The breakfast had a nice selection. The pancake maker was fun to use and we liked the pancakes.

There could be signage indicating there is cream and milk in the fridge. It was hard to see and I thought there was inly whitener provided. Or leave the milk and cream out.

First room when walked in smelled like mold big time the air conditioner was running on high i check it up close and saw full of mold on it. Went to the desk told them they changed my room. The first night it was ok the second day I bought a fragrance pod cause the room started to have a wierd smell plus that knight we started the have fruits flies in the bathroom. Night 3 still smell but no flies. Breakfast was mostly carbs serve at the exception of boiled eggs and bananas tangerine could of incorporated more proteins. Most staff no smile looked like they didn't want to be there, they had no interaction with the people coming in for the breakfast.

The location is top tier. Really convenient. They didn’t have enough space for everyone during the breakfast. So it was uncomfortable. But other than that everything was good.

The staff are friendly, overall hotel was clean and I love how they have many doors to go to parking lot. It's very convenient. Check in was easy, it's easier if you do it online before your arrival. Room size are standard not too big, only 1 chair. The location is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, gas station, grocery stores and some shopping. It's in very good location. There is laundry room for a fee which very convenient also for us as we stayed for 5 days. Room got cleaned everyday and I saw they have a few housekeeper always working around the clock. There's a lot of parking spots but it can be difficult in the night. Hotel meet our expectations for our needs.

Needs improvement for breakfast buffet, it's very basic. But the girl who works there Swaliha is very attentive, filling up and clean up the items. She's very good in her job.

Everything was amazing. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

⭐️ 1-Star Review I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. To be clear, I am not disputing the charges themselves. My issue is with how the transaction was handled and how the situation was dealt with afterward. When I arrived, I was told that the $250 refundable deposit would be charged to my debit card. I was not properly informed that a much larger amount would also be processed. No receipt was provided to me at the time of payment, so I had no reason to believe that anything other than the $250 deposit had been charged. I only discovered the additional $661 transaction later when I checked my bank account. What is most frustrating is that this could have been resolved very easily. I had provided a credit card when I originally booked the room. The hotel could simply have refunded the debit card transaction and charged the appropriate amount to the credit card. Instead, staff chose to place the blame on me and refused to make any effort to resolve the situation. The way this was handled was extremely disappointing. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen, but good customer service means working with the guest to find a reasonable solution. The rude treatment, lack of accountability, and unwillingness to help turned what could have been a simple misunderstanding into a very negative experience. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Poor customer service and poor management.

Regular room experience: just enough of everything in good and clean condition. A swimming pool is also a nice-to-have after a long day.

Very frugal buffet, with only few basic options limited to cereals, boiled eggs, pancakes, yoghurts, and a few fruits. Absolutely below par, especially for the price of accommodation. The pool is very small and weirdly shaped so that you can't comfortably swim if there is just a couple of other people in it. Super slow elevators, to the point of wondering whether they even work. Some building door locks not operational, had to look for a door with a working lock to get in after parking behind the hotel building.

La habitacion olía a tabaco cuando entramos aunque al abrir las puertas se le fue quitando. Las camas y almohadas no eran cómodas y no estaba demasiado limpio, si rodabas un poco algún mueble se veía bastante polvo. El desayuno muy básico. La silla de escritorio tenía la tapicería rota y aunque funcionaba bien, daba mal aspecto.

Located within walking distance to restaurants and mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good...loved the pancake machine. Free 24 hr coffee available near the lobby. Pool was open from 7am until 11pm.

En entrant dans la chambre, une vieille odeur de cigarette froide vous prend au nez. Pas de balcon, de porte ou fenêtre qui s'ouvre pour aérer la chambre. Les dimensions de la chambre assez minus ( on était 4: on se marchait sur les pieds) le porte savon arraché dans la douche. Serviette et gant de bain que pour deux personnes. Le monde se battait pour une place assise au déjeuner qui était franchement ordinaire. Ok pas cher, mais j'avais vraiment hâte de quitter l'hôtel.

Good location, very easy access to highway 401. Has electric car charging stations which was a must for me. Breakfast was basic, fruits, bread, bagel, pancake machine, yogurt, boil eggs, juice, coffee and tea.

No hot breakfast like potatoes and scrambled eggs or any pastries.

Petit dejeuner honteux pour un 3 etoiles. Pas assez de tables, obligé de manger debout dans un coin de la salle, impossible d'accueillir les familles convenablement (nous etions 2 adl et 3 enf) pour manger ensemble.

Bonne service à la clientiele à la réception! En générale chambre propre. Petit déjeuner correcte.

On a fait une demande pour des chambres adjacents via booking.com. Une fois arrivée là bas, ils ont dit qu’ils n’ont pas reçu la demande….moi et ma sœur on a dit qu’on la fait avec la réservation sur Booking.com. Ils ont dit que quand on fait avec un “third party” ils ne reçoivent pas la demande et qu’il faut appeler l’hôtel direct. Ce indiquer nul part qu’il faut appeler. Aussi, la chambre initiale de ma sœur et sa famille avec un odeur comme de la moisissure. Ils étaient gentils car ils ont changer leur chambre mais ce n’était pas agréable et malheureusement plus loin de nous. Dans ma chambre, en général c’était correct. Mais il y avait 2 prises à côté des lits qui ne marchaient pas.

