Perfect location because of the train station only ±300m away with a connection to Schiphol and Amsterdam every few minutes. Even easier to reach than most other hotels in and near Amsterdam and Schiphol.

The breakfast is medium average and too expensive for what they offer.

The location is perfect for getting around, as the train station is close by.

There is nothing not to like. All very good.

I loved that this is a new building. It was simple but nice, and getting here from Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam Central, and other areas was quite easy. Depending on your destination, you can take either the train or a bus. I stayed for eight days, so I needed help with the cleaning, loved it! They also had shuttle service to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport, which was very convenient. I did not eat at the hotel, but they have pick up service and the restaurant is opened until 10pm. The staff was very nice.

My only complaint is that after getting off the bus or train, there is a short walk to the hotel. The distance itself is perfectly fine, but part of the path feels somewhat isolated, and the beginning of the route is a bit dark, especially near the stairs. I think it would be a good idea to add more lighting and perhaps an emergency call button or communication system that guests could use if they ever needed assistance from the hotel for security reasons. I found myself rushing back to the hotel by 8:00 p.m. to avoid walking there in the dark, even though the sun is still out around that time in Amsterdam. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I say that as a very picky traveler!

Very nice, clean and comfortable room. The hotel is in a very good location, close to everything we needed. The breakfast was also very good, with a good choice of food. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

I didn’t realize I booked a handicapped room. It seemed like it had many amenities if needed. Very modern designs and energy friendly.

My bed was low, but maybe that was because it was a handicapable room.

The room was big enough,confortable bed.

The bathroom drain was clogged, it felt uncomfortable to take a shower and see the filth coming out of the drain. There was no soap what so ever, neither in the shower or the sink. I've paid 25€ extra for early check in(9am). Change rooms was an option but wasn't really offer to me at this point, don't know really why. It looked like the reseptionist was new at the job, the staff fixed the drain but not the soap, I had to wait 1 hr after I got back from the city at night to take a proper shower. There was NO communication between the reception staff. The late shift had to call to get an update about my situation with the room, they got informed about the clogged shower drain but didn't informed housekeeping about the soap...Really?!Very disappointed! I got a refund for the 25€ but this is the minimum they should've done. The only reason to stay at a hotel is to have a guaranteed clean room with ALL the amenities they promised and are included in the price. I've worked in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years and small big details like this ruin the experience for the guests.

Goede locatie op enkele minuten lopen vanaf Station Hoofddorp, vanwaar je zo op Schiphol bent. Ik ben er vanwege deze reden al vaak geweest en zal er hoogstwaarschijnlijk nog wel vaker komen.

De website gaf aan dat het betaald parkeren is op hun terrein maar het terrein is gewoon gratis, er staan (nog) geen slagbomen of hekken.

Check-in was extremely slow. Staff didn't seem to care how long it took, but 45 min to check in is hopeless. Breakfast was poor value. Dinner options were expensive, and food was bland at best.

乾淨整潔、應該是剛落成不久，有健身房、桑拿房。機場接送，到飯店免費，去機場要5歐再加服務費。早餐因當天時差關係太早起來，市區的店沒這麼早開，所以在飯店吃了，一人19.5歐，CP值還不錯，是歐陸早餐的樣式。

地點，是缺點也是優點，離火車站步行五分鐘會到，但有階梯，帶行李的人要多多考慮。優點就是這個品質在市區是住不到的。從最近的火車站到市區中央車站大概30分鐘，公車也可以到。飯店蠻新的有點裝潢的味道。

Decor. Decent quality

Most of the staff was friendly, but there were instances where 2 staff members were rude. One waitress who got my order wrong blamed me and got visually upset when I told her it was wrong. I was given the cold shoulder during dinner service. The other staff member was a host and could tell she was irritated by guests prior checking in and me. Also 2 twin beds are joined not separate.

We could leave our big suitcases at the intercity hotel during our (week-long) excursion to Slovenia. Warm clothes are not needed in Ljubljana in summer, but Lake Bohinj may now need warmer clothes than we carry. Proximity to Hoofddorp railway station is very helpful. I notice the bed question above does not appear to reflect my selection: Beds were excellent! Company airport bus service also was really good.

Voldoende parkeerplaatsen, net hotel met goede bedden. Ontbijt zeer goed met verse producten en ook het eten in restaurant is zeker aan te bevelen.

One of the cheapest prices I found in Amsterdam. Close to Hoofddorp station. Great staff. Cleanest hotel room and bathroom I may have ever seen.

Accueil très agréable, personnel efficace et rapide. Chambres parfaitement propres, lits confortables. Salle de sport modeste mais très appréciable. Le tout pour un prix plus que raisonnable.

Grande pénibilité que d'utiliser le parking de l'hôtel pour 15€, ça n'est pas comme si l'hôtel était en pleine ville et que le stationnement était complexe. L'hôtel est isolé dans une zone industrielle, la place ne manque pas, et l'on choisit pourtant d'augmenter sa marge en faisant payer le parking à ses propres clients. Qui plus est, la barrière fonctionne mal, le système est peu intuitif, et nous avons du appeler deux fois la réception pour régler le problème (appels qui visiblement étaient très pénibles à l'interlocuteur). Bref, absolument ridicule et non-nécessaire, du temps perdu qui mine toute l'expérience passée qui était pourtant jusqu'ici agréable, et qui pèsera très certainement dans la balance si nous devions nous poser la question de revenir ou non à l'avenir.

