Ottima posizione in un quartiere residenziale vicino al Vaticano (15 minuti a piedi) In zona la stazione dei treni San Pietro e il bus 69, che attraversa tutta la città. La camera piuttosto piccola, ma bella, i letti comodi. La colazione a buffet (dolce e salato) ricca e di qualità. Lo staff disponibile e gentilissimo, le signore alla reception sempre sorridenti!

The location as if you don't have a car you need to take a taci as very far from attractions on a hill Also we booked initially 1 room and then we asked tk extend our stay for 1 more night. The first morning the house keeper knocked and thennopened the room at q0 am .I asked her kindly tk give me 10.more minutes as I needed to take my medications and sharp.in 10.mjnutes in a very rude manor she told me exactly the words 10 minutes gone what are you waiting Disgusting behavior Also the breakfast is sharp.from 7.30 to 9.30 when usually in hotels is until 10 am ateast.Also in the breakfast around 9 am both days where no food and we had to ask for and they were no special plates for cereals and we also needed to ask for them

At the reception, almost everyone is nice. The bartender is moody, and the service is poor.Parking is available at the hotel, but this time there were no spaces left. I parked in one spot, but I was told it wasn't allowed. Alright, so I moved to another space, and the receptionist told me it was perfect. There were no issues for three days. However, on the evening of our last day, our room key cards were deactivated under the pretext that I was parked in the wrong spot. I told them, "Okay, but how am I supposed to move the car if the keys are inside the room, which I can't access?" They said they didn't care; I had to move the car, or they would call the police. When they saw we weren't intimidated, and as other guests started arriving, they finally opened the room door for us, but only after a huge argument.

The hotel has an excellent location, with convenient parking right in front of the property. The reception staff were excellent — very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bed was also very comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the excellent location, convenient parking and comfortable bed.

There are a few things that could be improved. The balcony could use a little more cleaning, as there was some dust on the floor and on the chairs. It would also be nice to have a small table and an ashtray on the balcony. The lower parts of the room walls could also use a little more attention when cleaning.

Sehr gute Lage in der Stadt und man ist zu Fuß schnell am Petersplatz, Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel, Frühstück ausreichend.

All staff were exceptionally welcoming and pleasant. We liked the convivial atmosphere and the congeniality of the other guests. Our rooms were very clean, well-appointed and cool. There are large, shaded terraces where you can enjoy an aperitif. From our balconies we could see St Peter’s dome. There is a local train station nearby which links to the city metro. It’s simple to use and we were able to reach sites such as St Paul’s Outside the Walls and Villa Borghese easily.

Il menu del ristorante, fosse stato un po' più ricco ci avremmo provato, ma era veramente "spartano".

Ein gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Getränke an der Bar sind günstig im Vergleich zu der Stadt selber. Es ist alles da was man braucht.

Sie müssen am Frühstück arbeiten, es gab kein Gemüse nur Obst. Rührei oder was das war muss weg. Einfach gekochte Eier würden auch reichen. Das Rührei hat fast keiner genommen und wenn dann ist alles liegen geblieben. Und auch Dinkel oder Vollkornbrot würden such gut tun 😀

Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Es war sauber und ordentlich.

Personal kann zum Großteil nichteinmal Grüßen. Das Frühstück ist absolut nicht 3 Sterne mäßig. Getränke teilweise verwässert und das Personal hat es nicht interessiert. Wir mussten uns früh unser Geschirr selbst zusammenstellen, da Tische nur abgeräumt und nicht neu eingedeckt werden. Es gibt jeden Tag die selben 3 Wurst und 1 käsesorte . Wenn man glück hat. An einem Tag gab es auch mal nur Kochschinken und Käse.

Its a very clean hotel, with very helpful staff. The location is excellent, very close to Vatican and any public transportation.

A minor complaint are the ACs, they are quite loud supposedly due to their age:). As well the breakfast options are not exactly the best but one will definitely find some food if not allergic or lactose/gluten intolerant. *Guests are asked not to take showers or talk loud after 11pm. It reminded me of a summer camp curfew:) But it wasnt a big issue for our party.

