Heerlijk kleinschalig, vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamers en vers en gezond eten.

Het is een beetje gehorig en onze wc was een beetje gammel. De eerste avond trok hij niet meer door en na snelle reparatie wel, maar met gebruikshandleiding.

Nettes, kleines Hotel in guter Lage mit sehr nettem Personal. Authentisches, liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück, auf Nachhaltigkeit bedacht.

Clean, had a decent enough gym and the staff were accommodating.

We paid a pretty big premium for a penthouse room, which appeared in photos to have a private terrace with loungers. In reality, the terrace was shared across multiple rooms and felt more like a holiday version of work cubicles. Felt deceiving paying the premium for a penthouse which was just a normal room on the top floor with a terrace out of reach.

Atención y trato de todo el personal excelente, las instalaciones son muy nuevas y cómodas.

La colazione buonissima e molto ampia. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, appena fuori dall'area commerciale, ma comunque a circa 200 mt dalla spiaggia. Super.

Già sapevo che in Spagna gli standard di pulizia e/o finiture delle strutture è ben più basso che in Italia, non è una critica. Ad es. il porta asciugamani del bagno era tutto arrugginito, il rubinetto era scollato, il letto scricchiolava, non c'era un armadio con le ante, le sdraio e i cuscini delle sdraio non vi dico nemmeno quanto tremendi erano, il divano letto non era presentabile, però ad es. la culla del bimbo era perfetta.

Nous étions déjà venus à The Olive il y a 5 ans et avions gardé un excellent souvenir de notre séjour. Malheureusement, cette fois-ci, l’expérience a été mitigée et nous avons trouvé que l’hôtel devenait vétuste. Points positifs : le personnel a été très gentil, disponible et arrangeant. Nous avions initialement réservé le Penthouse, mais après avoir compris que la terrasse n’était pas directement accessible depuis la chambre, l’équipe nous a proposé un changement de chambre, que nous avons accepté. Nous avons apprécié cette flexibilité et la volonté de trouver une solution. L’hôtel est également très bien situé et permet de visiter l’île avec facilité.

En revanche, plusieurs problèmes ont dégradé notre séjour : * La chambre était remplie de fourmis au niveau de la salle de bain. Elles revenaient sans cesse malgré nos demandes. La seule solution proposée a été un spray, malheureusement inefficace. * La salle de bain dégageait une forte odeur de canalisation. Là encore, la seule solution proposée a été un spray type Febreze, ce qui ne réglait évidemment pas le problème à la source. * Les murs de la chambre présentaient de nombreuses traces et coups ce qui nuit au charme de l’hôtel * La terrasse était difficilement utilisable, l’ombrelle étant cassée et n’ayant pas pu être remplacée. De plus, la vue donnait directement sur les poubelles, ce qui était particulièrement décevant pour ce type de chambre. * La piscine et espace petit déjeuner étaient envahis de guêpes, présentes en très grand nombre, ce qui n’est pas des plus agréables avec un enfant. Malgré la gentillesse du personnel et l’arrangement trouvé concernant notre chambre, les différents problèmes rencontrés ont impacté notre séjour.

Petite déjeuner médiocre. Zone non fumeur à la terrasse et au tour de la piscine. Pas de véritable bien venue, avec un petit verre, comme à l’époque en Espagne.

Morgenessen: dauerte zu lange; zu wenig (Menge) im Preis inkludiert; zwar alles sehr frisch, aber zu wenig!

Super vriendelijk personeel, en de goede locatie

Wij hadden een junior suite met een tweepersoonsbed en een slaapbank. Slaapbank was niet echt meer een succes met kids van 14 en 10, het ging wel maar de volgende toch voor een andere kamer.

En el desayuno había días que el personal no hablaba español y no entendían bien lo pedías. La limpieza era regular y la piscina estaba siempre llena de avispas

Demasiadas abispas

Veldig hyggelig jente som tok oss i mot, all ros til henne. Samt den spanske damen som serverte frokost. De andre bør finne seg et yrke langt unna service.

Skulle bruke tredemølla, den virka ikke. Ba om glutenfri mat, fikk servert både brød med gluten og voksenkjeft, for jeg hadde tatt brødet med gluten. Enda jeg spurte 2 forskjellige personer hva som var hva. Ikke snakk om å legge seg flat. Fulle kjøkkenbenken av små maur, så mat (glutenfri kriseløsning) ble full av kryp og måtte kastes. Krypene kom fordi det lå noe søtt i en sprekk og kjøkkenet ikke var vasket godt nok. Vaskepersonell som tydeligvis «hater livet sitt»

Mooie schone ruime kamers. Ontbijt is super en personeel heel vriendelijk. Goed parkeren voor de deur. Goed verzorgde faciliteiten. Leuke bar met uitgebreid assortiment.

