The rooms are wonderful, clean, and very comfortable. The team’s activity suggestions were spot on as well. Importantly for us, as wheelchair users, everything was accessible and truly well designed. Plus, the location is perfect. Our stay was simply wonderful.

Der manglede shampoo på værelset, wifi’en virkede ikke på værelset. Der manglede toiletpapir. Morgenmaden var dårlig.

There are 2 carparks nearby but we parked at one 3 minutes walk further away for only €10 for 24hrs. Excellent breakfast with some tables outside. Lovely rooftop bar from 4pm. Good views. The location is amazing. A 3 minute walk to a terrace with wonderful views of the caves and old stone houses. Matera warrants a 2night stay and we did an excellent 2hr walking tour of the old area.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Close to everything, this hotel was perfect in every way. I arrived early, soaking wet from a storm. The front desk staff let me change and was going to hold my luggage until my room was ready. It turned out it was ready only 30 minutes later. The room was large and perfect. I went up to the rooftop for a drink and some food and the bartender was very social as well. The evening staff was just as lovely as I had many questions about the festa happening and she was patient with all of my questions. I would recommend and will stay here again.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par le charme des lieux, la qualité des prestations et l’atmosphère particulièrement classe qui s’en dégage. Les chambres sont spacieuses, impeccablement entretenues et offrent tout le confort attendu d’un établissement de ce niveau. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Matera à pied, tout en profitant d’un cadre calme et privilégié. Une mention spéciale à l’équipe, dont l’accueil a été irréprochable. La personne à la réception a été d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible pour nous conseiller avec professionnalisme et sourire. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié Roberta au petit-déjeuner, une personne particulièrement charmante, attentionnée et chaleureuse, qui contribue à rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et servi avec beaucoup d’attention. Chaque détail semble pensé pour que les clients se sentent véritablement privilégiés. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et reviendrons sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour à Matera.

O hotel é moderno. O quarto muito bom e espaçoso, assim como o banheiro. Cama confortável, armários, mesa de trabalho. Enfim, quarto muito bem equipado. Atendimento dos funcionários foi ótimo desde a recepção, no rooftop, e no café da manhã. Café da manhã excelente.

Um agradecimento especial ao Paolo, que apesar de não o termos conhecido pessoalmente, esteve sempre disponível e extremamente atencioso connosco por WhatsApp enquanto seguíamos viagem para Matera, ajudando-nos em tudo. Reviewed May 14, 2026La chambre est spacieuse. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter la ville. Le parking payant à proximité est pratique. Le personnel de réception est charmant ainsi que celui des petits déjeuner!

Reviewed May 9, 2026Difícil escolher uma só coisa, a começar pela atenção recebida por Federica em toda a reserva, em cada detalhe. A localização não poderia ser melhor bem no início do Sassi. O quarto super charmoso , cama super confortável . O café da manhã sob os cuidados da Roberta também fenomenal . Recomendo .

Pas de parking à l'hôtel, ils vous proposent un deal dans un garage surveillé pour 25€. Hôtel non accessible directement en voiture car piétonnier. On s'est garé à 100m dans la rue pour 15€

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Sehr schönes, großes Zimmer mit großzügiger Dusche. Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Highlight war aber das Frühstück mit dem super freundlichen Personal. Auch der Wunsch um 7:15 frühstücken zu können ( offiziell 7:30 Start) wurde erfüllt - Buffet war vollständig vorbereitet!!! Einfach topp Aufenthalt!!

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Sehr tolle, zentrale Lage und dennoch ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal. Hilfreiche WhatsApp-Kommunikation vor der Anreise mit Hinweise und Fotos zur Anfahrt zu Hotel und Parkplatz, und Aufladestationen fürs Auto. Ein sehr sehr umfangreiches Frühstück.
