Hyde Ibiza Beach Resort by Accor

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The noise is unbearable you can constantly hear doors opening and closing, as well as everyone walking and talking in the hallway. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was extremely hot. I asked multiple times for it to be fixed, but nothing was ever done. It was a struggle to sleep comfortably. Housekeeping rarely came to clean the room, and the service phone in the room did not work. I reported the phone several times and asked them to fix it, but again, nothing was done. The overall service was extremely poor, and the lack of response to basic requests was unacceptable. I would never stay at this hotel again. Easily one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

No respetan el descanso, a las 9:00 de la mañana tienen música en directo en el desayuno algo que no es muy agradable y mucho menos para los españoles. El sistema de aparcacoches tampoco es bueno, hace esperar al cliente innecesaria mente.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en voelden ons vanaf het eerste moment welkom. Absoluut een aanrader en we komen heel graag nog eens terug!

The room was really nice, comfy bed, big shower and lots of storage space. The staff were super helpful any time I had a question and the location was excellent - having access to a great coffee shop, right next to the elevator that takes you down to the beach made my mornings extra magical.

The cove is beautiful and there are great places to eat in walkable distance. All of the hotel staff is lovely, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean.

I recommend a rental car to get around the island. We had a car but guest were waiting 30 minutes or more on the weekend to go out in the evening. Cabs are not readily available and have to be called.

Liked the proximity to the beach and the location

They staff wasn’t very helpful, there was an instance where our room was no cleaned and we had to beg for them to clean it. The cleaners finally came through at 8pm to clean the room. There are certain pool areas reserved to certain guests so maybe that’s the one you should book for a more wholesome stay

Frühstück war in Ordnung. Lage direkt an der Bucht war auch in Ordnung. Poolanlage war auch in Ordnung, wenn auch gnadenlos überfüllt.

Ein VIP-Zimmer wurde angeboten mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer in dem das Bett stand war gerade mal max. 14m². Meerblick war überhaupt nicht, man blickte wenn man sich seitlich aus dem Balkon lehnt auf das restliche Wasser in einer Bucht. Meer sieht man nicht. Wenn man aus dem Fenster sah, schaute man komplett auf das nächste Hotel. Eine volle weiße Front. Zwischen den beiden Hotels war auf einen kleinem Zwischengebäude die komplette Klimatechnik verbaut. Ein Höllenlärm. Also auf dem Balkon sitzen, ja mit Gehörschutz möglich. Dann hat man uns ein neues Zimmer angeboten, genau so klein aber mit einem breiterem Blick. Das war in den unteren Etagen. Die Etagen 1-4 haben komplett nach Väkalien gerochen. Aus der Klimaanlage kam auch direkt stoßweise der Fäkalgeruch. Auf dem Weg durch das Gebäude zum Pool hat man es vor Väkalgeruch nicht ausgehalten. Das zog sich bis in den Frühstücksraum hoch in der 4. Etage - Eingang-EG. Dafür haben wir 416,-€ für das Zimmer inkl. Frühstück (das war in Ordnung) bezahlt. Für diesen Preis bekommt man auf der ganzen Welt 5 Sterne-Hotel. Das ist ein 2 Sterne Hotel und noch schlecht geführt. Ein großteil der Mitarbeiter konnten nicht einmal grüßen. Der Service und die Lobby wurden von Kindern/Jugendlichen warscheinlich Studenten geführt. Fazit: Wir sind geschäftlich auf dieser Welt viel unterwegs. Das wir gerade auf Ibiza so ein schlechtes Hotel erwischen ist uns die letzten 30 Jahre nicht passiert.

Check in took forever

De kamer was compact maar goed ingericht - alles was aanwezig. Het bed was een super goed en groot bed. Ook de ligging is erg goed meteen aan het strand en supermarkten dichtbij.

Aanvullen van de koffiepads en shampoo, ik miste ook iets zacht om op te staan naast het bed, een matje of zoiets. Het ontbijt was niet uitgebruid - je had de noodzakelijke dingen maar na 7dag en was je erop uitgekeken. Het fruit was som s rot en werd toch opgediend en het was zeer druk op bepaalde plaatsen kan je bijna niet staan 's morgens om iets af te nemen. Auto parkeren aan het hotel is betalend, sunbed aan hoofd zwembad is betalend - Fitness is vrij basic

Ons verblijf heeft alle verwachtingen overtroffen! Het hotel ligt prachtig aan een baai, direct aan het strand met volop ligbedjes. De kamers waren stijlvol, comfortabel en brandschoon. Het personeel was werkelijk geweldig: ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en geen enkel verzoek was te veel. Speciale dank aan frontofficemanager Marco, die ons verblijf extra bijzonder heeft gemaakt. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Absoluut een aanrader!

