Die Lage des Hotels war gut, aber leider war der Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend. Besonders störend war der starke Zigarettengeruch im Zimmer und auf den Fluren. Auch das Badezimmer roch unangenehm und die Toilettentür war defekt. Von zwei Aufzügen funktionierte nur einer, wodurch es oft zu langen Wartezeiten kam. Der türkische Hamam war dunkel, feucht und hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch, sodass ich auf die Behandlung verzichtet habe. Auch die Poolgebühr war verwirrend: Bei der Buchung wurden 15 € angegeben, vor Ort jedoch 25 € verlangt. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hatte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Meiner Meinung nach entsprechen Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Komfort leider nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels.

Muhammed jongen achter de balie. De beste persoon die ik tot nu toe heb gezien in Turkije. Hij helpt je met alles. Duidelijke antwoorden en staat altijd klaar om te helpen. Ze moeten hem extra loon geven ofzo want wat je ook betaalt is veelste weinig voor deze jongen. Was iedereen ma zoals hem.Ik ben hem echt dankbaar

Zwembad spa enz. Heeft niks met deze hotel te maken js een andere bedrijf . Komen mensen van buiten voor happy end. Vreemd als je toch toch geen Zwembad hebt als hotel dat je die ook adverteert. In de buurt is ook niks te beleven. Vakantie na de klote eigenlijk. Airconditioning koelkast. 50% van de alle kamers Airconditioning en koelkast werken niet. In de 5 dagen dat we daar waren hebben ze niet eens 1 x gevraagd of we iets nodig hadden bv. Handoek koffie water

Everything was good the room.was always clean our cleaner nurcan always asked if we need anything also cleaned our room daily all the staff were kind and also helpful i would definitely recommend this hotel also its very good location for food restaurants who open until late hours and also close to all transportation.

Staff were lovely some with limited English but google translate solved that problem. Rooms were clean and free parking was good

Aircon didn’t work so was very hot our whole stay. Shower fluctuated between ice cold and boiling hot so you had to constantly jump in and out of the shower once it hit an okay temperature. Walls are very thin so could hear all your neighbours alarms going off etc.

В готелі ми з коханою дружиною прожили тиждень, за цей період тільки самі хороші враження. Заселення зайняло дві хвилини, місце на парковці було вільне. На рецепції молоді хлопці готові допомогти в любий час.В номері чисто і все працює; тихий кондеціонер,телевізор,сейф,чайник(чай та кава і питна вода поповнюєця постійно)вай фай в любому куточку готеля.Поскільки ми виїздили рано вранці, нашу машину персонал перепарковував поблище до виїзду.Ціна та якість на висоті,рекомендую для автотуристів.Персонал готелю професійний,молодці.

The swimming pool doesn’t run by hotel and it is too expensive one day €30 per person which is ridiculous .

The hotel has its own parking lot in a very busy location in the immediate vicinity of all possible facilities and is one of the best affordable options for guests arriving by car. The staff is very correct and friendly, the hotel is clean, tidy, in everything as in the pictures. The only complaint is the comfort of the mattress, but not to the extent that it significantly affects the final impression.

The location was acceptable, but unfortunately I did not enjoy my overall stay.

The hotel was not clean, and the room was not cleaned every day. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The swimming pool required an extra fee, and after paying, I was told I also had to buy a swimming cap or I would not be allowed to use the pool. This was not explained in advance and felt unfair. Overall, the service was disappointing.

Beds were really uncomfortable,cleaning was nit good and staff really not helpful as i requested to fix shower but they didn’t and no help with luggage and no breakfast provided and when we were checking out they keep pushing us even feels like throwing us out even check out time was me tio ed 1:30pm and they started pushing us out at 10:30 and even knocking the door 3 times and i was surprised…really had bad experience

Персонала беше много любезен и учтив.

