The Wifi connection was extremely bad, with it being down for hours. The air conditioning was not good, and the TV was an old TV, with poor connection and channels. When I was going to sleep at night, I found ants on my bed. I had to go down to inform the front desk, and had to completely change my room in the middle of the night because of this. It felt more like a motel stay than a hotel.

There was a roti canai stall, bread section n main course which was fried rice, fried noodles, rice porridge meehoon soup, hot coffee n tea. The aircond in the room was functioning well. The front desk staff and receptionist were cordial and accommodating. We requested for a late check out to perform our zohor prayer and it was granted. May God bless you for your kindness n understanding.
The tv reception was poor. The screen appeared grainy, the image wasn't sharp. Even the tv reception in Pulau Tuba was better, clearer screen and sharp images. The door key was a little difficult to open the door. Use the card door key for easier handling.
