Royal İnci Hotel

Cleaning staff is generous and asked to clean whenever they saw me in the lobby area.

WiFi signal was very weak. AC gets switch off on its own.

Labai patiko vieta.

Nothing very bad service very dirty room old

The property was not as it shows in the picture shower was not working tolet was dirty

Location was perfect near to shops, restaurants and metro station. I had the deluxe room with balcony which was huge, shower was fantastic, great pressure and didnt over flow bonus

The beds were not very comfortable, some basic referb of the rooms is needed to bring it up to scratch. The pictures online must be old

Nothing was on ok in this experience

The staff was very rude, the beds were terrible and the worst part was that at night you could hear everything from one room to another, one evening you could hear an elderly woman listening to creepy music and Speaking English and Arabic, horrible hotel experience horror movie scenes

L’emplacement 1000/10

Location from the hospital

It smelt funny, the beds were rock hard. Walls paper thin and reception staff barely cracked a smile

De locatie was fantastisch. De personeel waren ook erg vriendelijk.

De matrassen waren een beetje hard

Ok for the price

Old beds, alot of detergents and soap smell on the sheets.

Bien placé et grand

Metrobus stop is nearby. The hotel is conveniently located for getting to the beach (where you can swim). The room is cleaned well. There is a kettle and a safe.

There was only 1 channel on TV. The plumbing in the shower needs to be fixed. Noise, because there is a car repair shop outside the window.

I'd like to highlight the reception staff: Khosrov—very attentive, polite, and helpful with some issues. Murat was also very responsive and helped with translation.

Poor soundproofing. Sometimes the cleaning wasn't great; I asked for toilet paper and not enough towels, but the receptionist helped resolve these issues.

Nice location Clean and tidy Polite staff Quite

Nothing

Decent place to stay. Clean. Easy to park around

Needs a total refurbish

Very noisy and very dirty

👍

Nice close to shops

Rent is very reasonable staff is very friendly and cooperative location of the hotel is very good but few facilities required attention no microwave and you could not get your food hot . I booked this hotel through Booking.com I want to thanks bookin.com for their professional behaviour quick response and solutions for any complain I thanks again to booking.com

Kitchen facilities microwave should be better for the guests

Good

Very bad , not clean

Very dirty

I usually am a lenient person when it comes to reviews but not this time. Firstly on my arrival the key to the room I was staying at was not locking the door. Requested it to be changed and came back couple hours later to find he's given me the same key back saying "we've fixed it". He did not as it was the same bent key. Coming out of the elevator on the third floor on the right the tiles had come off and there was supposedly building work to repair them. Throughout my 5 days nothing was repaired. Coming to the room, the general hygiene was okay but I've seen cleaner places. Didn't have a small fridge which was disappointing, air conditioning was good, bed was comfy. I requested an iron and they came to my room with just an iron not an ironing board. Asking how would I iron without the board the gentleman said you can use your desk. That desk is about 60cm long by 30. Also I was smart enough to realise that the iron itself had rust and luckily didn't use it on any of my clothes as it would have stained them. Took it back to reception and told them they're an absolute joke man to be giving me something like this. The staff generally speaking were unprofessional, cold faced and as if they didn't want to be there. Would I recommend? No. You can find somewhere better maybe but if your desperate and on a budget then it's okay I gues.

Good for the price :)

Great

Everything was great

Is good and clean

Everything was perfect

Nothing

Some wierd loud noises every two nights i was there

Very good hotel for the price I paid.

The room was ok for the price and quite clean with on suite bathroom but there was no hot water, so I complained to the reception. The staff was very helpful and we received a different room on the next day, which was a lot nicer.

There were noises coming out of a room next door at night. Sounded like a domestic violence, a woman screaming and shouting and the sound of breaking furniture. Then someone talking in front of our room. We couldn't sleep as we were scared for our own safety.

Location and price for this property.

Bathroom and rooms could have been cleaner, Wi-Fi signal was very poor most of the time, Rooms are not soundproof, had a lot of noice at night from outside as well as from the other rooms, Size of the blanket was small, it was barely able to cover my full body.

Well done to the staff at the reception very helpful people

The understand and they are very flexible and complete
