The Camplus is well located, the staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Nothing to complain about

Modern, large room, close to the Vatican. Shared a room with my sister. Room had a divider that gave some privacy. Also had a large balcony.

Either stairs to walk down to or hill to walk up to reception. Difficult access if you have mobility issues. If no issues, can't fault the location.

Hotel blisko Watykanu (15 minut spacerkiem). Duży, bezpieczny parking (10 euro za dobę). Dobre wifi. Wygodne bardzo duże łózko. Obiekt w tylu loftu. Cisza, spokój. Skuteczna klimatyzacja. Dobre śniadanie. Blisko komunikacji miejskiej.

Personal muy amable, desde los de recepción, el personal de cafetería o el de limpieza. De agradecer que estuviera todo el día el aire acondicionado puesto, que nos salvó de varios golpes de calor en agosto.

En nuestra habitación la ventana del baño no cerraba bien y entraban algunas hormigas.

O quarto é grande, limpo e lindo! O espaço do café da manhã é bem grande e conta com bastante mesas e cadeiras. Outro ponto de destaque foi poder deixar as malas guardadas no hotel após o check out, assim foi possível aproveitar o último dia em Roma.

Eu colocaria mais opções no cardapio do cafe da manhã e deixaria a maquina de café onde o hospede pudesse se servir.

Modernes Ambiente, gut erreichbar und mit Blick auf den Petersdom. Sehr nettes Personal und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Rom-Erkundigungen.

Sanitär-Bereich wirkte bereits etwas abgenutzt

The location is very good, there is a small kitchen (and a supermarket near by) and the breakfast is very good (with very good coffee). The staff were very very nice and they came to clean every day. You can also leave your luggage (they leave it in the middle of the aisle unattended, but there is always someone on the reception a meter away).

There were quite a lot of details missing. Shampoo and gel empty for the 3 nights, only 1 set of some kitchen things (bowl, small plate, knife…). Very small fridge with no freezer part. Bed quite uncomfortable. However, these are small details, the hotel is very recommended.

The facilities were excellent, modern and exceptionally clean. The room was bright, cleaned every day, with towels changed regularly, and had a lovely view of St. Peter’s dome. We also really enjoyed the beautiful and comfortable shared rooftop terrace, which was easily accessible from the property. All the common areas were modern, spotless and air-conditioned. The 24/7 reception was also extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding, with an extensive buffet offering excellent-quality options, both savoury and sweet. There were eggs, cold cuts, vegetables, cheese and bread, as well as croissants, pralines, jams and biscuits, accompanied by fresh natural juices. Coffee was prepared fresh to order, which was a particularly nice touch.

The location was not ideal. The property is on the back side of the Vatican, relatively far from public transport, and the surrounding area did not always feel particularly comfortable to walk through. The only significant issue with the room itself was that the glass in the balcony door was cracked, which was concerning from a safety perspective and should definitely be repaired.

os quartos (pois tivemos que trocar ) em que ficamos tem camas suspensas e o ar condicionado nao consegue mandar ar fresco para cima alem do que, o ar parou Trocamos de quarto pq o ar condicionado parou e tivemos que usar ventilador .o que tornou nossa estadia desafiadora no verao de Roma perdemos 3 cafes da manha pois eles nao avisam no descritivo que comecam a servir 07:30 como eu tinha passeios agendados paguei por algo que eu nao recebi ...poderiam colocar horario no booking assim , nao teria pago pelo servico . Trocamos de quarto pq o ar condicionado parou e tivemos que usar ventilador . os pratos e talheres nao sao bem lavados cheiram ovo e tem restos de alimentos. a lavadora de roupas muito suja e o aplicativo cobrou varias vezes as lavagens no cartao ...

Si pues es un campus y está muy bien diseñado pero le hace falta Instalaciones físicas como restaurante o bar para las tardes . Para comprar una cocacola tocaba salir del campus

Izba aj kúpeľňa bola priestranná, jednoducho ale účelne zariadená, pekná, čistá. Upratujú každý deň, každý deň čisté uteráky. Personál veľmi príjemný a ochotný. Raňajky výborné, nič nechýbalo. Pekné prostredie. Kúsok od Vatikánu. Boli sme veľmi spokojní.

