Stayed here for one night only. Huge shoutout to Yana and Natalia at the front desk—they went above and beyond to map out our city trip and look up train schedules. The entire team is incredibly professional and accommodating, and the breakfast selection is a great bonus. Great to have chicken sauces rather than pork as an option! Room was very clean and the AC was a welcome during the summer heatwave! Highly recommend!

Het ontbijt, vanaf 6 uur volledig in orde, was zeer volledig en goed klaargemaakt. Receptie was vriendelijk en efficiënt. De ligging was uitstekend eens we begrepen dat je van het einde van het peron richting Schiphol op drie minuten van het hotel staat. Helaas heeft de NS daar geen lift, wel hoge trappen.

Het geluid van verkeer en opstijgende vliegtuigen ging wel even de nacht in...

Für uns war das Bett viel zu klein, schmal und unbequem. Für 1 Nacht kann man es mal ertragen.

Haben keinen Eisschrank gefunden, keine richtige Ablage Möglichkeit im Bad. Neben dem Bett fast keinen Platz sich zu bewegen, wenn man ins Bett geht, da gleich die Wand dort war.

Personnel à l'accueil très sympathique. très proche de la station de train pour Shiphool ou le centre d'Amsterdam hôtel très calme et literie confortable. Au global un agréable séjour.

bar was op zaterdagavond vroeg gesloten, kon daardoor een voucher niet verzilveren

Vriendelijkheid personeel. Ondanks het vroege uur, heeft de keuken toch een maaltijd voor mij bereid omdat ik niet voldoende had gegeten. Maar al het andere personeel was ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Mijn kamer, 205, ligt aan de kant van het parkeerterrein, waar veel lawaai vandaan kwam. Luid pratende mensen, hard motorgeluid. Mijn ramen waren gesloten. Dit was vooral in de vroege ochtend heel hinderlijk.

It was clean, modern and close to the station. A great restaurant across the road for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was included and had a good choice. The room was a decent size with a couple of chairs and was air conditioned.

The mattress was a bit hard for us.

Vond de prijs kwaliteit verhouding erg goed. De ontvangst door het personeel was uitstekend en erg aangenaam. De mensen achter de desk waren niet gekleed in een uniform en dit had voor mij een zeer vriendelijke uitstraling

EEn geweldig ontbijt heerlijke bedden en mooie parkeerplaats en lekker dichtbij treinstation reis naar Amsterdam duurt maar 20 minuten met de trein.

The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming throughout my stay. I went with 3 other of my friends. Julia from front desk helped us to check in and to settle. She was very welcoming. Would be back here. Breakfast buffet is free. Only bad point is parking which is very small.

A bit out of town, comfortable atmosphere, room very basic but comfy - no fridge, which was disappointing. Breakfast buffet was decent, with a good selection of food. Bar staff were great, with a special mention to Kenny, who was very attentive, and a lovely guy to boot!

Wij hebben pas heel laat ingecheckt, rond 21.45 uur omdat we van het formule ! evenement in Zandvoort kwamen. We waren erg moe en wilden gezamenlijk aan de bar nog een drankje gebruiken, die volgens de informatie nog tot 22.30 uur open zou zijn. Een uiterst onvriendelijke dame zei tegen ons dat de bar gesloten was. Toen ik zei dat de bar tot 22.30 open is volgens de informatie zei ze dat er geen personeel was. Ze had zelf wel twee biertjes en twee wijntjes kunnen serveren lijkt me. Erg klantonvriendelijk en dat terwijl de receptionist in ons bijzijn net twee biertjes voor een andere klant had getapt.

Very helpful staff, no noise at all from the Airport, Trainstation at 300meter, good breakfast, clean rooms.

L’unica cosa positiva è stata la posizione, di fronte alla stazione dei treni, comoda per raggiungere Amsterdam.

La struttura è sporca e datata. Al check in viene rilasciata una card con due cocktail in omaggio senza che ti venga spiegato che con quelle stesse card tu aderisci ad un programma “green” e per questo non ti verrà pulita la stanza. Il phon era rotto e la crema corpo era finita, lo abbiamo fatto presente allo staff e non è stato posto rimedio ad entrambe le cose. La colazione di media qualità. Sicuramente non un livello da quattro stelle della catena Hilton.

The Hampton Inn Hoofddorp was the perfect spot for staying to attend the F1 race in Zandvoort. Transport to Zandvoort was steps away at the Hoofddorp NS station. Yana greeted guests with a genuine smile and swiftly fixed my broken safe (even hustling up four flights of stairs to get the job done). Kenny was a superb bartender keeping guests entertained while our drinks came out fast and tasted amazing. The breakfast crew keep everything fresh and clean. They kept a great attitude and managed the crowd with ease.

Always an enjoyable stay, responsive staff, and clean rooms. Truly enjoyed Kenny at the bar!

Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία ήταν κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο και κοντά σε σταθμό τρένου. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν πολύ άνετα , το πρόγευμα πλούσιο και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. Όταν ξαναεπισκεφθώ το Αμστερταμ θα ξαναμείνω σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο.

