Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Siamo arrivati in hotel (pagato 200€ per due notti perché valutato complessivamente e STRANAMENTE favoloso) e ci siamo ritrovati in un incubo. La prima camera (n. 314) era sporca, invasa dalle formiche, impregnata di un odore sgradevole e con un bagno a vista in vetro privo di ogni privacy. Chiesto il cambio, la seconda stanza (n. 4) si è rivelata persino peggiore: umidità, pavimenti sollevati, controsoffitto divelto in corridoio, un cantiere edile rumoroso proprio accanto, un letto instabile e un bagno in plexiglass talmente stretto da non potersi nemmeno fare la doccia!!! Alla nostra richiesta di pulizie straordinarie, la struttura si è giustificata dicendo che il personale non era disponibile. Impossibilitati a rimanere in condizioni simili, dopo una sola notte invivibile abbiamo dovuto abbandonare la struttura in anticipo e trovarci un altro hotel a nostre spese. Una grandissima delusione e un servizio del tutto inadeguato. Il personale che si "disculpa", poi, non è per niente dispiaciuto e collaborativo..ho richiesto il rimborso, ma ovviamente non risponde nessun direttore d'hotel. Prelevano i soldi prima..struttura da evitare senza dubbio.

Es könnte sauberer sein. Das Bett ist leider sehr unbequem. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank fehlt definitiv. Für das Geld war es leider nicht wert.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Me gustó mucho la ubicación, muy céntrica y cómoda para moverse por la ciudad. El alojamiento es agradable y práctico, una buena opción para disfrutar de Sevilla. Elisa, la anfitriona, fue excepcional: muy atenta, diligente y simpática en todo momento. Además, el café de la cafetería está delicioso. ☕️
El suelo dejaba ver que la limpieza podría mejorarse. En general, sería conveniente prestar un poco más de atención a este aspecto.

The bathroom was between glass panels in a corner of the room, which were opaque but you could see through and it did not leave much privacy. Our room had no curtains, the window was on an internal courtyard where the light was on during the night, so we had to place a towel on the window to be able to sleep, as we were told the curtains could not be installed at the moment due to lack of materials

The windows are soundproof which is great as you hear nothing from the renovation happening on the building next door. Very polite staff and helpful with everything, the reception has a nice calming vibe.
The shower is a bit different from everything I saw so far, but I had no problems with it

Επιπλέον, παρόλο που μείναμε για 3 βράδια, το δωμάτιό μας δεν καθαρίστηκε ούτε μία φορά. Συνολικά, η εμπειρία μας θα μπορούσε να είναι σαφώς καλύτερη.

Die Badezimmertür war leider defekt und man konnte sie nicht schließen. Da das WC direkt hinter der offenen Tür war, hatte man im Bad keine Privatsphäre. Beim Benützen der Dusche ist immer wieder Wasser ausgetreten, was deutlich am Boden zu sehen war. Wir haben die Mängel gleich nach unserer Ankunft bei der Rezeption gemeldet. Die Rezeptionistinnen meinten, dass gleich jemand kommen und die Mängel im Zimmer reparieren würde. Leider kam jedoch nie jemand. Trotz mehrmaliger Bitten, die Tür zu reparieren, kam bis zu unserem letzten Aufenthaltstag niemand, um die Mängel zu beheben. Außerdem war der Geruch im Zimmer nicht angenehm und in der Dusche war Schimmel zu sehen.

Iba a pasar una noche pero en cuanto subí a la habitacion decidí adelantar mi vuelta. El olor a lejia que habia era imposible. La habitacion tiene revestimiento en pisos y paredes que no esta en buen estado, al final es todo calcomania que imita distintas texturas. El piso es el mismo en todo el hotel, muy sucio. Entre el olor a lejia y el pegote del piso y las paredes en mal estado, no era agradable. El baño y ducha estan dentro de la habitacion en un cubiculo que tb le falta mantenimiento. Me cobraron €10 por hacer el check in 1:30 hs antes del horario de check in.

Petit bémol : la salle de bains est littéralement incrusté dans la chambre avec une baie vitrée. Alors question intimité c'est un peu compliqué et la taille de la chambre est assez serré mais cela se comprend vu qu'on est au centre.

