Solarpanels auf dem Dach, was mit der beworbenen Aussicht wenig zu tun hatte. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend – definitiv nichts, womit man gut in den Tag startet. Auch die Preise an der Bar und in der kleinen Snackbar waren viel zu hoch. Zusätzlich müssen Hotelgäste 15 € pro Tag für einen Parkplatz bezahlen. Gerade bei den ohnehin hohen Zimmerpreisen finde ich es enttäuschend, dass für das Parken noch einmal extra so viel verlangt wird. Alles in allem ist das Hotel sein Geld nicht wert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für mich überhaupt nicht.

Abbiamo passato qui solo una notte ma è stato molto piacevole. Comodo secondo me il fatto che si trovi non nella zona centrale di Amsterdam, in questo modo si sta lontano dal caos quando si vuole riposare, stanze piccole ma con tutto il necessario, molto moderne e innovative. Il bagno è diviso da un semplice parete di vetro ma tra coppie diciamo che non c'è problema. La stanza era pulita, piena di luce anche se non ci è purtroppo capitata la stanza con vista fiume ma è stato comunque tutto piacevole. Staff molto gentile e disponibile: abbiamo dimenticato le chiavi in stanza e ce ne hanno fornite subito delle altre. A pochi passi c'è una fermata bus che porta alla metro che arriva al centro, in più destinazioni.