Die Lage ist für Rom super zu Fuß in 10 min am Vatikan... Das Hotel ist schön, die Zimmer sind mit Balkon und von der Ausstattung ausreichend... Das Bad naja... man hat ständig nasse Füße von Dusche und Toilette, aber auch das ist alles erträglich.

Das Minus macht leider das Frühstück ( also lieber ohne buchen und sich außerhalb verwöhnen lassen) Auswahl, und Art des lieblosen Arrangierens ( nichts Regionales wie Tomate oder Trauben, halt günstig Lidl oder so)und das Personal. Da hat man doch eher das Gefühl lästig zu sein pünktlich 10.00 wird abgesperrt, egal ob jemand noch im lieblosen Saal ist. Begrüßung, Danke, Bitte und der kleinste Blickkontakt wird vermieden auch an der Rezeption oder Bar. Das ist leider das Aushängeschild.

La propreté et le confort de la chambre climatisée. Le petit-déjeuner qui propose un choix varié autant en salé que sucré. Le tout servi dans une salle chaleureuse.

Le restaurant qui ne propose qu’un seul menu (il faut aimer sinon tant pis !)… et pour les boissons c’est eau gazeuse ou eau sans bulles… et pas d’alcool ! Un service qui se rapproche plus d’une cantine… dans une salle « froide » et un peu austère. La descente et la remontée par le petit chemin qui descend vers la gare sont un peu raides ! Prévoyez de bonnes chaussures !

A localização é excelente, o transporte público é muito perto, e da pra caminhar até o Vaticano tranquilamente e ao castelo San’t Ângelo. os funcionários muito prestativos, o quarto confortável, principalmente o ar condicionado. Café da manhã já comi melhores.

A subida pra chegar no hotel, tem que ter disposição depois de andar pela cidade. Acho um problema maior se for uma pessoa com mobilidade reduzida e idosos, meus filhos subiram tranquilamente, eu e meu marido íamos com o coração na boca, claro que o calor do verão só piora.

Для отеля в 20 минутах ходьбы от Ватикана, да еще со своей бесплатной парковкой-этот отель просто супер! Конечно, лестница на холм не всем понравится. Рядом много остановок транспорта, вкусные и недорогие рестораны, супермаркет, вокруг - очень приятный район. Завтраки сытные. Номера для Рима большие и комфортные. Не новые, но чистые.

Имаше всичко необходимо. Закуската беше разнообразна. На 10 минути пешеходно разстояние от Ватикана. Намира се на хълм, но изкачването не е толкова дълго.

Всичко беше наред, единствено климатика беше централен и можеше да е малко по-силен предвид,че беше месец Август.

I definitively recommend this place. Excellent location, very pleasant staff and free parking was much appreciated.

Rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. They breakfast was ok. if someone arrived later it was hard to find a table and especially one that was cleaned and there wasn't enough food.

The brakfast could have been better for the size of the hotel. Not enough for the amount of people it was accomodating.

People who work are all very nice, speah English. Hotel is clean, room was nice, it has quiet hours. Good location - walking distance to St Peter's. I'll probably never be back to Rome, if I did I would stay there again.

Wszystko na bardzo wysokim poziomie, jesli ktoś typowo przyjechał do Rzymu w celach turystycznych. Świetna lokalizacja, do tego przemiła obsługa! Idealne miejsce na krótki wypad do tego pięknego miasta.

El tener el coche allí mismo aparcado y a tener en cuenta que es un lujo ir con tu propio coche o del alquiler y estar a 500 m de la plaza De San Pedro. Por otra parte la cuesta arriba la salvas con el bus 34 que es una lanzadera que pasa cada media hora.

Malgré le fait qu'il soit en haut d'un colline assez abrute, L'emplacement est idéal. Hors ZTL, assez proche d'un bus et de la gare. Permet de se rendre dans Rome ou au Vatican aisément. L'hôtel est agréable, propre, avec son bar , son restaurant , ses chapelles , ses salle de réunion. Idéale pour les individuelles et les groupes.