O alojamento aceitou a minha reservar e quando cheguei disse que não tinha quartos disponíveis. Apesar de nos terem encaminhado para outro alojamento, foi um grande transtorno.

Great hotel for an overnight stay near Schiphol. Easy to find from hoopdorff train station, 5 minute walk. Friendly check in staff. Room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed, great shower, large TV, fridge and safe in room. Fabulous views of planes taking off from airport. Lovely outside terrace. Would definitely stay again when flying from Schiphol, train to airport only takes 4 minutes from hoopdorff train station.

De locatie is fantastisch

Ontbijt viel een beetje tegen. Brood was niet vers en droog. Multivitaminensap was meer water dan sap. Kortom. Het ontbijt valt te verbeteren.

Awkward location in the middle of nowhere. It is walkable from Hoofddorp train station but that involves going up and down steep stairs to negotiate a levee.

O hotel atendeu muito minhas expectativas. O quarto era extramente confortável e limpo. Fácil acesso a estação de trem que levava para os principais destinos da cidade. A estadia foi excelente, com certeza me hospedarei mais vezes.

I asked to clean the room every day, but they did not. I asked 3 times . They showed to have written in their agenda, however, it was just showing off, they did not do it. I wanted to come to the room after business work and see it clean.

Понравилось абсалютно все! Отель свежий, чистый. Особенно понравился чайник из нержавеющей стали, редкость в отелях. Самолеты нам не мешали.

מיקום קרוב לשדה התעופה. תחנות רכבת ואוטובוס קרובים ונגישים לכל מקום. שירות נהדר. חדרים נקיים ומרווחים. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד.

到着一日目の夜に利用しました。空港からのアクセスが良く助かりました。電車からの道は少しだけわかりにくいものの、ホテルに続く緑に囲まれた一本道はとても美しく心に残りました。部屋にはミネラルウォーターが一本あり助かりました。部屋も清潔で静かです。朝食も種類が多く楽しめました。

Dat wij een bericht hadden gekregen dat de cc gegevens niet klopte . Ik zag dat bericht heel laat en ik belde meteen . Er werd gezegd dat alles in orde is en ik gewoon kan komen pinnen als ik kom. In de late avond toen we kwamen.. bleek mijn reservering toch op cancel te staan.. gelukkig waren er nog kamers beschikbaar! De man achter de balie zei ons dat zijn nieuwe collega die wij hadden gesproken ( die uiteraard geen Nederlands sprak) nog niet ingewerkt is.. maar goed dat er nog kamers waren want anders hadden we met 4 personen in de auto moeten slapen?

It was a good hotel in the past. Stayed there often.

We paid more than 120 eur per night. Asked for cleaning the room 3 nights in a raw and the room did not get cleaned. Every night we came back to a room with dirty cups on the desk. For this price point we expect cleaning services. If you want to save environment adjust your prices accordingly. We will not stay there again.

Good value for money! You are in the middle of nowhere but if you're only there to get to or from the airport it is perfect. The hotel is modern, although we did not quite understand the airconditioning system. Breakfast was ok.

The shuttle service. The drivers drove very fast and one of them even crossed a red light. Given that there are no seatbelts in the bus it felt quite irresponsible. On the other hand, the fact that they have shuttle service is great.

Frühstück war nicht so gut. Anfahrt zum Hotel etwas kompliziert.

Das Hotel ist ein gutes Mittelklasse Hotel mit großem Parkplatz und einem netten Aufenthaltsbereich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Betten bequem und es gibt einen Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen. Toll ist, dass Hunde gegen einen Aufpreis von 15€/Nacht und Hund überall erlaubt sind. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Das Frühstück war okay. Den Flughafen hat man Nachts nicht gehört. Zandvoort ist mit dem Auto in ca. 35 Minuten erreichbar. Wenn die Preise in Zandvoort wieder explodieren, ist dieses Hotel eine gute Alternative.

Spacious room at good location . Food was good too.

Terrible front desk service. The check-in agent was lethargic and couldn't even give us the correct breakfast times. Worse, we were misled into thinking parking was free, only to discover an unexpected charge on our card post-checkout. When I called to clarify, the receptionist was too much defensive instead of understanding the actual issue. Unprofessional attitude all around—we definitely don’t want to be back. Attitude matters the most than anything !!

Good location and excellent value.

Room right outside the lifts meant it was the noisiest hotel stay I’ve ever had. The room door also didn’t lock and the shower didn’t drain properly. Bed wasn’t made prior to arrival, and only provided single duvet for double bed. Constant banging/buzzing/squealing noises from somewhere, and the air con kept switching itself off.

Perfekt läge för bilresan till Frankrike då vi också ville stanna till i Amsterdam. Max 5 minuter till tågstationen för pendeltåg in till stan. Supergod kebab på den fräscha take-away stället vid tågstationen
