È molto vicino alla stazione del Metrobus. Costa poco. La stanza era grande e tutto sommato fornita.

La stanza puzzava fortemente di fumo e in generale sembrava un po' sporca. La strada che conduce all'ingresso è mezza distrutta e piena di detriti, difficile trascinare una valigia grande. Non c'è il marciapiede e la strada è un cantiere

Extremely dirty and run down place. They don’t speak English. It’s the most disgusting place ever. I was on call with Expedia for 4 hours to change out. I couldn’t even stay in the room. Had black mold in shower

The room was nice. The hotel staff was very nice. Every question I asked was answered in a good way and solved my problem.

The location is good: a vibrant neighborhood and there is a metrobus station (Sefakoy) which worked really good, there are always buses running and going all the way to the asian side. The size of the room wasgood

When check-in the staff tried to push us to stay in a 4 bed room, when our booking was for two twin rooms. The shower plastic protection was broken so the water fell over the floor.

We arrived at the hotel around 4 AM, well before the official check-in time, but the staff was very kind and accommodating. For an extra 15 euros, they arranged a room for us right away, which we really appreciated after a long trip. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One minor downside was that the walls weren’t well soundproofed — we could hear even small sounds like someone coughing. At one point, the staff knocked on our door just to check if everything was okay, which was a nice gesture, though a bit unusual. The hotel is in a good location, close to the Metrobus, and the place is easy to find. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with just a few quirks.

Employees nice, ok. Really polite. The price was low so I did not had some great expectayions. Near the hotel are the restourants which was really nice.

Very modest equipement. There is no closet in the room...at least not somethibg with the door. The photo ibcluded...obly 6 offibger hangibg above the mjni bat and few spots tk put the clothes. For tgree of us. Poor sound and thermal isolation. Very poor...For example...the first day we were hearing sexual noices from other rooms. Door of our room have some failure with the lockage and we have difficulties to open and close it. There is no place to hang the clothes during the shower in the bathtoom. Only obe key for 3 of us. Some rooms do not have fridge/mini bar (specified that it was). Issuing of the invoice was problematic. The shower is fixed and high and really difficult to use if you do not want to have your hair wet each time you take a shower. One bad is unusually narrow, not standard size. Othe two also narrow but some standard size. We did not have any toilet paper when we came...but they provided to us later. It is nice that there is kattle in the room.

It was poorly managed, not clean. Broken doors and cabinets. Cigarette smoke in all the rooms, uncomfortable bed no proper duvet. Overall really bad, do not stay here! Staff rude and do not care. We had to leave after 1 night despite booking for 8. Misleading photos online

I can only say: In all the years I have booked hotels from this site, this has been the worst hotel in every way I have booked. The least possible option in cold weather is a means to heat the room, which it did not have and was broken, with staff who were very indifferent to the problems.

Está cerca de una zona de muchos restaurantes y tiendas, en dos minutos tienes todo a mano, no me gustó que me dieron una habitación en un sótano sin casi luz, el wifi no iba y a mitad de la noche me despertaron para pedirme el mando del aire acondicionado, entro una pareja y allí se escucha todo, no es malo pero no sé puede descansar, el personal si es atento aunque me quisiero cobrar 30€ más de su precio por si colaba.

In my visit to Istanbul i only needed a place to sleep at night, because it was my first time to visit Turkey and i wanted to explore it. This hotel fulfilled my needs because the room and bathroom were clean, it had a TV and a fridge, and the hotel's place was excellent, it was so near it took two minutes walking to the bus stop where you can go anywhere you want in istanbul and also was near to a lot of shops and restaurants in the area.

Ivery clean, the staff was very nice , very good location. Highly recommend . Yashar was very kind and helpful and always smiling, compliments for his good level of English and Russian . When we gona return to Istanbul for sure we gone book again the room at the hotel.

They lied about laundry service. They didn't have it. Water was cut off for 3-4 hours in one day during my stay. The air conditioner was ruined after some days and after so many calls they changed my room. The reception wasn’t supportive at all! I asked for a restroom (WC) on my check-out day and he said I don’t know!

Lokasyon olarak gayet memnun kaldığım bir otel oldu, lobideki arkadaşlar gayet ilgililerdi lakin temizlik açısından memnun kalmadım.

Havlular temiz değildi fakat genel olarak konforlu ve konum olarak gayet iyi güzergahlıydı.

Çok zorda kalmadıysanız tercih etmeyin.

My stay at the Express Inci Hotel was stellar. It's rare to find a place where every element aligns to create a perfect guest experience, but this hotel managed to do just that. I had no complaints whatsoever.

Very good with respect to location and budget staff is very good and cooperative. There is a little bit of language issue.
