The Air conditioning system needs a full upgrade even in the newly trfirbed rooms. A/C struggled to cool the rooms

Gorgeous facility, stylish decor. Beach and pool are very nice. Breakfast buffet was great

Ana binada kaldık. Odalar biraz eski. Yatak başlarında priz yok. Klima sadece oda kartıyla çalışıyor, bu nedenle ayarlama yapılmıyor. Banyodaki duş teknesinde kapı yok, dar bir cam var. Bu bedenle duş alırken banyonun tamamı ıslanıyor. Lavabo banyonun dışında, orada da priz yok. Bunlar konforu olumsuz etkileyen unsurlardı.

Great location to Pythagorio, on a fabulous beach 🏖️ which caters for all… good family hotel with a good array of accommodation.

Still very dated… needs a complete overhaul and modernization to cater to the popular demand… some rooms have had a makeover but the general facilities need modernization

The food in the restaurant at night at the beach wasn’t great . Also it was quite cold, same with our lunch . But overall amazing stay

Beautiful hotel, built to look like a village with a square and shops! It’s right next to the beach and a 15 minute walk from Pythagorio! The staff is super nice and helpful and the rooms very comfortable and clean!

The room and the bathroom are separated by a semi sheer glass so you can see almost everything when someone is using the bathroom!!

So luxury and the breakfast is good

One night we could not sleep we try to catch two 5cm Cockroach in the room. The airport is so close, in every 10 minutes the planes are take off or landing

Odalarda sineklik yok , check out erken oluyor bu nedenle bebekle feribot kalkış süresine kadar beklemek sıkıntı olabiliyor. Tesis esneklik sağlamıyor check out konusunda.

Village room fiyatı ödedik ancak bizi otel binasında konaklattılar. Sabah 7 de kalkıp şezlong kapmanız gerekiyor.

Tertemiz ve çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü. Otelin konumu, dizaynı çok iyi. Konforlu konaklama imkanı sağlıyor, deniz de pırıl pırıl.

The room was great, clean and convenient. The sea is wonderful.

Water and coffee capsules should be made available and refreshed in the room.

- room was quite small - we could have picked another option like a village room if we knew beforehand the 75eur daily fee to add an extra bed to our room - price/performance ratio is poor

Location, amenities, breakfast.

Drinking water was hard to come by. Always had to pay for water and felt dehydrated. Also, the room had a horrible odor.

Tesis Pythagoreio’da limana ve şehir merkezine çok yakın konumda harika bir otel. Kendine ait plajı taşlı, deniz çok temiz, hızlı derinleşiyor. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve çok lezzetli. Odalar geniş ve temiz. Biz ana binada konakladık. Denize yürüme mesafesi çok ideal. Öğle yemeklerini havuz kenarındaki restoranda yedik. Fiyatlar biraz yüksek ( pinsa 16 Euro kola 5 Euro gibi) ama lezzetler çok iyiydi.

Plajda sipariş vermek için personele ulaşmak her zaman kolay olmuyor.

Welcoming and the staff was hilarious. Rooms are clean, village area is unique. This is a great hotel to spend time with your loved ones in total peace.

İnternet çok sıkıntılıydı wifi ye bağlanmak istemediğim için kendi operatörüm ile sorun yaşadım bir de yemek sonrası oturulacak açık alan pek yoktu.

Kahvaltı açık büfe, gayet yeterli ve güzeldi. Konum merkeze yürüyerek 15 dakika mesafede. Denizi temiz ve şezlonglar rahattı. Personel güler yüzlü, kibar ve yardımseverdi. Çarşamba günleri greek night, greek tavernasını ayağınıza getiriyor.

Odalara daha çok su bırakılabilirdi. Merkezden su taşımak zorunda olmak iyi değildi. İkram meyveler güzel bir detay ancak ikinci gün ya da üçüncü gün odadan alınsa iyi olurdu. Bitiremedik, odada sıcakta kaldılar.

The staff and dirtiness of spa. Not nice experience in Unan Asian Fusion. Nigiris fell apart,but we were accused what can t use sticks,we changed nigiri for another dish,just the way the cook and manager were holding conversation is rude and aggressive way. The reception (pretty girl with glasses,refused to give her name and do not let me talk to manager,promised to send me message on what s app and get us small present (never happened) After my experience having massage for 110 euro and experience dirty ,messy atmosphere around me -also was ignored.

Çok sessiz bir otel, herhangi bir barında yada plajda asla müzik yayını yapılmıyor. Bu da belli bir yerden sonra sıkıcı oluyor. Ve plajında denize girmek için çok erken saatlerde kalkıp şezlong yarışına girmeniz gerekiyor. Bu durum açıkçası çok konforsuz bir sabah kalkışını doğuruyor. Otelin kapasitesine göre deniz kenarındaki şezlong sayıları oldukça yetersiz.