La propreté pas toujours au top dans la chambre, la vaisselle au buffet mal lavée ( odeur d’œuf sur toute la vaisselle ), j’ai payé plus chère pour avoir une vue mer et j’étais au dessus de l’entrée de l’hôtel avec un bout de la mer alors je conseille de garder la vue piscine qui donnera forcément une plus belle vue sur la mer que la mienne

The wet deck - swimming pool with sun loungers inside of it was the best part of the hotel. We were able to catch a nice tan there. Breakfast was also good, there was variety of food.

Unfortunately there were several issues that affected our stay. The AC in our first room was not working properly. Technicians came twice and told us it was fixed, but there was no noticeable improvement. On the third day, we were finally moved to another room where the AC worked better. The rooms also don’t have YouTube on the TV, so we had to use Chromecast constantly, and it didn’t work at all in our first room. It was very challenging to play a song, we had to connect constantly. The hotel layout is quite confusing and feels like a labyrinth, with long walks through corridors and lifts to reach some rooms. Also it was also extremely busy, resulting in long waits for lifts and taxis and difficulty finding available sun loungers. We also didn’t expect the hotel to be so family-oriented. With many children running around and making noise, it was difficult to relax by the pool. The beach was also full with people, so we didn’t go at all. The wardrobe section was very small and could only fit one person’s luggage. It was super uncomfortable to have my luggage opened at the floor all the time. I had to take a video every time when I leave the room, so I know everything was it in its place. Luckily nothing was missing. Food and drinks were quite expensive, and the €170 minimum spend for the main pool was particularly surprising, as we were not in a fancy beach club for that amount. Hotel is in 30min distance from the most popular clubs which led to spending 60-70€ minimum for a round trip with a taxi.

The design and overall ambiance of the hôtel was just awesome! Allez the staff were up eat friendly and chatting across both hôtels despite the baking heat they were working it. The location food ans service amm just super!

It was all great, the only suggestion I would male is any worker outside in the heat should have an electric fan near or pn them. It was so hot for them all. But honestly bloody loved the place !

Mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel, schoon en aan een fijn strand.

Jammer dat je ruim €150,- betaald voor bedjes aan het hoofdzwembad, het zwembad waar je wel kan liggen zonder extra kosten is vaak in de ochtend al vol / bedjes gereserveerd ook i.v.m. de dagpassen die verkocht werden aan niet-hotelgasten.

Ontbijt was heerlijk en divers. Parkeren goed geregeld door super vriendelijke jongens van Valet Parking. Ontvangst en uitchecken was prettig. De ligging is fantastisch.

The property is ideally located in Cala Llonga. It was easy to get to from the airport and great to use as a base to travel around the island. The pools are all lovely and there is a good variety of places to eat and drink depending on what you want. The food was delicious, I tried a number of the bars and restaurants and enjoyed everything. The interiors are modern and clean and give the hotel a really chilled vibe. Beds were comfy and bedrooms had all the amenities you need. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. I was staying on my own (although meeting friends here) and the reception staff were excellent when I had a few queries. Tamara was super helpful on check out assisting me with everything I needed and making sure the rest of my day was relaxed and enjoyable. The service here was 10/10. I would fully recommend.

The hotel itself is beautiful and has a really stunning location. Being set in a cove away from the main party areas of Ibiza was one of the main reasons we chose Hyde, and the views and surroundings really are lovely. The hotel is modern, stylish and has a great aesthetic, which is definitely reflected in the photos online. Our room was also modern and nicely designed, and there are some lovely areas around the hotel to relax and enjoy the views.

Unfortunately, for the price we paid, there were quite a few things that let the hotel down. Our first night was extremely noisy due to a beach concert, with music continuing until around 1am, and the air conditioning in our room was very poor, making it difficult to sleep. When we complained, it took around two hours for maintenance to come. The lifts were frequently not working properly, with only two lifts for such a large hotel, and reception often had long queues despite plenty of staff being around. Breakfast felt extremely chaotic and overcrowded, with less food available later in the morning, and we experienced a few occasions where staff were not particularly helpful. The additional €170 charge for the luxury pool and cabanas also felt excessive when we had already paid around €1,000 for three nights, while the other pools did not have enough loungers. We were also surprised by the additional service charges and the requirement to pay a deposit despite having already paid for our stay. Overall, we had very high expectations after seeing the hotel online, but unfortunately the experience did not match the price, and I would not return.

