الاطلاله ولا الخيال الفندق حلو و الغرفه الي فيها جاكوزي كبيره و حلوه تتطل على جزر الاميرات كلها منظر الغروب و الشروق اشي فوق الوصف احس لازم يكون معك سياره او تستاجر تاكسي لانه ما بعرف كيف ممكن توصله عن طريق المواصلات موقعه عالي شوي كان في مشكله في التكيف و هذا الي نكد علينا بذات لانه انجبرنا نفتح الشبابيك و ما عرفنا انام من من صوت القطار كل شوي الموظفه الي هناك اسمها نور تواصلت مع مدير الفندق و مشكور المدير والله اعتذر بطريقه لطيفه و بعثلنا افطار على الغرفه ( علماً انه حجزي بدون افطار ) و اخبرونا انه بسبب الامطار الغزيره الليله الي مضت تعطل نظام التكيف لكامل الفندق غير هاي المشكله كان كل اشي بيرفكت احب اخص بالشكر موظفة الريسبشن الي كانت موجوده فترة الصبح ما عرفت اسمها لكني اشكر لطفها و ابتسامتها الترحيبيه كلما استقبلت احد الزوار هذا الاشي ما بشوفو في كل مره ازور اسطنبول فيها

Otelde çok güzel ve keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Odalar temiz ve konforluydu, çalışanlar ise oldukça ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Konumu da ulaşım açısından çok avantajlıydı. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz, tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.

Çok keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Otel oldukça temiz ve sessizdi, özellikle ailece konaklamak için çok uygun bir yer. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Hem huzurlu hem de rahat bir ortam vardı. Her şey için teşekkürler!

Otopark yoktu park bulmak biraz yordu.

Çok güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Otel temiz, konforlu ve çalışanlar oldukça ilgiliydi. Özellikle güler yüzlü hizmetten çok memnun kaldık. Her şey için teşekkürler, tekrar görüşmek üzere.

Her açıdan memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu. Odamız temiz ve rahattı, personellerin ilgisi ve güler yüzü de ayrıca çok güzeldi. Konumu sayesinde birçok yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Keyifli bir tatil geçirmek isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Gerçekten çok güzel bir konaklama oldu. Otel hem çok temiz hem de oldukça sakin ve huzurluydu. Ailece kalmak için bence gayet güzel bir yer. Çalışanlar da çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi, kendimizi gerçekten rahat hissettik. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz, tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle yine burada kalırız. ❤️

A lovely place to stay with family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the area was quiet, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything went smoothly during our stay and we had a great experience overall. Highly recommended for families!

Location was good but staff and service was very poor. Lift was so small that even two person cant stand properly.

Facility has a strange rule that you can not escort your guests to the room and it embarrased us in front of our guests who visited us from the city. When I take up the matter with staff, he instead of understadning, he started showing attitude which was very much disrespectful. Even I mentioned him that this is not appropriate behaviour but he was not ready to make change in his style.

I had a wonderful stay here! The staff made me feel genuinely welcome and were incredibly kind and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The location is fantastic—just a few minutes from Marmaray and the ferry terminal, right next to the beautiful waterfront promenade and a charming street filled with cafés and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance. After staying here, I can honestly say I’ve found my hotel in Istanbul. I won’t be looking anywhere else for my future trips. Highly recommended!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir nous déplacer partout à pied, sans avoir besoin des transports en commun

We were treated to a very generous and tasty Turkish breakfast that could have fed an entire family! Very fresh and we chose to eat this in the room one morning and at the local cafe another morning. This was our highlight!

The side-sea view rooms are a bit squishy, but there is a decent balcony with sea view. The room was very clean and well serviced.

