I like balcony,room was good,but washroom was really tiny...... overall it was okay.

There was a staff I dint know that lady's name but doesn't wear uniform and seems really cold,I went to this property post making the reservation via booking.com,just to check the room I booked when I asked for show around she bluntly said no,even I told her I do have reservation,2nd day I called first and then went again that lady ignored me when I asked for room show around,then another lady came and I informed her the same then that lady arranged a room and sent a person along to show around,i recalled a staff called prince he was kind,F&B staff was also good and did quick service.but that lady was really rude and I never go to this property after the experience I had with her

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The reception staff were indifferent and unwelcoming. The first room we were allocated was filthy..heavily stained bedstead, headboard and sofa. No bulbs in any of the lamps and dodgy wires poking out of cupboards. Major decoration abd repairs were taking place in the corridor. When we asked for an alternative room we were made to feel extremely uncomfortable. After a 10 minute wait what we assumed to be a senior manager agreed to allocate a different room.. this was slightly better and although not as dirty still needed a deep clean..the wardrobe was filled with dirty towels and the mirrored ceiling above the bed was not particularly appropriate..we are a British retired couple in our 60s but decided to make do with this room. The restaurant staff were no better. The same indifference and we waited so long for our drinks we had finished our meal. We did not use the restaurant again. The rooftop pool was practically green and full of leaves and insects so quite unusable. Overall a most unpleasant experience

Very thing is good

The hotel was located nearby to some shops, a pharmacy and restaurants, where food could be brought relatively cheaply. There were also smaller places nearby to eat and a restaurant in the facility.. The room was sizeable and clean. It was about 35mins from the airport, and in traffic, about 2 hrs from New Delhi (noting traffic was really bad). Overall the room was good, and we were in close proximity to being able to wander and browse.

Pool cold and not really usable. Room was far from reception, difficult for older people with mobility issues. Whole complex appeared quite tired, and is mixed use - conference centre, hotel, living. Kettle gave out free electric shocks, balcony door didn't lock, no seating on balcony.

Rooms are quite big

I definitely recommend this hotel. The location was great, and the service was excellent. I would like to especially mention the Front Office team, including Natasha, as well as the housekeeping staff—Rinku and his supervisor (apologies, I forgot the lady’s name). The restaurant service was also excellent. Overall, the staff were professional, kind, and truly outstanding. Whenever I come on vacation, I will definitely choose and recommend this hotel."

Regarding the reservation, the team did not ask about the purpose of my stay. I came from Doha and my wife traveled from Muscat, Oman, and it was our first anniversary. Unfortunately, nothing was mentioned or arranged as a special preference or surprise for this occasion. I would suggest improving in this area, as recognizing such special moments with a small ‘wow’ gesture would make the guest experience even more memorable."

Everything was good.

We had to wait a long time to get the extra bed setup after arriving very tired at night. Room was fine. Breakfast was underwhelming.

I was tricked by booking.com or maybe the hotel set it up that way to clash with Holiday Inn Express. I was in a state of exceptional mental duress. The last thing I wanted was to be tricked into booking this facility. I did not check in. My request for refund was set aside as this was against the policy. I walked then into holiday inn next door and stayed the night. Money made when I was miserable sounds unfair to me hence my ratings.

Initial check-in was delayed by 40 minutes.

Nice location, friendly staff, big size rooms.

Noisy dogs outside barked and fought all night, made it difficult to sleep. Dirty floors in room, with timber floors covered in dust and footprints. No toilet paper, dirt stained towels.

Very convenient and very big rooms, staff very helpful, restaurant downstairs was very good food, great gym, rooftop pool was closed in daytime

Overall cleanliness was very poor. Hot water for shower was cold Reception staff and security staff were brilliant and very helpfull

Bathroom too small. Balcony door not sound proof and light proof. Bathroom door doesn't stay closed and slides open due to uneven surface. Toiletries could have been better.

The tean at the restaurant was great. They anticipated my needs quite well. On my 1st day, i had difficulty choosing which food to eat as I was adjusting to Indian food and they offered options like egg. Also, I dropped my phone outside the entrance and noticed only 15-30mins later while I am going somewhere. I called the reception and Abhishek kindly help me find the phone! I feel the whole team showed excellent customer service. Highly recommend this property.

Nothing except the fact they eventually paid my £1600 back after I refused to stay there after a very long flight.

Everything. Room was untidy and unclean. The aircon extremely noisy, the staff spoke to us like rubbish.

Fridge was not working in room

Was in a central part of Gurgaon, Dehli and shops and hospitals were accessible by foot. The hotel staff were lovely and they went above and beyond to make my monthly stay enjoyable. The dining room staff (Pinky, Neema, Pradeep and Jasmine) were so lovely and in reception (Aastha, Kapil, Banti) very helpful. Room service was great but sometimes they could not provide the options that I wanted. But this was not a worry as they have Haldirams and Starbucks next door. The hotel needed a little more work done to it, but the room were spacious, comfortable and I was happy to stay and reccomend.

location is good. The staff is also helpful. surrounding is good, haldiram, Starbucks,24/7, other local food shops are in vicinity.

we stayed for 2 nights, all this time room smelled of smoking and some pungent smell the whole time. despite their housekeeping coming and spraying some room freshner the smell stayed. the bathroom is also so small...

Hotel is at bright location and accessible to most of good area. Food was very yummy. Issue was like bathroom is like railway coach, door was rediculous which was not at all able to close. But we are lucky at one time it was closed but later it was not able to open. I called House keeping staff to open the same. System generated check out was wrong. Garbage from Corridor was not removed upto 2-3 days. Only crockery was removed. So can understand the situation.