The property was perfectly located, right next to the beach. The interior of the hotel is very stylish. All the staff were really friendly and in particular Tamara who was exceptional. I had a really bad experience at dinner at Niko at the Mondrian and Tamara followed up with me to ensure the rest of my stay went well. Outstanding customer service!!! Vincenzo from the concierge team was also super helpful throughout my stay, especially when there was an issue with my BA flight home that was delayed and rearranging the private transfer. I would love to visit Hyde again next year and I will happily recommend you family and friends too.

Absolutamente todo. Desde el momento en que llegamos, la experiencia fue excepcional. La ubicación es, sin duda, una de las mejores de Ibiza: estás a unos 15 minutos de muchos de los principales puntos de la isla y, al mismo tiempo, tienes la preciosa Cala Llonga literalmente a tus pies. Es el equilibrio perfecto entre poder moverte fácilmente por Ibiza y sentir que estás realmente de vacaciones. El hotel es espectacular: unas instalaciones impecables, todo increíblemente limpio, una luz maravillosa y un ambiente que hace que no quieras salir de allí. Pero si tuviéramos que destacar algo por encima de todo, sería el servicio. Todo el equipo, desde recepción y concierge hasta parking y valet, fue extraordinario. Una mención muy especial a Emma, que nos ayudó con nuestra reserva y durante toda la estancia. Su atención, amabilidad y disposición para ayudarnos en absolutamente todo fueron excepcionales. Además, celebrábamos un cumpleaños y todo el equipo hizo posible que fuese todavía más especial. Cada detalle estuvo cuidado y en todo momento sentimos una atención maravillosa. Es difícil encontrar un hotel donde ubicación, instalaciones, ambiente y servicio estén todos al mismo nivel. Sin duda, se ha convertido en nuestro hotel de referencia en Ibiza. Volveremos siempre.

Destacar el desayuno buffet que se paga a parte, la calidad de la comida es muy buena y están continuamente reponiendo, limpiando las mesas para los siguientes huéspedes y el personal muy bueno, la mayoría españoles. También el servicio de Valet parking aunque algo caro, funciona muy bien y el personal muy atento y ágil.

Vengo a advertir a todo aquel español que quiera ir de vacaciones a Ibiza para que cuando llegue a su hotel no piense que es un extranjero en su propio país. Empezando el momento en el que haces la reserva y le echas un vistazo a las instalaciones, en la página que te dice que tienen 4 piscinas y 7 restaurantes, cuando la realidad es que solamente puedes acceder a dos piscinas y una de ellas es un charco 80 cm. con sillas, y la otra abarrotada y peleándote para poder estar en una hamaca, ya que la gente sin educación planta la toalla a primera hora y aparece cuando le apetece. Si no sabes inglés estás perdido ya que en algunos de los restaurantes no tienen carta en español, el mapa del hotel que te dan tampoco viene en español, y hay bastante personal del hotel no habla español. La limpieza de las habitaciones deja bastante que desear y el olor a cañería es constante en los pasillos. La televisión, de buen tamaño, no se ve, está continuamente entrecortada perdiendo la señal de la antena, viene un chromecast que te da la esperanza de poder ver algo, pero tampoco funciona, vamos que la televisión es un bonito cuadro decorativo. También a tener en cuenta el pésimo aislamiento de las habitaciones, se escucha absolutamente todo, además la ventilación está comunicada unas habitaciones con otras, por lo que si te toca un fumador al lado, olerás a tabaco constante en tu propia habitación. Como visitante habitual de la isla, he estado en muchos de los hoteles, y es el que peor experiencia he tenido. Se nota que el edificio no era originalmente un hotel de esta categoría, sino que le dieron un lavado de cara mínimo, y se han quedado muy lejos de lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas, entre lo más problemático está el enorme número de habitaciones que es excesivo para las instalaciones y zonas comunes como las piscinas.

L’identité de l’hôtel est génial! Design de l’hôtel, petit déjeuner, gentillesse du personnel, emplacement et bien d’autres choses font de cet hôtel une très bonnes adresse.