Mükemmel konum. Zor ama tüm Roma yürüyerek gezile bilir. Çalışanlar çok cana yakın. Otelin en mükemmel özelliği otoparkı olması.

Klima biraz gürültülü çalışıyor.

La camera è grande e pulita. Il parcheggio è comodo e video sorvegliato. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo. La posizione è strategica per alcune zone di Roma, vista la vicinanza con la basilica di San Pietro. Letti super approvati!

La colazione rispecchia gli standard, senza avere troppa scelta al buffet. La gestione del nostro animale non è stata impeccabile, in quanto c'è stato un piccolo disguido, poi risolto.

El personal es de lo más agradable sinceramente el trato siempre fue 10/10, no tuve ningún problema. Cambio de basura y de toallas a diario, la ubicación 10/10 si te coges un patinete llegas a todas partes en 15 mins

Cuando llegas te dan una llave que es una tarjeta, la tarjeta conecta con la electricidad de la habitación lo que da lugar a que si la sacas para irte fuera de la habitación el aire acondicionado se va y si te vas a las 10 de la mañana y vuelves a las 10 de la noche la habitación es muy calurosa, yo me aloje en un duplex las camas estaban arriba y aún teniendo el aire toda la noche el calor subía y no se podía dormir. Había hormigas, tanto en el buffet en la zona de comida en la fruta, como en el suelo de la habitación, había pelos en una de las camas

The room itself was nice and made good use of its space. Breakfast was good too. Location is close to the Vatican and Hadrian's mausoleum.

In know not directly the accommodation's fault, but the person in the next room was a nightmare. They stole the toilet paper (!) and left the bathroom really dirty. I felt very uncomfortable and was happy I didn't stay there for longer. I also HATED that you cannot lock the bathroom and the other person could come in at any moment, especially because it was a toilet paper stealing weirdo. I did not feel comfortable with that. Not a fan of community bathrooms, but would've vastly preferred it because at least you can lock showers and toilet stalls.

Tolle Lage.

Très déçu, je n’ai absolument rien aimé. À peine arrivé, je suis reparti immédiatement. Les photos de l’annonce montraient des lits doubles, alors qu’il y avait en réalité des lits superposés. Une personne de notre groupe ne pouvait pas accéder à son lit, car il était en hauteur et il lui était impossible d’escalader l’échelle. Cette situation était totalement inadaptée et très inconfortable. Nous avons donc été contraints de réserver un Airbnb en urgence. Malgré cela, notre demande d’annulation gratuite a été refusée. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Dobre śniadanie, fajny wybór. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie do jedzenia. Położenie obiektu znakomite niedaleko Watykanu oraz muzeum Watykańskiego. Parking też jest bardzo dużym plusem (zamiast parkowania na ulicy) obsługa uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Napewno skorzystam ponownie jak będzie okazja przyjazdu do Rzymu. Polecam wszystkim!!

We absolutely love our stay! The hotel is modern, surrounded be a lot of greenery, comfortable room with huge terrace, and the view from it was absolutely stunning. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a 10 minute walk from the Vatican, making it a perfect place to stay while exploring Rome.

Clean space, quality towels, comfy bed, receptive employees. I would often go out in the morning, come back for a shower and reset, then go back out. I was very happy to come home to this place and was very comfortable here.

Breakfast was decent with good pastries, but the meat/eggs area was lacking. The shower would also leak.

