Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The property was decent and well maintained. The room was a good size—not too big or too small—and had a nice attached balcony. The washroom was also clean and comfortable. Overall, the room, washroom, and service were all good, and I had no major complaints.
Outside food is not allowed, so guests have to eat from the hotel’s own kitchen or go outside to eat. I also found it difficult to locate the property because there is no proper signboard outside. Although the location is easily available on Google Maps, a signboard would make it much easier for guests to identify the property without getting confused.

Bed not even, so much deformation. Not comfortable to sleep. No door mats at the washroom. For breakfast they provide only toasted bread and Tea only. They could improve with some better breakfast.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026THE FOOD WAS GREAT, HOME-KIND OF FOOD. THE HOTEL IS CLOSE TO A MAJOR COMMERCIAL HUB IN THE AREA, WHICH MAKES IT ACCESSIBLE.
THE LIGHTS IN THE CORRIDOR WEREN'T WORKING, THE BEDSHEETS WERE WITH STAINS ON THEM, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, THE BATHROOM DOOR WASN'T CLOSING BECAUSE THE LOCK WAS BROKEN. THE AC WASN'T COOLING ALL THE TIME, TOO.

The location, its just the last plot next to a slum type area,don’t include breakfast in deal, its just dry toast with tea , tea is like stale railway station tea, and i forgot to chk at checkout they charged extra for breakfast even when it was added in my booking

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Hell disappointed with the service & especially food. I had ordered kadai paneer and butter roti from their kitchen. They served low quality paneer or you can say duplicate paneer also. They overcharge for food in the name of gst tax wat etc. They didn't give any kind of bill. Their property have location problem. There are no basic amenities available in room or washroom. They even charge for complimentary water bottle. Bad experience I ever had. Never recommend to anyone. I checked out within 2 hours as I booked for overnight. I found another hotel over there. Which is 1000 times best for everything & also worth for money.

If you have a visitor, they don’t allow them unless you make a separate booking, which was very inconvenient. The biggest disappointment was that the property looked completely different from the photos. The pictures are misleading, and the actual location is in a very shady area. Overall, it was a very poor experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please don’t book this property if you’re expecting what’s shown in the pictures.

No exhaust Fan , Fan is not working well , AC was not able to manage the temperature as remote were not working. Jet spray was not good . MATTERSES WERE NOT COMFORTABLE IT HAD BUMPS AND HOLES IN IT . Reviewed May 12, 2026I had a bad experience while staying in RJK residency.
Recently i stayed in RJK, firstly there rooms were not same as they shows in picture.Room service is very bad,they won't listen you even after calling them many time.TV was not working.Behaviour of person sitting in reception was very rude and strange. They don't give you water bottle on complimentary basis, they even charges GST and service Tax on each water bottle.Even they charged service tax on food. There high rating is possibly from there own person coz outside person cant give more than 2 Rating. Won't suggest anyone to come such place which frustates you.Rest its your choice.