Good location. A stop away from Schiphol airport. Julia was able to assist with all our questions. It was a smooth check in/ out process.

Personeel spreekt enkel Engels! Als nederlandstalige in Nederland kan je enkel Engels praten dat vindt ik niet kunnen.

L’établissement était propre , à proximité des transports pour un déplacement facile .

Le lit était confortable , tout le nécessaire de base y était jusqu’au fer à repasser. Le petit déjeuner excellent et copieux. Environnement calme et agréable.

Rooms are basic safe are very good Bar shuts at 22.30 on the dot no matter if you have been waiting which is not good Bar person comes across as very friendly but 22.30 no just walks off which is wrong when you have been waiting

Struttura ben collegata al centro di Amsterdam con il treno. Difronte alla stazione. Personale gentilissimo.

Nelle camere non c'è il frigo. Colazione salata e dolce abbondante, ma non varia!!!! Pochissima frutta. Cappuccino...solo tanta schiuma!!!

Excellent service! Mifta at reception was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. He always greeted guests with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His kindness and attention to detail made a real difference and contributed greatly to a wonderful experience. Thank you, Mifta, for your outstanding hospitality!

The staff were helpful although seemed a bit stressed with a long queue of people. We had dinner that night and it was really good too.

Location close to train and short wall into town.

The property is located in a perfect place for a quick overnight stay if you have an early morning flight. The staff is friendly and available, and you could ask them for any help needed.

Absolutely didn’t like the dinner, the food was horrible and for the price you pay, stay away. 0.85 euros Pepsi cans are being sold for 3.5 euros too; nothing is really close enough so you can go and buy. Plan accordingly if you want to stay here, and have food before you go there, or travel to Amsterdam and have dinner.

De lokatie als je een weekend naar Amsterdam zou willen..auto staat veilig op hun parking…paar minuten lopen naar station om dan naar centraal a’dam te gaan, fijne kamer, heel goed ontbijt…alles top 👍🏻

Arrived early to have them hold our luggage but she let us check in because our rooms were already ready! It was a very nice surprise! The room was very comfortable and clean. The shower was great. The breakfast was excellent. Great easy location to get to and from the airport by train.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit an der Rezeption.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas besser organisiert werden, so dass ausgegangene Sorten nachgefüllt werden. Die Sauberkeit des Frühstücksbereich und des naheliegenden WCs ist verbesserungswürdig.

Mykje bråk frå veien. Hadde spørja om rolig rom, men har altså ikkje fått den. Ved innsjekking vart me omredigert til eit annet rom fordi den hadde handikap tilgang og det trengte me ikkje. Eg hadde spørja om eit rolig rom på forhand, og kanskje det opprimmelege rommet var det, men ikkje det rommet som me fekk tildelt. Så var det varmt og me opna eit vindue om natten men vart spist opp av mygg! Sovet ikkje spesielt bra. Smal seng. Frukosten var heilt greitt, men ikkje noko spesielt godt.

Had everything we needed and near public transport.

It was quite a way out of town and there wasn’t much around it regarding nice restaurants.

We had an amazing time at the hotel, and the staff was very friendly. Especially Kenny who went out of his way to make us feel well served during our dinner on one of the nights.

Dusche war groß und sauber. Duschgel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Handseife und Bodylotion werden angeboten. Ein Fön ist auch in jedem Zimmer

Klimaanlage war defekt, auf Rückfragen gab es nur die Rückmeldung, man solle sich doch dann einfach ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Frühstück eintönig. Personal überfordert

Bedden waren erg hard. Lift was echt heel vies. De liftvloer was helemaal plakkerig. Had al betaald via Booking.com en moest er nog 25 euro over heen betalen voor het parkeren.

Dichtbij station om naar Schiphol te kunnen gaan de volgende morgen voor een vroege vlucht.

Ontbijt viel tegen. Speciaal geboekt met ontbijt.. zegt de receptionist bij het inchecken: ontbijt is morgen voor alle gasten gratis.. dus voor niks betaald?! En het ontbijt vond ik een beetje karig, weinig echt gezond. Veel zoet en (slechte) vetten en kant en klaar producten. Voor anderen wellicht prima als gratis ontbijt.. maar als je speciaal bijboekt dan heb ik ook graag waar voor mijn geld 😉

Nothing to comment everything excellent

Hadn't been back to this hotel for a while but regret to say that the elevator doors are very noisy and acting strange (close and then open doors without anybody pressing switch) and the tile floors in front of the elevators look dirty. I was told these tiles are cleaned everyday so I gues the tiles need a complete overhaul. Also the breakfast area it much too narrow to accommodate guests when busy, you keep bumping into eachother. Move the breakfast area to another corner in the restaurant area.

It has been an excellent experience. Wonderful energy from everyone and a clean environment to come back to after a long work day. I ate at the restaurant and was served by Kenny. I’m grateful for the fantastic service provided by him and the rest of the team!

It was close to the train station, had good breakfast, great staff (especially Sara!) and overall a great atmosphere.

De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Kingsize bed krap voor twee volwassenen. Bed aan de harde kant. Karige ontbijtkeuze. Parkeren best wel prijzig.