De penthouse heeft een dakterras boven de kamer op het dak. Wanneer het rond de 30 graden is, is het te heet om daarvan gebruik te maken. Te weinig schaduwplekken. De bedbank in de kamer is te klein voor twee kinderen (tieners)

Staff and atmosphere was perfect

To start with the room is spacious and comfortable, both my wife and I said the bed and pillows were amongst the comfiest we have slept on. The kitchen was well appointed and we used the breakfast constantly, nice to have a big fridge and freezer. The kids fold out bed was nice and big and the outside terrace was also huge, my wife and I sat out every evening . Breakfast was really nice, we were advised to go early to get a table, but never waited more than 5 mins when going later, the food options were simple but very tasty and a nice healthy breakfast. We all enjoyed the pool when there, although the wasp were a nuisance to start, then didn’t bother us. Plenty of parking outside, could always get a space, and the location was perfect! Quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurant, plus Amante the other way, but quiet and tucked out the way. Staff were always friendly and helpful, over all, I’d be splitting hairs to find faults. For the price, can’t beat it and we will be going back next year.

The wasps around the pool were annoying to start with, plus had a few power cuts which only last led a few minutes. Apart from that. Can’t fault it.

Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und Betten waren auch bequem, das war leider das einzig positive…

Wir waren von diesem Hotel leider komplett enttäuscht. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel und rund 380 € pro Nacht hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Die Umgebung ist wenig einladend und unser Balkonblick ging direkt auf Mülltonnen. Im Zimmer herrschte trotz Klimaanlage eine extrem hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, sodass alles feucht blieb. Dazu kam ein modriger Geruch in den Fluren, deren Fenster zudem völlig verschmutzt waren. Der Pool ist winzig und erinnert eher an ein Kinderplanschbecken. Außerdem gibt es viel zu wenige Liegen. Das Frühstück war die größte Enttäuschung: Kein Buffet, sondern nur eine kleine Auswahl an überbackenen Broten. Alles Weitere kostet extra – für diese Hotelkategorie und diesen Preis absolut inakzeptabel. Als wir im Schatten sitzen wollten, mussten wir uns bei 35 Grad selbst einen Tisch umstellen, da es keinen interessierte - meinten wir sollen früher aufstehen um einen Schatten-Platz zu bekommen… Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist eine Katastrophe. Dieses Hotel können wir definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

- La piscina es más pequeña de lo que aparece en las fotos. Hay un nido de avispas e que no te permite disfrutar de ella. - Es más un apart-hotel, simple y recién construido que un auténtico “hotel boutique”. Si hay un “spa” será solo un pequeño sauna, pero no lo vi ni nos comentaron nada al respecto. No tiene protagonismo. - En Booking te dan un precio diciendo que es un apartamento para 4. Pero luego recibes un correo que explica que si son más que dos hay que pagar extras.. y la cuenta. Los hoteles en Ibiza (no solo este) están cada año más caro. Empieza a ser un gran problema para familias “normales”. Por lo menos en este Apart-hotel se puede cocinar.

Tweede keer dat we hier verbleven en weer heerlijk genoten. Niet te grootschalig, vriendelijk personeel en ontbijt is top geregeld. Komen ongetwijfeld nog wel een keer terug.

Ontzettend fijne accommodatie. Met recht een boetiekhotel, fijne aandacht voor de gast, keurig schoon en heerlijk ontbijt of bbq. Niet te groot, maar ook niet te klein.

Habitaciones pequeña y un mini armario, miles de avispas en la piscina (no te puedes bañar) desayuno limitado, el gimnasio ridiculo pequenísimo, contratas ático y tienes que subirte al piso de arriba para tener tu parcela de terraza con los aires acondicionados y sin privacidad (cualquiera puede subir), falta limpieza en el hotel.

Stunning and quiet hotel, very clean, lovely music being played whilst around the pool. Location was perfect for us, a walk to Amante and Cala LLonga. Breakfast was to incredibly lovely but most of all the staff were welcoming, friendly and fun. 100% recommend the Olive.

