Parking , spacious , super clean , private, nearby grocery stores. If you have a car, than this is a very good option in nikko.

car is a must. beds are good but photons beds are too thin.

Very nice and clean but the location is slightly far from the train station and the main street. So if it's raining, you need a taxi to get around...

We loved our stay in Nikko. The walk from the local train station is only about 10 minutes but the paths are a little uneven, so caution with heavy suitcases is recommended. Kitchen facilities are brilliant, the private onsen is amazing after a day of hiking down the mountains. There are many local restaurants about a 10-15 minute walk from the accommodation and we stocked up on supplies at the 7/11 about 2 minutes away. Incredibly comfortable.

The check in process was a little challenging as the tablet set up was glitching but it ended up working after a few tries. The washing machine is an amazing addition but the built in washer/dryer is slow - it took 4 or so hours of drying time so be prepared to have it run overnight.

既然這間住宿設有指定停車位，我認為在 Check-in 時就應該要求住客填寫車牌號碼。如此一來，若發生停錯車位或占用他人車位的情況，便能立即追蹤到是哪位住客，而不是連客服也不知道是誰停的。 這次我們抵達時，發現有其他車輛停在我們的指定停車位。我們聯絡客服後，客服表示無法確認那台車是哪位住客的，最後卻是要求我們將車停到第二停車場。我們只得自行移車，並且替住宿方在對方車上留下「停錯車位」的紙條。 我們是依照規定入住、也遵守停車規則的住客，卻要因為其他人的違規而承擔額外的不便與時間成本，我認為這對守規矩的住客來說非常不公平。 在 Check-in 時將車牌號碼列為必填資訊，如此在發生類似問題時才能迅速確認車主並妥善處理，而不是將問題轉嫁給遵守規定的住客。

寝室が二つあり使いやすい。食器や洗濯洗剤、掃除ワイパーなど色々準備してある。お風呂が広くて気持ちいい。

洗濯乾燥機を使ったら洗濯物が焼肉臭くなった。洗濯機の掃除をしておいてほしい。 入る小道がわかりづらい。紹介写真の最後にでも、分かりやすい写真かイラストでの地図を入れてほしい。

Very modern and well equiped rooms close highway and 10 minutes drive to Nikko shrine complex. Local soba restaurant and retail store round the corner.

Pas de conciergerie pour laisser les bagages en journée. Il faut voir directement s'il reste de la place à la gare.

It was absolutely fantastic! We traveled with our family, and the place was absolutely perfect. Plenty of dishes, towels, a convenient kitchen, and a cozy space for breakfast or dinner on the terrace. We didn't have to worry about anything. The location is convenient. The grocery store is a 5-minute walk away, and 7eleven is literally a minute away. I would happily stay here again on my future travels!

Wir hatten eine Wohnung für max. 8 Personen und waren nur zu zweit. (Es war jedenfalls bei Booking com keine andere Wohnung mehr frei) So hatten wir natürlich sehr viel Platz und eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit viel Geschirr. Das haben wir sehr genossen, auch die Badewanne (kein Onsen aber so ähnlich) und den Balkon. Es ist alles noch ganz neu, das ist natürlich auch schön und es war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung im modernen japanischen Stil ist sehr geschmackvoll - vielleicht nicht ganz so komfortabel. Nikko hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Es ist etwas abgelegen, war aber mit Auto kein Problem und dafür ist man in einer ruhigen Gegend, nur ab und zu fährt mal ein Zug auf dem nahen Bahngleis. Der Online Checkin mit Tablet hat uns nicht so gefallen, wir schätzen den direkten Kontakt zu Menschen.

Clean apartment, two double beds, projector for tv with Netflix, private onsen bath. Convenient location with car. Basic cooking amenities. Washer/dryer. Good bathroom and shower.

Room 103 was very dark, not much natural lighting. No option for early check in. There were a couple of steps/levels on the floor which could be hazardous, particularly given the lack of lighting.

The bathroom was amazing with such a nice bath, big and good beds, beamer in the bedroom (although not very good quality), a lot of clean towels, a great laundry machine, and so much space! And this for around 100 euros per night!

It was a 15 minute walk to the bus and the first restaurant. Not the end of the world, but not great either.

Loved the hot spring bath! Great for families.

Beamer not really working that well. Better to use the tv!

Clean and spacious. Layout and feel is nice. Almost complete in-room facilities.

This is a 2-storey building with only stairs for the upper level. We got the off-site parking and our room is at the 2nd floor. Carrying 5 large suitcases from the parking area and then up the stairs is no fun. Also there’s no iron at the property.

Appartementen zijn erg gehorig. Zeker wanneer je beneden slaapt, hoor je de gasten boven je duidelijk bewegen, wat behoorlijk storend kan zijn. De afwerking laat te wensen over: er zit bijvoorbeeld tape op gaten in de vloer en de muren zijn sterk beschadigd. De bedden zijn hard, met name de kussens, wat voor ons beiden voor ongemak zorgde.