Това един от любимите ни хотели в Истанбул. Отсядаме там вече повече от 5 години,но напоследък почнахме да се разочароваме от него. Хотелът вече много изхабен и плаче за ремонт. Матриците са вече в окаяно състояние,наложи се да ги завъртиме поне да можем горе долу нормално да спиме. Матрака беше целият в косми. На предния ни престой хладилник в стаята не работеше,този път вече и хладилник нямаше. Душа в банята беше развален,кърпите бяха мръсни и на петна,все едно някой преди нас вече ги е ползвал и само цяха сгънати културно. Дано следващия път като отидем там да има легла,че както е тръгнало,май скоро и легла няма да има.

los colchones están deformados las habitaciones no están habilitadas no hay armarios ...un desprecio a las mujeres indiferencia ... se rompió el ascensor y estaba en la cuarta planta ...puse una queja y me fuy del hotel habiendo pagado todo el mes lo abandone el día dieciocho la ubicación malísima para llegar al Bósforo as de tardar más de 1 hora

El Hotel es lindo mederno y comodo, tiene un lobby muy comodo y lindo, la habitacion era amplia y comoda, siempre estaba limpio y en todo momento servian te de cortesia que era muy rico.

Me decepciono mucho que para ingresar a la picina del hotel era con costo adicional, ademas de ser muy costoso, en la publicacion nada decia de pago adicional por uso de picina, el internet era extremadamente limitado en las habitaciones y no hay opciones de desayuno.

Fuimos 3 personas por una intervención quirúrgica, la estancia fue bastante cómoda, la habitación amplia y bastante bien.

Quizá pondría servicio de desayuno pero aún así tienen como una mini barra donde puedes pedir café y alrededores muchas cafeterías. El personal es un poco seco, pero allí casi nadie habla inglés y mucho menos español. Una de las 9 noches que pasamos de madrugada alguien abrió nuestra habitación, lo comentamos al día siguiente, nos dijeron que miraron las cámaras y no vieron a nadie, lo dejamos pasar por qué también la situación era la que era y no estábamos para debatir mucho, pero no hubo implicación para ver qué había pasado.

Die Unterkunft war kühl, sauber und modern, aber auch war sie gut auffindbar und in der Nähe vom Restaurants einem Shoppingcenter oder andere Supermärkte. Also hat man alles in Umkreis was man benötigt aber auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Vor allem die Reinigungskräfte waren jeden Tag da und haben uns sehr weitergeholfe. Da in den anderen Bewertungen steht, dass es laut ist Und Lärm gibt, kann ich euch beruhigen, dass es sehr ne ruhige Gegend ist.

Peretii crapati, tencuiala cazuta, fereastra rupta dintr-o balama, lifturi defecte, restaurant inchis, gandaci...cele 4* si pozele de prezentare au fost probabil de la inaugurare.

Before booking, I didn't find any information about the hotel requiring an extra charge for the pool, sauna, and everything else. Massages and other amenities are understandable, but is there an extra charge for the pool? This is the first time I've encountered this at a hotel.

Part of the payment was made in cash, and one booking was made through Booking.com. Upon arrival, we found the rooms to be very dirty, with unpleasant odors and cracked walls. The conditions were completely unacceptable. More than 4 people requested to leave immediately, but the hotel refused. We had also tried to cancel the reservation through Booking one day before arrival, but this was denied, with no refund offered. Even worse, guests who left immediately upon arrival were still asked to pay. To this day, the hotel continues to demand additional payments, even though several rooms were never used. They keep adding new charges daily without clear justification. I strongly recommend everyone to think twice before booking this hotel.

Must have a lot of iron. I had to share and waited the whole night for that iron! And when i didn’t get them, they dont have alternatives to assist us

Noice insulation between the rooms is not so good and you can hear different noices.

A fost a doua oara cand am stat aici. Raportul calitate pret a fost bun. Hotelul are parcare , camera ok, baia ok cu apa fierbinte si curat.

Eram 2 persoane, iar in camera am avut 1 prosop pt baie. Am mai cerut , ne-au adus mai tarziu ceva, dar in ansamblu am avut o ședere buna

I have traveled to Turkey many times, but this time I did not have good experiences. Because another owner was a fraud and we couldn't stay in that house, we booked this hotel and went there. Everything was normal until the day we left this hotel. They wanted to lie to us for a broken table glass and said that we did it. When I was talking to them, they didn't answer me in the middle of that discussion. I think they realized they couldn't extort money from me.
