The Concept Hotel Langkawi

地点

不满意是事先没有提起预定的房型因装修不对外开放，到的时候另外安排其他房型替代。就是为了面对泳池的房型而定的，让家人失望了。

The staff were nice

Felt dirty, bad location,

Quarto simples e funcional. Ideal para 1 noite.

Não tem elevador, pessoal não tão simpático e não oferecem ajuda.

Would appreciate if you could mention the pool is not available

Clean comfortable

Shower leaking

Location was good, since I had a car and was central for me to tour the island. Staff were excellent, especially the young lady who sorted out an electrical problem in my room very fast.

Since the building is fairly new. The paintwork was very poor. The shower head bracket was just about ready to go. The towels were old and ragged.

Great view from the rooms, and the family room is very spacious. There was an ironing board provided, as well as free coffee services. Also a very nice swimming pool out back. Staff were extremely friendly and accomodating to our needs and wants.

There's no lift, which would have greatly helped us with our luggage, as well as with elderly travellers.

Struttura fatiscente e molto sporca

Selesa sgt.. bilik bersih..

Nothing too fancy but the hotel provides spacious rooms and everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the main road and just a couple of blocks from restaurants and a huge mall. The friendly and helpful receptionist was amazing. No fridge, but you can use the one in the lobby.

A little paint would make the space more appealing. But, I really have no complaints.

i had to pay much more by Booking .com vs Agoda

Good location. Very friendly front desk staff. Free coffee vending machine for all guests at all times. Good clean COWAY filtered water. Clean beds and sheets. Toilet spotless. A mini safe for storing valuables Ample parking.

All good.

No refrigerator in the room. Persistent smell of cigarette smoke entering the room from the roof vent. The hotel is non smoking however it seems a number of guests ignore this and it is not enforced.

We booked this hotel as it boasted a fridge in the room, there wasn't and we rely on a fridge a lot. There were non of the advertised chairs or loungers round the pool and the 12 yr old limit on children that was advertised was not in place at all. We had to ask for the kettle and daily housekeeping that is advertised had to be requested. The hotel was very tired but the staff were so pleasant and helpful. The location was great

Wider room

No elevator

Lovely staff members, always smiling and willing to help. One male member of staff gave me a quick lesson on how to ride a moped. The rooms were comfy and large and so was the bathroom. This hotel has a coffee machine in reception that you can use for free too.

Very clean. Mattress & pillow actually quite nice & comfy. Hotel staff at the reception very welcoming & friendly. There’s a free flow coffee at the reception area which is very nice. Kinda like the colour scheme.

There’s some mold buildup under the aircon unit. There is no mini fridge.

The concept: complete transparency in what to expect Room: like the photos Extras: free coffee and tea for guests Service: very good, attentive and friendly.

Good staff,

I love the fact that they are more eco-friendly than other hotels by providing jar and water dispenser for guests to refill their water. On a side note, I like that they provide free coffee and milo for guests to drink and a common place for discussion at the lobby. The beds were huge and great. They even provide extra fan in case it is not cold.

The smell from the drain is so bad! The moment we open the door, the smell just fills up the whole room. That could be the cause for mosquitoes too. And, our room is at level 2 without lift! Hence, if you have huge luggage to carry, perhaps you might want to reconsider this place. else, it is lovely to stay for a day or two with small hand carry luggage.

It‘s a very good option if you are on a budged. Helpful staff. AC was working very good and so was the hot water for showering. There was enough parking space too.

It would be amazing if handsoap was provided since not many people carry it around with them.

AT THE CITY COMFORTABLE.

Nice large room and bathroom

The pool was cloudy during my whole stay. I don't know if this was from chlorine or being dirty either way was unable to use.

The cleanlines

Nothing

Clean & tidy also comfortable for family

no elevator to the 2nd floor

The Staff was friendly, the bed comfortable and the pool was nice

The room is clean, location is strategic and has parking

Incredible value for money … basic but functioning and clean . Nice touch of freshly laundered warm towels delivered to the room

Front of house pleasant but could have been a little friendlier

no lift , have to walk upstairs by yourself to level 3

Strategy location.. nearby Kuah jetty, .a lot convenient store...5 minit walking distance to the authentic thai cuisine.. Its peacefully

The location

The complimentary drinks, the room & the staff

The staircase

Staff, room & the free drinks

The staircase

The bed is spacious like 2 super single bed combined into one bed; a good size bathroom and a shower with good water pressure. The hotel is surrounded with places to eat (within walking distance).

The bedsheet looks quite faded and thin (like old bedsheet) and it has a dirt spot on it. I don't bother asking for a change since I'm only staying for one night.

Value for money

Limited television selection