A lovely boutique hotel with a clean, modern aesthetic and very comfortable, stylish rooms. The room was well equipped and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which made a big difference in the summer heat. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool area was lovely along with the breakfast, which was freshly prepared and served at the table rather than as a buffet. The location was convenient for a quiet stay, with a convenience store within walking distance, although Ibiza Old Town is about a 15 to 20 minute drive away. Overall, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Very good value for the room and facilities.

The only downside was a housekeeping issue that unfortunately impacted our entire stay. When we checked in, we requested an extra room key and reception kindly gave us one. We later found out that the additional key was actually needed for housekeeping to access the room, so our room was never serviced during our stay. We even requested housekeeping one day, but it wasn't until later that the staff realized they couldn't clean the room because of the missing key. It seemed to be an honest misunderstanding, but better communication at check-in would have prevented the issue. Reception provided fresh towels upon our request given the lack of service so we managed.

Het dakterras was een upgrade bij onze kamer,zeiden ze...maar is niet echt mooi ,te warm...kortom niet echt een toegevoegde waarde vonden wij!

the location was amazing, the room was very spacious and clean, the staff was always so kind with us, the pool is great and also the breakfast, so rich and full of choices.

the only thing I didn't like was that the couldn't stay longer!! it's a really dream place, perfect for couples as well as for families... the surrounding are also all to explore!

Heel mooi ingericht boutique hotel, rustig gelegen in klein kustdorpje. Super vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt was fantastisch!! De suite was erg mooi en had een heerlijk balkon. Ook de ligbedden bij het zwembad waren top. Echt een pareltje op Ibiza!

Very good location to sea The staff was generally nice The terrace for the room was really nice and spacious The apartment felt spacious for the holiday and was cleaned every day The gym was really nice to have with a good selection of weights and mats (it made my usual training easier) The breakfast was nice and the staff was happy to make some changes for kids. The selection of choices was good.

There were lots of bees - I even got bitten at the pool, it did not feel safe for small children to be in the child pool. The pool was not heated. The equipment in the flat e.g for the kitchen was really limited. The fridge was not working 100% they checked it but has not repaired it fully We needed to leave before breakfast and getting a breakfast seemed to be a problem, we needed to ask a lot of people and at the end we got only some yoghurt and fruit, juice. We did not get a croissant or bread. Which is ok, but would have felt that the service is better if it would have managed a bit friendlier and more efficiently.

Super hôtel avec un emplacement idéal pour visiter Ibiza. Le personnel est très agréable et arrangeant. Le petit déjeuner était excellent.

The Olive is close to the airport, within good walking distance of restaurants and shops. It has a cool, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The staff are attentive and kind.

There could be a few more sun loungers

Er mist in de kamer meer opbergruimte voor kleding, ook zouden wat extra haken voor handdoeken etc fijn zijn.

Perfekt läge, pool, frukost. Trevlig personal och välstädade rum.

Mooie, schone en ruime kamers, super lief personeel, echt een familie gevoel. Het is een paar minuten lopen naar het strand en er is een fijn zwembad met lekkere bedjes. Het ontbijt was erg lekker, ik miste alleen een paar opties, een eitje bijvoorbeeld.

De bedden waren net iets te hard voor ons, maar dat is heel persoonlijk :-)

It was a wonderful place to cook my own food, and able to walk down the street to the beach. The staff were amazing and very helpful.

le petit déjeuné plutôt bon , le spa que l'on peut privatiser mais attention seulement de 17 à 20h et il faut réserver en avance et payer en plus ...

pas d' eau chaude ballon trop petit pour deux . pas de spa à notre arrivée. pas de ménage entre nos deux nuits donc pas d échange de serviette sachant que l' une d' elle s'était envolée par le balcon . bar fermé le soir . chambre annoncée avec un très grand lit double. taille 140 cm ...

Le personnel accueillant et aimable

Propreté aurait pu être meilleure notamment le divan lit utilisé pour notre enfant. Le petit déjeuner selon un menu limité avec du pain uniquement toasté. Le spa payant malgré le prix important de la location.

Heerlijk sfeervol hotel. Rustig, vriendelijk en kleinschalig. Op steenworp afstand van de baai. Fijn bed, badjassen, heel flexibel in laat uitchecken, badlakens lenen etc. Erg fijn gehad. Ontbijt (kwark met fruit en granola en toast/pistolet naar keuze) was super lekker!

Wel erg weinig keukenspullen, maar vonden wij niet erg.

Wonderful staff, very spacious comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast, with a wonderful breakfast team.

The view of the road and parking area isn't ideal, but the short distance to the beach makes up for it.