J’ai rien aimé

Après avoir expliqué mon problème privé ( santé ) ils ont même pas envie de me rembourser mon l’argent, le jour d’arriver j’ai expliqué que j’ai un problème de respirer et j’aimerais quitter l’emplacement mais ils ont pas même envie de m’écouter, le soûl chose qu’ils répètent c’était l’argent non remboursable, l’argent non remboursable, je sais que j’ai choisi non remboursable quand j’ai réservé la chambre mais quand même j’ai expliqué ok laisse tombé de l’argent mais l’humanité wow 100% leur tête pense que l’argent, j’ai dormais un jour mais j’ai réservé pour 4 jours j’ai demandé si ils peuvent me rembourser les 2 jours mais ils répètent non remboursable, La chambre c’est t’es petit inconfortable, beaucoup de bruit, le lit très petit, ils ont mentionné sur l’app booking c’est une chambre privé mais c’est pas juste il faut juste éviter cette emplacement, ils m’ont averti que lem2 eme jour si je le utilise pas la chambre ils peuvent laisser louer pour quelqu’un d’outre, comme ça. Ils peuvent gagné plus l’argent, c’est vraiment mettant, c’était catastrophique le petit déjeuner est une damme damme à la réception étais bonne Désolé d’avoir rencontré cette expérience mais je ne veut pas que quelqu’un d’outre tombé dans la même situation comme moi..! Désolé encore vous m’avez poussé à bout de dire ça

コスパ、朝食、ロケーション、部屋、GYM、スタッフとの程よい距離感、全て良かったですよ。近所にスーパもレストランもあります。シンプルな部屋でとても清潔です。二人部屋ですが、ベッドが壁に沿って直列に並んでるので、息子との旅行でしたが、一人で泊まっているような、とてもプライベート空間を感じられました。次回も使用したいと思います

極暑だったので、観光から戻った時、部屋がとても暑かったです。エアコンが効くまで時間がかかりました。風呂場は日当たりが良すぎて、暑かった。空調が全体的に効いていると良いですね。

De dunne muren. Hond van de buren was heel goed hoorbaar en de late thuiskomers waren heel goed hoorbaar in de gang.

Die Unterkunft war sehr toll gewesen. Super tolle Lage und man war innerhalb wenigen Minuten am Petersplatz und konnte von dort aus alles erleben. Alleine diese Nähe macht die Unterkunft sehr attraktiv. Das Personal war sehr professionell und nett gewesen. Es wurden alle Fragen beantwortet und auch das Frühstück entsprach meiner Vorstellung. Das Zimmer war sehr gut klimatisiert und auch das Gemeinschaftsbad war sehr sauber gewesen. Gerne buche ich dieses Unterkunft wieder, wenn es für mich nach Rom geht.

Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat, war die Bettsituation im Einzelzimmer. Die Matratze war für meinen Rücken nicht förderlich gewesen, da diese direkt auf dem "Boden" lag.

Está un poco deteriorado las habitaciones

+ Die Lage war optimal, etwas außerhalb und in kurzer Gehzeit mitten im Vatikan. Die Aussicht vom Parkplatz bei Ankunft auf den Petersdom war schon ein kleines Highlight + Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns gleich mit einigen Tipps versorgt. Auch die Konversation vor Anreise sehr nett und die Rückmeldungen kamen sehr schnell + Frühstück war in Ordnung + Parkplatz - muss nicht reserviert werden, kostet 10€/Tag

- Vielleicht hatten wir einfach Pech, aber es gab eine wirklich extrem laute Party mit nicht so toller Musik, die wirklich lange in die Nacht angehalten hat. Das war - trotz enormer Müdigkeit - einfach viel zu laut. Aber man muss auch berücksichtigen, dass es sich um eine Studentenunterkunft handelt - Im Zimmer ging der Rauchmelder mitten in der Nacht an - nach Eintreffen des Personals war das Signal zumindest weg, wir allerdings auch munter

Très chouette hôtel/campus étudiant. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Notre chambre était spacieuse avec une belle grande terrasse. La localisation près du Vatican est super.

Le lit était très dur et l’insonorisation de la chambre n’était pas optimale, on entendait les gens marcher dans le couloir et le bip de l’ascenseur.

The location of this hotel was great! Located just behind the Vatican, it is only a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores, bus lines, and the metro. There is a bus that goes straight to the archeological sites just a 5 minute walk away.

The rooms have a strange smell, the beds are not very comfortable, and there were a lot of ants all over the floor in the lobby. The shower also had mold in it.