Ensemble très correct (propreté / taille de la chambre, accueil aimable, petit déjeuner). L'accueil a très bien répondu à nos attentes. Nous étions bien au calme dans notre chambre.

Rien ... si ce n'est la couleur un peu verte de la piscine, mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de nous baigner ;-)

Het lag net iets tever buiten de stad maar met een uber goed te doen. Dichtbij veel fastfood ketens, voor als je dat fijn vindt.

The staff was very friendly and the room and hotel itself had all the basic necessities. I appreciated the patio door access although the door was very difficult to slide open.

There were fruit flies in the room which leads me to believe that there is a moisture issue in the room. The tv remote hardly worked and the choice of tv channels was lacking. The patio door was very difficult to slide open.

TV did not work. Too late to get it fixed(8pm). Very small elevator. Very crowded dining room. Not much seating. Did not wait to eat at 8:15 on Sunday. For a medium high cost lodge($300) toilet paper/tissues were absolute minimum quality. Difficulty finding lodge off main road with sign not clear. My GPS took me to Comfort Inn.

Very good Breakfast, everything was pretty neat, the room was clean, need a car to reach the great area of Kingston. Excellent restaurants in the old Kingston.

L'eau de la piscine qui est trouble. Nous avons écourté notre séjour.

Notre chambre sentait un mélange de tabac et d'humidité. Nous avons loué une chambre pour 4 adultes avec un lit et un canapé-lit. Le canapé-lit était une seule place, avec les pires sommiers et matelas que j'ai connus. On nous a fourni un lit d'appoint. Nous avons dû mettre le matelas par terre tellement le sommier était mauvais.

La buanderie n était pas disponible. Panne/ réparation

Équipement défaillant, frigo bruyant, climatisation à fond avec écran non fonctionnel, il faisait 19°… Très peu de place au petit déjeuner qui était de qualité médiocre. Couverts en plastique ! Piscine lorsqu’il y a des enfants qui sont toujours sans gène…

I just didn’t like the options on the breakfast. May be if they could put more variation of meat like for example today boiled egg, the next day there is sausage. Or there is options like boiled egg and sausage something like that.

The room was clean. People were kind. The bed was comfortable.

Our neighbour pounded on our door late at night and scared us because we were laughing and talking. In the morning when we were sleeping the neighbour banged on the wall and woke us up and scared us. This made our stay uncomfortable and eerie. We were disturbed which made our stay unpleasant. We didn’t complain until the morning. We spoke to a lady at the front desk and explained our experience. She said someone would call us but never did.

Location was NOT waterfront! However everywhere we went we were 6-13 min away Atmosphere, grumpy staff, building was so hot until you get to your room Room was nice however VERY old TV, broken fridge, broken shower floor, moldy, mildewy Expensive for no laundry room-closed No clean sheets/towels as short on staff. The notices were old stained and ripped. No adequate handicap parking!!

The hotel was very pet-friendly. They were nice and gave us a room with a door directly to the patio so our dog could walk and go out directly to the car. The staff was pleasant and very responsive when asked for help.

The hotel is quite run-down. It's sad, really, as you can tell the staff are making their best effort, but maintenance-wise the hotel was severely lacking. There was pink mould in the corners of the tub, and the paint in the ceiling of the shower was falling off and bubbly. There were spiders in the corners of the bathroom as well. The shampoo and conditioners in the showers were barely working, and the beds were creaky. We came in to a note that said that they were low on housekeeping staff, so they wouldn't do our beds, which is ok; we don't mind making our bed, but that they would change the towels. But only when we requested that night to come to give us our towels back did they do it, and they were wet, and some were dirty with black stains still.

Easy to access rooms at various parts of building. This was convenient if you are travelling with a dog. Had a grassy area that was helpful along with garbage.

This facility is aged and tired. The variety of smells throughout the facility that are obviously covering up odours. Our room smelled so bad, was extremely damp, peeling paint on the ceiling. Beds were like giant pillows, no support way too soft. Bedsheets were 100% acrylic and it was impossible to get comfortable.

Great Location to all amenities and attractions

Although we experienced several problems during our stay, I wanted to leave this review to help improve the hotel. The noise from the laundry room at night, the broken guest laundry machine, the maintenance issues in our rooms, the lack of pool towels, and the limited breakfast options made our stay less enjoyable. However, I would like to sincerely thank the gentleman who worked the night shift on July 21. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a big difference for my family. I hope the hotel recognizes his excellent customer service and improves the issues mentioned above for future guests.

This was by far the WORST hotel experience I have ever had and NEVER stay here, especially if you have children. Numerous exterior doors accessible by ANYONE at any time. There was ONE staff member working from 3pm-11pm with the hotel completely booked all weekend. How is he able to service the rooms for guests and watch the front desk for that entire time alone? The tv, phone and alarm clock didn’t work. Shower nob and plate fell off when trying to shower, shampoo was filled with conditioner and the hotel was a dirty mess. Please never stay here, there are so many other hotels all around. Whomever is responsible for this hotel should be ashamed of themselves.

La struttura è dotata di piscina ed è disponibile una discreta colazione (dolce e salato); molto facile da raggiungere la struttura in auto dalla Hwy 401

Kingston è una cittadina di 130000 abitanti, con spazi molto vasti, rendendo di fatto questa struttura molto lontano dal centro città: è necessaria la macchina per spostarsi.