La difficulté de trouver une place au bord de la piscine principale.

Les services proposés et les différents espaces sont très agréables. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. La situation sur la plage avec des sunbeds confortables. Nous avons passé un super séjour grâce a la gentillesse du personnel et notamment Emma.

Location and shared Mondrian facilities

I had a premium suite with sea view and expected a better quality room. The bathroom was basic and dated and the handle to the door fell off everytime I opened the door. The aircon was insufficient. I left some items in my room at check out and have tried multiple times to contact the hotel to request returning them at my expense and they have ignored each request. Terrible customer service given it was my first stay in an expensive room. Also the breakfast is basic and room service comes in prison style plates. Not the quality of hotel I expected for the price

Lovely location, reception staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was nice and good selection of food. The ferry dock was right on our doorstep which was very convenient.

My genius level 3 perks were offered at check in, then not honoured despite asking twice and then again at check out. Noise from other guests was difficult to put up with, Fri/Sat night it felt like being in an expensive asylum. Being asked to pay for the better looking beds and area around the pool was disappointing and also having to pay 30 euros per bed at the hotels section of the beach was outrageous. Plus they were fully booked every time I enquired. We stayed for 8 nights and the wardrobe space was adequate for short stays only and no room for luggage storage.

It was a beautiful hotel with clearly high standards , very nice room and super helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing which plenty of choice each morning and the view from the outdoor area across the beach was stunning .

It was expensive so we couldn’t have anything extra , breakfast after 9.30am was busy (although no fault of the hotel ). The main pool felt a little pretentious and we never got to use the sunbeds on the beach as they were pre booked .

The location was great with the beautiful beach, ferries to formentera and the cute little town.

The room was far too small for a premium, the breakfast was chaotic and the food not great, the minimum spend for the nice pool beds was far too high, there was only one lift working for the whole hotel and the staff were rude at times.

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en vers. Er was zeker niks te kort en voldoende van alles, zoals broden, beleg, verschillende soorten eieren, vers fruitsap, ook ontbijtgranen en verse yoghurt met noten beschikbaar.

De eerste dag werkte de airco op de masterbedroom niet zo goed, maar doordat ik een bericht kreeg of men nog iets kon beteren aan het verblijf, heb ik dit gemeld en de maintenance is dan langsgekomen zodat onze 2e nacht toch in een voldoende frisse kamer kon doorgaan.

Location was fantastic for the ferry access for day trip to Ibiza town. Village of Cala Llonga is lovely for restaurants and beach. Easy to get a taxi. Sunset from balcony was beautiful.

Prices in the hotel for drinks are very high. Room for 3 wasn't set up with bedding on sofa bed which was poor..

We had an amazing stay at Hyde Ibiza! The hotel is beautiful, stylish and has a fantastic atmosphere. Everything from the pool area to the food and service was excellent. A special mention to Marco, the Front Office Manager, who was incredibly welcoming, professional and attentive. He really made our stay feel extra special. The whole team was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend Hyde Ibiza and would love to come back!

Una experiencia fantástica en Hyde Ibiza. El hotel tiene un ambiente muy internacional, joven y animado, pero al mismo tiempo perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de unos días en la isla. Cuenta con varias piscinas, muchas zonas con tumbonas donde pasar el día y acceso directo a la playa, lo que hace que prácticamente no necesites salir del hotel para disfrutar de Ibiza. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor de Hyde es su personal. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. Todo el equipo es cercano, amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, con una actitud excelente y una sonrisa. Se nota que hay un verdadero esfuerzo por cuidar al huésped y hacer que la experiencia sea especial. Un hotel con muchísimo ambiente, buenas instalaciones, una ubicación preciosa y, sobre todo, un equipo humano excepcional. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos.

Como puntos de mejora, quizá el principal sea precisamente consecuencia del tamaño y del éxito del hotel. Al contar con tantas habitaciones, en determinados momentos, especialmente durante el desayuno o a la hora de conseguir una hamaca en la playa, la experiencia puede resultar algo masificada. En ocasiones parecía más una pequeña batalla por encontrar sitio que ese momento de tranquilidad y relax que uno busca durante las vacaciones. Quizá una mejor organización de estos espacios ayudaría mucho a mejorar la experiencia. Por otro lado, el baño de la habitación nos pareció algo pequeño, especialmente teniendo en cuenta el nivel y la categoría del hotel. Son, en cualquier caso, aspectos mejorables que no empañaron nuestra experiencia general, que fue muy positiva, especialmente gracias al fantástico equipo humano del hotel.