La struttura ha una posizione discreta, camminando un po’ si raggiungono diversi luoghi di interesse. È una struttura grande. Buona la colazione, sebbene poco varia. Ottimo il parcheggio a 10 euro a notte con cancello. Staff giovanile presente 24h su 24. Distributori in hall con acqua e bevande.

La pulizia era scarsa, nelle aree comuni e corridoi c era odore di cibo putrefatto e immondizia, anche la camera lasciava a desiderare vetri e doccia sporchi, una macchia di infiltrazione muffa gigante nella camera da letto. Pavimento e suppellettili con polvere. La posizione è vicina piazza San Pietro ma con le ultime strade un po’ isolate e buie.

The room was very big and bed was good to sleep in. We also had a balcony and it was great for chilling after a long walk. Breakfast is also very good. It has all the basic you need. We also ate dinner there 1 time and the burger was good and price was much better then the restaurants in the town. Easy to access by foot or public transportation.

Tolle Architektur und tolles Konzept, eine gute Alterntive zum engen Hotelzimmern in Rom. AirCon überall (!) und wohl dosiert, Parkplartz zu sehr fairen Preis, Terassen, große Zimmer, Studentenheimfeeling trifft auf Touristenbedürfnisse 2026 ...und es funktioniert.

Das Bad war leider schon sehr abgenutzt und bedarf einer sehr, sehr dringenden Renovierung! Hier wäre andere Materialien als Eisen langlebiger und besser sauber zu halten. Gleiches betrifft den geschliffenen Betonboden.

Lo que mas nos gustó es que entraba mucha luz por la habitación y la ducha era grande y buena. Las chicas de recepción un encanto y nos dejaron guardar las maletas después de irnos.

El servicio del bar de la cafetería fue malo en general y la comida del desayuno dejaba mucho que desear. La camarera muy desagradable todas las mañanas. Además solo te dejan tener una tarjeta por habitación, que después de lo que pagas es una miseria.

Ambiente accogliente e personale molto molto gentile , prezzo conveniente e posizione fantastica. Bisogna sottolineare che si mangia anche in modo buono e c'è una notevole varietà di cibi.

Unica pecca c'era un bel ping pong dove si potevano passare dei momenti di svago e relax ma adesso non c'è più. Spero ricompaia presto dato che ne parlavo a tutti i miei amici come uno dei plus di questa accogliente struttura.

Hôtel très bien situé derrière la basilique st pierre. Accès direct dans le centre ville. Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec grande terrasse. Parking sécurisé payant 10e la nuit.

Hôtel très bruyant les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Aucune poignée dans la salle de bains ni tabouret de douche pour une personne handicapée. L'accès au centre ville est très compliqué en fauteuil roulant et impossible sans une aide électrique. Quant au petit déjeuner celui ci est disposé en vrac sur des tables et de très mauvaise qualité.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um Rom zu erkunden und ruhig gelegen

Ameisen im Zimmer. Sehr abgenutzte Einrichtung. Man hört jede Tür, Toilette und Bewegung in der näheren Umgebung

Super Lage. Hotel-eigener und günstiger Parkplatz. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, sehr gute Cornetti und Kaffee. Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war sehr nett.

Leider hatten wir Ameisen im Zimmer, die unter der Balkontür durchgekommen sind. Abhilfe dafür schaffte dann ein Spray, das uns die Rezeption zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Geschlafen haben wir in den zwei einzelnen Loft-Betten oben, da das Gerüst des Doppelbettes unten sehr instabil wirkte und laute Geräusche beim Draufsetzen und Bewegen machte (eventuell hätte man das mithilfe eines Inbus-Schlüssels einfach lösen können). Abends ging es etwas lauter zu, da einige Studenten im Haus waren (wobei das bei einer eigentlichen Studenten-Unterkunft zu erwarten war).

Sehr nah am Vatikan

Nur einige Etagen als Hotelbetrieb genutzt, überwiegend ist die Einrichtung ein Studentenwohnheim. Lärmbelästigung bis in die tiefe Nacht sowie extrem lautes Tonsignal bei Öffnen und Schließen der Aufzugstüren, extrem laut zu hören, wenn man ein Zimmer in Nähe der Aufzüge hatte.
