Wonderful staff at check and in general. The hotel is well located near the train station, although some signage would be great, especially at night and when google maps decides to die on you!

The rooms are very average. The shower had tape on it, holding it together. The towels could do with a refresh. Rooms are pretty basic for the price.

Estaba todo muy limpio. Precio muy bueno en comparación con hoteles de la zona. Al lado de la estación de tren (en 20 minutos estás en la estación central de Amsterdam) y de las paradas de autobús.

We hadden een familiekamer geboekt waarvan het bed voor de kinderen niet was opgemaakt. Uiteindelijk werd dat keurig door het vriendelijke personeel verzorgd.

Gluten free bread arrived quickly on request, Gym good, tracks, paths suitable for jogging in Hoofddorp Park not far away - pity the stsff did not seem to knwo about that. Also Hoofddorp has a nice traditional Dutch open market in the centre Feridays and maybe other days, again staff might have known.

They say the hotek is a short walk from the station, it is, but better directions might have helped. I had to look at Maps to sort it out.

Les lits étaient confortable et les chambres assez propres sauf la porte vitrée de la toilette. Il y avait des tâches dans les mûrs dans la chambre et les murs de la toilette.

Ils ont demandé une caution pour les chambres. Malgré avoir dit que j’avais payé Booking.com pour la réservation ils m’ont débité ma carte bleu donc il faut contacter Booking.com pour demander un remboursement et ça ira prendre du temps. Ils ont gâché mon expérience à Amsterdam.

The ice machine on our floor broke down, and it wasn't fixed while we were there. They really ought to keep a spare machine on hand for situations like this!

Excellent petit déjeuner, buffet complet, diversifié et régulièrement réapprovisionné. Chambre agréable quoique un petit peu petite pour 4. Petit frigo dans la chambre. Les enfants ont adoré le maxi baby foot. Proche de l'autoroute, pas de perte de temps pour une nuit d'étape. Et nous n'avons pas entendu les bruits de l'autoroute ni ceux de l'aréoport tout proches. Parking payant attenant (15€)

Chambre un peu petite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants 6 et 8 ans. Un canapé lit est déployé laissant peu de place. Mais cela ne nous a pas génés pour une nuit d'étape. Un peu cher pour une petite chambre. Loin du centre mais OK pour une nuit d'étape.

Le restaurant du soir était vraiment mauvais.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. We booked a family room for 4 people months in advance, explicitly informing the property about our late arrival (around 3:00 AM). Despite having all the details well ahead of time, upon our arrival at 3:00 AM with two exhausted children (ages 4 and 9), the room was prepared for only TWO people. There were only two towels and missing bedding. Instead of fixing the situation, the night staff simply handed my husband two sets of bed linen to make the beds ourselves in the middle of the night. Worse still, the extra sofa bed for the children was completely damaged — its frame was sagging and the lower support legs kept collapsing, making it unsafe to sleep on. As a result, our sleep was ruined, and my husband had to sleep on a broken, collapsed frame. To make matters worse, the hotel’s attitude after our stay has been completely dismissive. We sent an official complaint demanding partial compensation for the unfulfilled standards, and the management has completely ignored us for over three weeks, showing zero customer care or accountability. Very poor service, damaged equipment, and absolute lack of respect for paying customers. Absolutely not worth the Novotel brand standard!

Alles gut Fussläufig zu erreichen. Einen sehr schönen ausblick und gleichzeitig konnte man die Flugzeug beim starten und landen zuschauen.

Das Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Das Parkhaus (Drittanbieter) ist für große Autos nicht gut geeignet.

Reception staff were particularly miserable and made no effort to make you feel welcome or valued. The signs in the room telling you to enjoy your complimentary water would be good if there was any. It was €4.50 at reception.

Die Lage war Super Super Hotel und Frühstück war das beste.

Informationen oder bei den Check in müssten mehrere Leute stehen das alle schnell ran kommen und nicht fast halbe Stunde warten müss. Wenn man von Reise kommt oder was anderes will man schnell einchecken können und schnell in sein Zimmer gehen kann.