staff very helpful and friendly. 25min drive to Old Town and easy to get to. Great beach - low key, sandy bottom, you can walk out super far with no waves. Beach chairs and umbrellas are only 10e vs 40-100e at the popular tourist beach clubs. hotel room was comfortable, good shower, nice to have a small balcony (nice touch they installed towel bars on the balcony so you can hang your suits to dry). the hotel is shared by the Mondrian to give you quick access to additional restaurants. you're midway to Old Town and the Port and St. Eularia, Dallias and the north so makes it easier to give you reason to check out other parts of the island.

Stayed at The Hyde last year but I must say that this year the experience was amazing. The location is beautiful and offers local amenities. Rooms were a good size and immaculate. Breakfast and the bar food was incredible. Unlimited towels. Excellent service. Staff lovely. Extended our rooms as we had a late flight on check out day.

Overall, we enjoyed the hotel itself. The location was great, the rooms were modern and looked exactly as expected, and the facilities had a lot of potential.

At check-in, no one explained where our room was, how to get there, or provided basic information such as the Wi-Fi details. Our air conditioning didn’t work during our entire three-night stay despite reporting it every day, and nothing was ever fixed. Housekeeping was also disappointing. On the first two days, they only came around 4–5 p.m., exactly when we had returned from the beach and needed to get ready for dinner reservations. We asked them to come back later that evening, but they refused, so our room wasn’t cleaned. Ironically, on my last morning they knocked twice at 9 a.m., waking me up, and then rudely blamed me for not using the “Do Not Disturb” sign. Breakfast was overcrowded, food was constantly running out, and room service was unreliable. Even something as simple as borrowing a wine opener turned into an issue, as we were asked to return it immediately. At check-out, no one explained what would happen to our security deposit. Throughout our stay, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, making us feel like an inconvenience whenever we asked a polite question. This is simply not the level of service you expect from a four-star hotel. It’s a real shame because the hotel itself is lovely and in a fantastic location. However, the poor service, lack of communication, unprofessional attitude of the staff, and the overall lack of attention to guests made it impossible for us to fully enjoy our stay. Unfortunately, this was not the level of service we expected from a four-star hotel.

Locatie is top, zo direct aan het strand. Fijne kamers, mooie ruimtes etc.

De kamers zijn wel erg gehorig. Vond uitleg bij aankomst ook minder. Moest het allemaal beetje zelf uitzoeken.

It was superb. A quiet bay away from the crowds. The hotel is great in every way. There is a ferry to take you into Ibiza old town or neighbouring bays. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The humidity of the scorching summer sun!!! But we stayed in the water!!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hyde Ibiza! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and looked after throughout my visit. A special shoutout to Marco and Johnny, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. My room was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. The hotel itself has a wonderful atmosphere, and every member of staff I met was warm, helpful, and welcoming. Another bonus was the lovely café next door, which was perfect for a great coffee and delicious food to start the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Hyde Ibiza to anyone looking for a stylish hotel with exceptional service. I can’t wait to come back!

Very friendly service throughout the stay, we also received an upgrade in high season which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast is very well organised and offers a wide variety. The area around the hotel provides all the amenities, very easy access to the beach, as well as lovely restaurants and some shops.

The breakfast was way too busy. I felt really over whelmed in there. The room smelt of sewerage but to be fair - they did do something and sort it out.

We had a wonderful stay at HYDE Ibiza and would definitely come back! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and feels very new. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were stylishly designed with a lot of attention to detail. The interior has a great aesthetic and creates a very welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. We also loved the pool area, which was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Another lovely touch was the cute boutique inside the hotel. The beach is just a short walk away, and there are several charming restaurants nearby, making the location perfect. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly had an amazing experience and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Always a really lovely trip here and the management are improving guest experience each time I visit. Nice to see the attention to detail and improvements around the property. On the experience, a huge thank you to Tamara when I checked in who is an absolute star and looked after me superbly. Nothing in the mini bar, room service doesn’t answer for ages, hotel reception denied late check out then asked me to pay for it upon check out until I refused and called the manager.

Breakfast buffet was great, lots of options and lots of seats. Coffee shop was lovely and also the ice cream hut! Great access to the beach, you have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas though. Friendly reception staff but some more information on late checkouts and options would be useful at point of check in. Would definitely go back!