Great location not far from the station. Available parking for our hire car. Very clean. Washer/dryer with detergent was very useful. Coffee machine and pods were much appreciated. Lovely private onsen.

The appartement is spacious and comfortable. We don’t mind walking, which made it at a comfortable distance from the train station(s) and restaurants.

everything was fine not much space for individual everything. Everyone has to be packed together, especially family of six 3 for each room. The space was nicely designed, but there was cockroaches everywhere come out at night. I texted the property and no one make any actions about it or answer me. 

施設は新しく清潔感もありました。 この値段で８人まで泊まれるのはかなりお得だと思います。いくつかのリクエストに応じてくださいました。助かりました。

加湿器が使えませんでした。ホットプレートはもう焦げやすくなっていました。 人口温泉の温度がなかなか定まらず、お風呂は不便でした。また独立シャワー室がありますが、お風呂にはシャワーがないので、温泉に浸かってから、シャワー室で体、髪を洗う感じで、子連れには不便でした。

広さの割にリーズナブルで家族4人で快適に過ごせた。立地もよく、日光駅周辺や中禅寺湖までアクセスがよかった。設備が新しくてきれいだった。

壁が薄く、近隣の声が深夜に聞こえて起きてしまうことがあった。駐車場が泊めにくそうな場所もあった。枕が合わなくて寝心地はいまいちだった。

Las instalaciones son magníficas, súper espacioso, limpio, cómodo, muy bien equipado y la bañera de agua termal es ideal para relajarse!

No hay personal y el proceso de self check-in con el iPad es un engorro. El hotel está ubicado en el otro extremo del pueblo, justo al lado contrario de las principales atracciones turísticas y no hay nada alrededor salvo un 7eleven que nos salvó la estancia. Quitando estos dos detalles todo lo demás nos encantó.

Appartement super propre, bien équipé. Bonne literie. Place de parking réservée par logement.

Absence CV totale de personnel pour check in et check out. Tout se fait sur tablette.

La posizione è comoda per la stazione, ma non è raggiunta dai taxi. Un po' freddina ma con il condizionatore si raggiungeva una temperatura perfetta

They only provided one roll of toilet paper. Can’t find the replacement anywhere in the room. The walls were a bit thin. We could hear the neighbors at night.

とにかく施設が綺麗でした。 食器もキッチンも完璧に揃っていて、料理を沢山しましたが困ることがなかったです。

他の方のレビューにもありましたが、シャワーと浴槽が分かれているのが不便でした。

ドアを開けた瞬間に『キレイ！広い！最高！』と感動でした。設備が充実！最高でした。小さな心使いを感じるほどでした。また利用したいです。

事前チェックインのアプリがなかなさ表示されず困りました。チェックアウト後も『チェックインがまだです』のメッセージがきます。

Eigener Onsen; Sehr gute Ausstattung;

Man kann nur online einchecken. Die Prozedur ist etwas aufwändig. Alle Pässe müssen selber eingescannt und hochgeladen werden. Leider war der Lärm vom oberen Stockwerk wie bereits in anderen Rezessionen beschrieben bis in die Morgenstunden sehr laut. Man hört jeden Schritt von oben.

Comfortable beds very nice bath water pressure in shower was beyond exceptional. Very well equipped kitchen.washing machine was an added bonus. Taste fully decorated. Great location, 1 minute walk to nearest 711 store. Restaurants were five minute walk and had exquisite exceptional tasting cuisine.

I am from Bangladesh. Everything was modern and up-to-date, clean and all the arrangements were as per the need.

This hotel has two buildings. It was difficult to identify the building where our room was, as there was no nameplate or marking.

Es un lugar muy bien adecuado, amplio, limpio, cómodo, con calefacción adecuada, todos los artículos de higiene, una atención inmediata por el anfitrión. Regresaría sin dudarlo.

Este apartamento es perfecto, te sientes como en casa desde que entras. Las instalaciones son nuevas y dispone de todo lo necesario para estar muchos días. Cómodo, limpio, bien ubicado y con todas las comodidades. Lo recomiendo. Al lado hay una tienda donde alquilan bicicletas, estación de tren, tiendas de conveniencia, etc.

Spacious room. We enjoyed the room with the projector and tap for beer. The private onsen tub was a treat. Great bathroom amenities. There are a few restaurants nearby and 7-11. Check in could be a bit daunting but if you read your email beforehand and do pre check in, it helps a lot.

It's about a 15 mins walk to the train station but we took a taxi so when we first arrived so that was ok.

An almost perfect apartment, with more than you need for a short stay. Very comfortable beds, big relax area, outside table, nice bathtub... (You could actually live there, if the price was not that high...) The location is a bit outside the city centre, but at walking distance from the train stations, and anyway close to a konbini and to a really nice soba restaurant.

Maybe the night area is a bit too limited for such big beds. You could sleep four people there, but they are really close one to the other and there's not space for a glass of water or for a lamp. The whole self check-in is quite ugly, especially the fact that you have to use a tablet and connect to Rakuten, I guess, to get "recognised" and validate the check-in. It sounds not safe to have a tablet always connected and always there.
