Reviewed Aug 22, 2026高速のインターを降りてすぐのロケーション 日光駅もすぐ！ 人口温泉がとても気持ち良かった 生活必需品がほぼ揃っているので、自炊もしやすかった ペット用品も揃っていたので、ペットも専用ベッドで寝てくれて、ごはんの器なども使い安かった 2階建ての2階の一室のわりに部屋が大きくて快適だった
お風呂の洗い場と人口温泉の湯船が別になっているので、少し使いずらかった 年寄りと一緒だったので、部屋が2階で少し大変だった

Check in procedure! Being filmed and having to film my family members to a guy somewhere in camera off is very inappropriate and raises privacy concerns. First time I have to do it. The guy on the other side could have the decency to turn his camera on.

Unico neo la procedura del check in che è stata un po’ complicata per via di una anomalia del sistema comunque risolta tramite videochiamata ( per fortuna con noi c’ era chi parlava giapponese, comunque è disponibile uno strumento che permette la traduzione in varie lingue)

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026The facilities were all very thoughtfully provided, the wonderful onsen, the washing machine cum dryer, and the full kitchen utensils. The place is impeccably clean and spacious and enough for 8 pax. It was great value for money. Also there was a large supermarket Lion Dor 10 mins walk away.
I had to walk 15 mins with my luggage from the nikko tobu station to reach there as there was no public transport except for the taxis. Likewise when we leave, we had to carry our luggage and walk back to the station.

犬連れで2階の部屋は大変。駐車場が場所により荷物の出し入れが出来ない。

We were a group of 4 adults and i booked an apartment for 8. The apartment was comfortable for our group, though i think if 8 people were staying in it, it would be very cramped and there would be little common space.

The check-in process was diabolical. It required a tablet to enter and then a remote call to a call centre to verify. On top of this, they did not let us store our baggage before check-in or after check-out which was frustrating.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026A beautiful apartment with a lot of room for our family, with a beautiful view. The private onsen was amazing, and the facilities were excellent - we even enjoyed watching a movie together on the projector! It didn't bother us that it was a little walk to the train and bus station. There is a 7-11 and larger supermarket a few hundred metres away, which were handy. We would definitely stay again.

お風呂がカビ臭いし、シャワー室がカビている。 キッチンの下のドアが壊れていた。 食器類が汚すぎて洗ってから使用したが、洗ってもきれいになったきがしない。古くてはげてしまってるから？ 調理器具も同様。ホットプレートを使用したかったが、壊れていて使用出来なかった。 朝玄関から出たらゴミが散乱していた。隣の宿泊客？ 隣の宿泊客が夜中に騒いでいたのでうるさかった。 2泊連泊だったが、リネン類が1泊分しかなかった。2泊分置いてほしい。 施設自体は悪くないのでもったいない。

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025個人的このホテルの一番いいところは、温泉に入れるところです。 部屋が広く、清掃が行き届いていてとても清潔でした。ただ8人だと少し窮屈に感じるかもしれません。 第２駐車場もほぼホテルの目の前だったのでよかった。インターからのアクセスもかなり良いです。 テラスにはコンセントや照明、網戸もあるので快適にBBQができました。ホットプレートが付いてるのも良いです。カトラリーや食器、フライパン類も十分すぎるくらいに揃っています。徒歩3分くらいのところにセブンがあります。寝室にプロジェクターがあったのも良かったが、見れるのはネトフリとYouTubeのみでした。 チェックイン、チェックアウトについても分かりやすかったし、案内のメールもちゃんと届きました。 チェックアウトの時間から約5分後くらいには清掃の方が来るので、時間をしっかり守った方が良いです。
湯船とシャワーでブースが分かれてるので一緒だとよい。 隣の部屋の音が聞こえる。

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025The apartment was spacious clean, with everything we needed. the bathroom was big with a separate shower cabin and bathtub for relaxation. A terrace with big table, a living room with couches (although the upholstery was dirty from other good tourist) and a space for sleeping besides the room. It was a good stay.
Not that near from the station if you don't have a car.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025De accommodatie leek erg op een Amerikaans Motel, auto voor de deur en op twee verdiepingen de appartementen. Heel nieuw complex, met prachtig uitgeruste appartementen. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig, ook een goed uitgeruste kitchenette. Heerlijke douche en er is ook een privé onsen met heilzaam water. Bedden in de slaapkamer voor 4 personen zijn aan de krappe kant, de andere vier slaapplaatsen zijn op futon’s in de woonkamer. Leuk balkon aanwezig. Ook een wasmachine met voldoende wasmiddel. Voor acht personen lijkt het een beetje aan de krappe kant. De foto’s geven de werkelijkheid erg goed weer.
Het inchecken in een kleine ruimte op een iPad is erg omslachtig en vergt heel veel handelingen. Er is géén receptie met een medewerker, maar dit was vooraf bekend en dus geen verrassing.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2025great facilities and all, room is highly equiped with all kinds of really cool stuff including laundry machines and all.. (However, I didn't have my landry with me as I sent it to the next hotel in Kyoto)
The checkin checkout was a little to techy, and I am a tech guy...so if you're not - please be ready for that. no person to communicate with...it is all done remotely via a tablet in your room...a bit weird but was overall a nice experience for us. Hotel is also a bit of a walk from the Niko station but still OK.

Nous avions fait appel au service de Takuybin sans savoir qu’il n’y avait aucun personnel ou espace disponible pour nos valises. Nous avons donc dû prendre un taxi pour aller les récupérer car c’était à 50min à pieds Cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter de notre séjour

事前にパスポート写真を含む書類を送っていたのにチェックアウト手続きと称してまた写真を送付したりしないといけなくて煩わしかった。ちょうどチェックアウト直前の忙しい時で迷惑でした。 そもそも日本のパスポートを持たない人だけ顔写真が必要となると言うきまり自体がおかしいと思う。

Reviewed Jun 2, 2025The location is easy to find and within walking distance to a 7-Eleven. The washer/dryer combo is convenient for families. Since many restaurants in Nikko close early, having a small kitchen was perfect for preparing simple dinners.
Our room was located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs, which made it a bit challenging with large luggage. The kitchenware was somewhat worn, with noticeable scratches.

In researching the town I thought we were closer to things but it is a 15 minute walk to the station and stores and there are no taxis for 5 people (and uber does not work in town). There is not really anything near the apartment except a 7-11.
