Reviewed Aug 18, 2026I have a bald head, so if i see any hair on the floor, i know that it does not belong to me. So this room i was given, 1st floor was spotless, i saw maybe 1 hair on the floor, so keep it up well done
I paid for bfast because i didnt drive and there is no kopithiam nearby. Paid bfast starts at 630am. The warm food was not warm and the hot coffee was warm/cold which was dissapointing

The view from our bedroom was the parking lot.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026i can easily go to every where around the bintulu town. i means its not to far from any famous place. parking, its not so hard to looking for parking. and its free parking.
i dont said i dont like, but its a little disapointed when i ask for an extra towel for our kids. they said, it was a hotel procedure to not given any extra towel.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025What stands out were two things: 1. The perfume as soon as the lift to the 1st floor opened. It was sweet, calming and inviting. 2. The restaurant within the hotel has a very committed customer service staff. The staff during our stay went above and beyond to make our eating experience as lovely as possible.
Not an issue but just for a heads up, parking are free and easy. This means no reserved hotel parking. And that area is quite popular.

Reviewed Nov 14, 2025- location is very good, but then again, bintulu is small-ish so everywhere is near - loved the chef wong restaurant right next door, delicious chicken rice, and also steamboat chan kou xian is just behind the block, walking distance
- not soundproof. can hear quite clearly the next room's noise, even their cough - somehow can smell cigarette smoke even though our windows are shut - there is a half glass partition between the shower and toilet but no door/shower curtain, so everytime showers, the toilet floor on the other side will get wet