Emplacement : Attention. l'accès à l'hôtel demande de monter. Prévoir soit un taxi pour ceux qui serait pas à l'aise avec les cotes. Ascenseur: petit .. très petit ^^ attention à ceux qui on masse de bagage. Souci technique: nous avons eu un souci avec les WC ( panne qui peux arrivé à tout les hôtels) Pas de chance que nous ayons eu le souci 2 jours consécutifs. Bruit: On entend le voisinage. Surtout lorsque se sont des jeunes qui parlent et rigolent toute la nuit.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels übertrifft den 3-Sterne-Standard. Ein großes Plus ist die Vollklimatisierung des gesamten Hotels; auch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer arbeitet sehr ordentlich und leise. Die Anlage ist weitläufig, verteilt sich über mehrere Häuser und punktet mit hervorragender Sauberkeit. Die hervorragende Lage zum Vatikan ist Spitze für Ausflüge. Auch die Busverbindung in die Innenstadt ist gut. Man konnte das Auto stehen lassen.

Leider gibt es aber auch Kritikpunkte: Der Frühstücksraum hat einen extrem altmodischen Charakter, das Frühstücksangebot ist recht eintönig und einzelne Speisen (wie die Spiegeleier) waren ungenießbar. Zudem schien das Personal zeitweise überfordert zu sein, was letztlich zum Punktabzug führt.

Hotel con buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la stanza, dotata anche di un balconcino con delizioso affaccio su un giardino pubblico. personale molto gentile. Si apprezza anche la presenza di un bar a servizio quasi continuo.

Colazione migliorabile. Purtroppo ho trovato qualche capello in bagno dovuto al fatto (da me constatato) che il personale femminile di pulizia non indossa le cuffie. Può capitare, non è una tragedia, ma è certamente un aspetto migliorabile. A piedi si può raggiungere dalla stazione san Pietro ma con una certa fatica essendo un percorso tortuoso in salita.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Frühstück. Das war vielfältig und passend für jeden Geschmack . Die Lage ist so bequem. In wenigen Minuten kann man bei Fuß in Vatikan sein oder mit dem Bus durch Altstadt des Romes fahren.

We had a fridge although it was not mentioned to be there. Hotel marketing please update te stuff present in the rooms.

Συγκοινωνία για να μεταβείς στο κέντρο και το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε λοφάκι που ανεβαίνεις ανηφόρα ή σκαλες. Γίνεται αργά check in εάν και έστειλα μνμ να γίνει νωρίτερα τελικά έγινε 15.10. Το προσωπικό δεν ήταν πρόθυμα να εξυπηρετήσει σε οποιαδήποτε απορία

El desayuno creo que es un aspecto a mejorar. Por ejemplo no tenian productos bajos en calorias, comi leche desnatada, yogures desnatados, infusiones, etc. Y que faltaria algo mas de variedad.

The hotel was clean and had private parking which was important to us. Beds were comfy and air con was great. We also had a mini fridge which was a bonus. We had a quad room and was a good layout with the 2 rooms opposite each other with the bathroom in the middle so kids got a little privacy. It is far from the centre but there is a bus stop and train station just down the road and there were electric bikes and scooters you could hire just outside the hotel door.

The view from our room was appalling. It was a wall with barbed wire and some giant cooling system (?) I have no idea what it was but it was ugly and you couldn't sit outside looking at it. The breakfast was just edible... The staff were friendly and food was always topped up but that's the only plus!

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans l’hôtel, la première nuit a été catastrophique, il y a quasiment aucune insonorisation, les portes font un énorme bruit lorsque vous ouvrez et ferme les porte, il y a même un jour en dessous des porte d’environ 3-4cm, laissant donc passez la lumière et le bruit.. Nous avons demandé à changé de chambre, et cela était beaucoup mieux les 2 nuit suivante. Le petit déjeuner laisse à désiré, très peu de choix, produit uniquement industriel. Pour finir, il y a des TV connectées, mais impossible de se connecter à Netflix ou simplement YouTube.. elle sert donc à rien pour les étrangers.

Rien à dire, service, chambre et expérience impeccables! Nous recommandons sans hésiter! Attention toutefois pour les piétons: il faut avoir de bonnes jambes! :)