A special mention to the girl at reception who checked me in. She was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming, and made a great first impression. Overall, a really excellent hotel and a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The location was perfect you can do everything on foot. Underground parking is nearby so you don't have to get lost in the small street and end up where you shouldn't. the coffee and pastries are very good. Probably the best coffee we've had on our trip.
The keycard didn't work during our stay, we needed the help of the staff to get in our room each time. At least they were helpful and always available! We expected a cleaner room. The walls were dirty and some mold was found on the caulking in the shower. Nothing to make us turn around, but we expect at least no mold.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Creo que sería fundamental advertir en el proceso de reserva que se están haciendo obras o trabajos de mantenimiento en el edificio. Viajaba por trabajo (nocturno) a Sevilla. Reservé dos noches para no tener que preocuparme del checkout. Llegué a mi habitación a las 06:30 de la mañana y antes de las 9 me despertaron taladros y martillos. Imposible seguir durmiendo así.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026O que mais me impressionou durante a estadia foi a localização absolutamente fabulosa, bem no centro movimentado da cidade, com o enorme privilégio de ser um espaço surpreendentemente silencioso e tranquilo. O meu quarto individual tinha o tamanho ideal e o espaço necessário para uma estadia agradável. Embora o conforto geral seja razoável, a simpatia e o bom acolhimento de todos os funcionários fizeram toda a diferença na experiência.
O aspeto menos positivo da estadia foi o duche: a zona da cabine não está bem vedada e a água acaba por sair para fora durante o banho, o que se torna um pouco inconveniente.

Скорее тут заметка для усовершенствования: мало места куда можно повесить полотенце и пр., мало крючков. Каждый день заново регистрация для wifi , из системы постоянно выключается. В 6 утра в день отъезда я не могла использовать уже wifi , возможно , был технический глюк

Lavori al mattino presto. Indecenza nei corridoi. Tanto di cappello per lo staff che si è dedicato ad accompagnare ogni singolo ospite nelle camere.

Pokoje bardzo małe i bardzo brudne. Podłoga nie była ani odkurzona, ani umyta. W łazience i pod prysznicem ciemne długie włosy na podłogach i ścianach. Brzydziłam się położyć walizkę na podłodze. Nie wspominając, że bez butów nie można było przejść po podłodze. Procedura zameldowania trwała około 20 minut, masa dokumentów do podpisania, zeskanowania itp. W innych hotelach odbywa się to dużo szybciej i sprawniej.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Bellissima struttura in pieno centro a Siviglia! Personale gentile, belle camere piccole ma molto accoglienti, buona pulizia e ottima posizione (vale la pena anche solo per quello!). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026El equipo de recepción y de la cafetería eran encantadores sin lugar a duda.
Mi única pega es que en la cafetería todo era dulce no había ni fruta ni nada con jamón queso o algo de proteína pero bueno entiendo que es para salir del paso pero era poco healthy y tanto en nuestra cama como en el baño encontramos hormigas campando a sus anchas… por lo demás volveríamos seguramente

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Φανταστική τοποθεσία και από τη στιγμή που μπαίνει κανείς μέσα αισθάνεται την καθαριότητα και νιώθει την δροσιά του χώρου. Κάθε μελος του προσωπικού που συναναστραφηκαμε ήταν ευγενέστατο. Ομορφα μικρά δωμάτια και γενικά καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο. Υπερ-άνετα κρεβάτια! Εξαιρετική η σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής. Θα το ξαναεπέλεγα!
Το design του μπάνιου είναι κάπως τολμηρό καθώς δεν έχει τοίχους αλλά γυάλινες τζαμαρίες που λειτουργούν ως διαχωριστικά. Συνεπώς δεν είναι ιδανικό για κάθε τύπο επισκεπτών.

El diseño de las habitaciones es moderno, pero las habitaciones son justas y el baño queda separado de la cama por una pared de cristal que permite imaginar lo que se hace dentro. Así que si no vas con tu pareja íntima, mejor coje una habitación individual si quieres ir tranquilo al baño.

The toilet/bathroom - there’s no privacy, the walls and bathroom door is made of sheer glass. Sharing the room with someone else can get awkward/uncomfortable at times as you technically have no privacy when you’re on the toilet.

la stanza era buia e affacciava su un cavedio, la prossima volta prenoterò l'ultimo piano con vista spettacolare sui monumenti; avrebbe completato il tutto un frigo in camera o un servizio colazione con più scelta (c'erano solo dolci)

Nos recomendaron que desayunamos en el café que tiene en la puerta ya que teníamos un descuento. No nos gustó nada. Estuvimos 10 minutos esperando que nos atienda la chica que no soltaba el celular y tenía solo opciones dulces.

El baño es completamente en puertas y paredes de cristal por lo que es incómodo si vas a pasar la estancia con alguien más. La puerta corrediza del baño no va bien y es bastante difícil de abrir.