Ich habe dieses Hotel aufgrund der Fotos auf Booking.com gebucht und für zwei Nächte 314,63 € bezahlt. Die Realität hat jedoch nichts mit den Bildern zu tun. Dieses Hotel entspricht eher einer einfachen Pension als einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein – Dusche und Toilette befinden sich praktisch auf engstem Raum, wie in einem Wohnwagen. Der Whirlpool direkt vor dem Bett war schmutzig, beschädigt und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Als ich ihn für etwa 10 Minuten nutzen wollte, stellte ich danach fest, dass Wasser unter dem Whirlpool austrat und das gesamte Zimmer überflutete. Meine Koffer und persönlichen Sachen wurden dadurch komplett nass. Ich informierte sofort die Rezeption, aber man bot mir kein anderes Zimmer an. Stattdessen wurde mir lediglich gesagt, man würde Handtücher schicken, damit ich das Wasser selbst aufwischen könne. Auch das Bett war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Beim Liegen konnte ich die Federn der Matratze deutlich spüren. Zudem war das Bett beschädigt und hing sichtbar zu einer Seite. Ein erholsamer Schlaf war so nicht möglich. Außerdem ist das Hotel extrem laut. Direkt vor dem Gebäude verlaufen eine Bahnstrecke und eine Autobahn. Die Fenster schließen nicht richtig, sodass der Lärm ungehindert ins Zimmer dringt. Ich kam gegen 2 Uhr nachts an und habe das Hotel bereits am nächsten Morgen wieder verlassen. Schlafen war für mich praktisch unmöglich. Ich verstehe wirklich nicht, wie dieses Hotel eine 4-Sterne-Bewertung erhalten konnte. Ich kann dieses Hotel definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Die Lage Ausstattung

Great location on the Anatolian site of the city. very close to Marmaray which takes you in twenty minutes to the all the highlights of the city (i.e., Blue mosque. Ayga Sofia, Topkapi, etc). Moreover, close to the vivrant area of Kadikoy which is full of bars and restaurants. Moreover, it is next to the coast and the views were great.

As the hotel is located ina rather small building there was not a lobby where to seat and wait. Nonetheless, there0s a small outdoor seating area which served the purpose. Moreover, the room are not prepared to have breakfast in them, which can be asked for at the reception. On the other hand, the hotel is closed to a great cafeteria where they have lots of foods.

Este hotel le falta un loby donde poder estar y una cafeteria ayer a las 9 lovia y no habia donde meterse ni siquiera a tomar un cafe pues no tiene un espacio donde hacerlo, tuvimos que desayunar en la habitacion que no reune condiciones, podian advertir que no tiene cafeteria y que no tiene un loby para sentarse lis clientes

Konumu ve toplu taşıma araçlarına olan yakınlığı en büyük artısı. Çalışanların ilgisi ve oda temizliği için esktra parantez açmak lazım. Son olarak evcil hayvanlara olan yaklaşımı sebebiyle otel yönetimine teşekkür etmek istiyorum.

Otele ait restoran aktif olarak bulunmamakta, ama yürüme mesafesinde o kadar çok opsiyon var ki bu bir eksi olmaktan çıkıp size çok fazla alternatif sunuyor.

Bonjour. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette hôtel. Avec un emplacement parfait, avec son jardin spacieux une vue sur la mer . les chambres sont très propres. Le personnel très agréable et toujours à l'écoute. Et très souriant Et bien sûr, sans les oublié les chats. Merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, les yeux fermés

Le seul petit inconvénient. Il manque une grande table dans le jardin, pour pouvoir manger Merci beaucoup.

De locatie is ideaal, zowel dichtbij het centrum als dichtbij het water. Het personeel is behulpzaam en lossen problemen snel op. De kamer is ruim en comfortabel.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is laag. Hygiëne laat zich te wensen over. We hadden om een extra bed gevraagd, die was gelukkig al geregeld. Maar bij iedere beweging lag je op de grond.

Amabilitat del personal i comoditat del llit. Esmorzar molt abundant i bo.

Amazing staff, comfy beds, and spotless cleanliness! The location (less than 100 metres to metro and less than 200 metres to train -Marmaray and YHT-) and view were fantastic too. The hairdryer could use an upgrade, but that's a minor detail.

Room was spacious and had a small garden.

The pillows and the mattress were the worst i have ever stayed . Furniture needs to be renovated. The heating system was so strong we couldn’t sleep and was operating non stop. You are in the ground floor so if you let the doors open it’s risky and also noisy.

Onunden tren/marmaray vs bir arac geciyor ve hareket saatlerinde inanilmaz rahatsiz edici bir gurultuye maruz kaliyorsunuz. Verilen oda agir bir parfum korktugu icin odam upgrade edildi ve jakuzilio bir odaya gectim, o adada ise genel olarak, tren tarafina baktigi icin inanilmaz gurultulu ve yataklari cok rahatsiz edici idi. Ayrica elektrik kablosu jakuziye giden, elektik bandiyla bantlanmis, potansiyel bir elektrik tehlikesi olmali.