Merkeze yürüyerek 10dk. Hiç taşıt kullanmadık. Çok geniş ve tertemiz bir plajı var. Kahvaltı harika. Akşam yemeği için seçenek çok. İki favori otelim de samos’ta. Çocukluysanız kesinlikle tercihiniz olmalı

Otel küçük bir köy gibi. Meydanı, marketi, gym, bar ve restoranaları var. Çok keyifli bir yer. Konumu, plajı ve çalışanları çok iyi. Oda konforlu ve temizdi. Kahvaltıda çok çeşit vardı. Biz otelden çok memnun ayrıldık. Bir daha Samos’a gelecek olursam yine burada konaklamak isterim.

Odada pike yerine yorgan vardı. Banyonun camında ve balkon kapısında sineklik olmasını isterdim açık bırakıp uyumak imkansızdı.

Tesisin konumuna bayıldık, otelin konforu temizliği mimarisi mükemmeldi, denizin özelliklerini saymakla bitmez, ışıl ışıl muhteşem ötesi bir deniz🙏🙏Personelden de çok memnun kaldık çok teşekkür ederiz🧿

Enough sun beds on the beach. The staff were polite and helpful. They upgraded our room upon arrival.

The elevators could be renovated because they don't feel safe and they are relatively small if you have a stroller.

Stella and her staff were extremely receptive. Their response to questions and requirements were both speedy and complete. Sam with the beach beds excellent. The food and service in the restaurants a great improvement from previous years. The only minor problem was the extremely loud restaurant music on Wednesday and Friday, when i looked, on one night there were only 6 people in the restaurant. Congratulations to the Hotel group for their high standard of customer service and facilities in all areas.

On the positive side, the quality of the food was good, the hotel’s close proximity to the sea is a real advantage, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Some service details did not meet the expectations of a luxury resort. Before arrival, I requested a transfer from Vathi Port. I was first told to contact the hotel again when it opened in May, then quoted €50, and later advised to take a regular taxi because the hotel driver was not available. This was confusing, especially as my friend staying at another nearby Doryssa hotel was quoted €30, and during my stay the hotel driver charged the same as a normal taxi. I therefore do not understand why I was initially quoted €50 for what seemed to be a €25–€30 ride. We arrived around 10:00 am and the room was not ready, which was understandable. However, unlike friends staying at other hotels, including another Doryssa hotel, we were not offered breakfast and were simply told breakfast had finished at 10:00 am. For a family-friendly luxury hotel, I feel breakfast finishing at 10:00 am is too early, and guests should not feel rushed on holiday. While waiting for our room, I later asked for a towel to swim. I was told to return in 25 minutes, but when I came back, I was then told towels would not be available until the next day. This was very disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Breakfast service also felt rushed. As soon as it reached 10:00 am, staff started turning off the coffee machines and clearing everything away. We wanted to relax with coffee around 10:30–11:00, but this was not possible. We were also told we could not sit in the outside breakfast area after breakfast had finished, which felt unnecessary for a luxury resort where guests should be able to relax comfortably. Overall, while the hotel has a beautiful setting and some strong positives, the service experience did not fully meet the expectations of a luxury resort.

Location, beach, sea, quality and style of the interior

The room was full of mosquitos ands bugs all the time that we could not sleep properly. There are no mosquito screen on the door nor window so when cleaning lady come an clean the room all the flies and bugs rush in to room! We stayed in villa rooms and it was beautiful but not spacious enough for 3 person! There were no inch to put anything in the room. It is perfect for 2 person though.

The resort is extremely well organised with a fantastic variety of activities and fun things to do. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Beautiful property and well located in Samos. The staff made us feel welcome from before we even arrived, making sure to help us with every request.

Deniz çok güzel ama öğleden sonra biraz dalga olabiliyor. Konumu merkeze çok yakın, kahvaltısı güzel, öğle yemekleri için sahildeki restoran ve açık büfe opsiyonları var ve genel olarak lezzetli. Village tarafının dizaynı mükemmel. Sahile bakan village odasında konakladık ve sahile ulaşım rahatlığı iyiydi. İçeride bir market olması ve tüm ihtiyaçları uygun fiyata alabilmek güzeldi. Çalışanlar genel olarak ilgili ve canayakındı.

Denize yakın tuvalet sayısı az, soyunma kabini yok odaya gitmek zorunda kaldık. Sahildeki şezlongların temizliği daha iyi olabilir.