Spacious rooms, very nicely equipped. Close proximity to the train station (approximately 5 minutes walking, trains run frequently to all popular tourist spots.

Curtains don’t adequately darken the room and there’s quite some light seeping in along the blinds.

Die Dusche hat nicht vollständig funktioniert, das Wasser floss aus dem Duschkopf nicht vollständig, man hat länger gebraucht zum Duschen und teilweise hat man gefroren. Die Türen des Badezimmer sind sehr laut beim Schließen.

Solides Hotel für eine Nacht in der Nähe des Flughafens. Das Zimmer hatte viele Fensterfronten und war schön hell.

Der Check-in hat ewig gedauert (ca. 21.00 Uhr) und das Personal wirkte ein wenig überfordert, dass mehr als 2 Gäste gleichzeitig kamen. Das Zimmer war zu dritt ziemlich eng und das Schlafsofa wirklich nur eine Notlösung und kein ordentliches Bett. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.

The gourmet bar food … not worth the money. Potato in the salmon grill was uncooked. Staff wasn’t particularly aware of what was being served.

The breakfast buffet was alright, but they did not refill the food. Dishes were left on the tables and no one cleared them away. The carpet in the room smelled like urine. We have stayed here before and have not had this before.

The property is clean, nice and good located, near to the Schiphol airport

The staff at the reception was pretty inexperienced and there were always long queues for the people checking in or out etc. The sistem with asking 50 euro additional to the payment for the rooms, as a guarantee has been creating additional time to be spent with clarifications. I have been traveling a lot in Europe and never seen such system.

Our stay was excellent. The room, the breakfast, the hotel's service, and the beautiful surrounding area were all outstanding.

what we don't like is the bathroom privacy, there is no door lock as well sound proof, I find it little weird, especially if you are travelling with family. The Parking discount from hotel does not work as the parking machin doesnot recognise the German car. can't find in system, but while exists it does find while payment by card.

The room was adequate and the gym was excellently equipped. It was also close to the train into the city which was easy to navigate. Breakfast was also lovely.

I hate to make a comment on the staff but I was honestly appalled at their customer service. Every small thing seemed to be a huge hassle for them. They all seemed quite unhappy to have to interact with the guests at all. I asked for a glass and some water my first night and was sent back and forth between reception and the bar 3 times before eventually being sent away with a small glass and being told to drink the tap water from the bathroom in the room. I ordered food from the restaurant and despite my request for no coriander the dumplings came filled with it and I couldnt eat them. No refund or alternative was offered and nobody even asked if my food had been ok. Another issue is that no food is served between 5 and 6pm except "snacks" with bizarre options like 10 spring rolls or a side salad. I was really jetlagged but they refused to even let any of us sit down in the restaurant before 6pm on the dot. I thought I was being overly harsh but my friend came to join me in a separate room for some of the trip and had similar issues and I overheard another family also complaining. We have both worked in hospitality for many years so are generally very leniant when it comes to the staff. My friend also waited over 30 minutes to check in to her room late at night. There were also no provisions for transfer to the airport outside of train times except to go get a bus in the middle of the night as a young woman alone. This was sold under the guise of being "eco friendly". The list goes on and on. Had the staff seemed even the slightest bit happier it would have made a huge difference but they were consistently rude across multiple days and staff members. I will know not to stay with Novotel again.

The lobby and bathrooms in the rooms were very nice! When I travel I look for nice lobbies and bathroom cleanliness and modern look. This hotel had both!

I did not like the mattress in the room, they can use more comfort. Maybe because this hotel was close to the airport it does not have that level of comfort.

50 minuten wachten voor het inchecken. Slechts 1 badjas en 1 paar badslippers aanwezig 2x bevestigd dat de babybed aanwezig staat in de kamer, maar helaas stond er geen babybed. Wastafelkraan was verstop en de douchegel was op helaas. Na klacht in te dienen via hebben waren ze er niet mee akkoord.
