Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Diese Unterkunft hat eine super tolle Lage, da man von dort schnell fußläufig zu diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten kommt. Auch 2 Supermärkte sind direkt nebenan. Man kommt durch die sehr nahe U-Bahn sogar extrem kostengünstig und fix nach Osaka, ohne vorher zum Hauptbahnhof zu müssen! Super! Das Personal ist super freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend! Wunderbar! Und das Zimmer war auch richtig toll und mit einer relativ großen Badewanne! Es ist da auch schön ruhig und man kann nach einem langen Tag gut entspannen! Immer gerne wieder! Klare Empfehlung!

Not all of the reception staff speak English. Also, the windows in the rooms are permanently sealed, so it is not possible to open them and air out the room.

I loved the hotel room as it was impeccably clean and so practical. The little touches of offering umbrellas, toiletries and even cooling cloths was such a fabulous addition. And the room pajamas were simply wonderful. I think the best thing overall was the location. I walked everywhere from the hotel.
I honestly tried to think of something that'd be helpful to mention but, I can't.

Muy del estilo a los hoteles europeos, aunque el baño un poco pequeño, pero lo suficientemente cómodo para una estancia de 10. Los geles del baño, y la ducha, una maravilla para relajarte después de un día duro de andar. El aire acondicionado estupendo y también disponen de un humidificador en la habitación, que nosotros usamos para secar la ropa.
Por decir algo, las almohadas que aunque cómodas, algo pequeñas.

breakfast doesn't have a lot of sweets options, the laundry room doesn't have a lot of machines for how big the hotel is and the room has 2000 degrees on the inside

The location was pretty good: just 20 mins walk into the centre. And very close to a convenient metro station for the train station. Staff were very friendly, check in was easy and we could leave luggage at the hotel before check-in and after check out. We loved all the available amenities included: teas, cooling cloths, pyjamas, slippers, even face masks.

No te prestan o alquilan un adaptador de enchufe, solo te lo venden a un precio inflado. Al final quedan mal por estas cosas y compre mi adaptador al lado.

Esta en frente de una carretera con muchos carriles y se escuchaban mucho los concurs por la noche desde la habitación.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Hitel, bien situé. A 15 mn a pied du centre animé et proche de station de métro et de bus.. Possibilité de la rejoindre en longeant la rivière, ou le canal. Chambre très correcte ( matelas, clim, frigo, netflix avec votre compte..). personnel très sympathique, excellent petit déjeuner buffet a volonté traditionnel et aussi continental.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026房間滿乾淨的，大廳提供的一次性備品也很豐富(有面膜跟入浴劑），櫃檯人員服務親切、有禮，浴缸一個人泡空間很夠，冷氣很涼。 附近步行可達便利商店跟24小時超市，消夜、小酌沒煩惱。
有於指定時間前在門上貼要跟換浴巾，但沒有被更換。 入住前(已線上刷卡房間費用)有請飯店協助訂餐廳(在台灣訂不到)，但飯店回應入住後才能協助，Check-in時請櫃檯人員幫忙，就馬上訂到了，有吃到還是很開心。

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Todo. Maravilloso, en reflexión nos habló un chico en español, las camas super cómodas, habitación espaciosa y comunicada con la de nuestras hijas, por lo que teníamos 2 baños. Abajo detalles de cortesía tales como gomas de pelo, cepillos de dientes, bastoncillos, mascarillas faciales, etc... Y el desayuno japonés, que te puede gustar más o menos pero era muy variado. Un lujo para nuestro descanso. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026無料の会員登録をするとチェックアウト時間を12時にしてもらえました。スタッフの方もとても丁寧で、施設も新しく快適に過ごせました。また朝食がとても美味しかったです。 清水五条は京都の中心部よりすこし外れていますが、周辺には魅力的なお店ができ始めていて、滞在にはとてもよい場所だと感じます。
チェックアウト時間と清掃時間が重なっており、チェックアウト時の館内がすこし騒がしい。

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Breakfast could have been more “western”. I typically dont eat fish and rice and Asian food for breakfast. The “bacon” was under cooked. It was flimsy and fatty and should have been crispy. The eggs were not good either.

Stazioni della metropolitana a 5 minuti di cammino e fermate autobus comode per raggiungere i templi maggiori , alla reception forniscono tutte le indicazioni . Molto carina l'offerta di prodotti per la skincare e pigiama/ciabatte
