The location The level of cleanliness everywhere was superb, never seen such shiny floors ! The pool was nice but it could have done with a little background music, my husband said it was like being in a library !

Not enough room in the wardrobe to hang dresses, the safe took up room under the hanging rail . The waiting staff seemed to lack any management & it was disappointing to see outside seating areas cordoned off , for reasons that weren’t apparent .

Breakfast was ok. The selection of fruits was good. The hot food was acceptible..Lack of tomatoes

The hotel enjoys an excellent location, surrounded by pine forest and the sea, which is definitely one of its strongest points. The breakfast was also good.

Unfortunately, several details fell short of what I would expect from a hotel at this price level. Our room had no terrace, which was particularly inconvenient after spending time at the beach, as there was nowhere outside the room to leave sandy beach items. The shower pressure was weak, despite being on the third floor, and the toilet cistern was continuously leaking. There was also an unfortunate issue with housekeeping: two of my T-shirts were mistakenly taken from the room by the cleaning staff. I was informed that they had been found, but I had to wait four days before I could collect them from reception. The staff were polite and professional, but the overall level of hospitality did not match the hotel's pricing. At no point during our stay were we asked whether everything was okay — not even at check-out. Both at reception and at the bar, the service felt somewhat distant and lacked the warmth and genuine hospitality I would expect from a hotel in this category. Overall, the hotel has an outstanding location and some good qualities, but the attention to detail and level of guest care need improvement. Most importantly, we never got the feeling that the hotel genuinely cared about whether we would choose to return.

Great location by the beach. Nice clean room. Comfy beds and efficient air conditioning. The pool and pool area was really clean too. Breakfast has a wide selection of nice food. We ate in the restaurant once (excellent pizzas) but it had closed early on another night we tried to dine in. We parked for free each night in the town centre about 3-4 mins walk.

No scissors or sharp knife in the kitchen area!

A disappointing stay overall, particularly given the roughly €300-per-night price. None of the individual problems would necessarily have ruined our stay, but unfortunately there were enough of them that the overall experience fell well below our expectations. Most surprisingly, our room was never properly cleaned during our four-night stay. Nobody from housekeeping knocked during the stay, despite us being out before 10am on three occasions and leaving the appropriate marker on the door when we were out from around 11am onwards. The bed was made once, but otherwise the room and bathroom weren’t serviced and basics such as toilet roll and shower gel weren’t replenished. We certainly weren’t expecting luxury or twice-daily housekeeping from a three-star hotel, but we did expect normal cleaning and replenishment during a four-night stay. The A/C also wasn’t working when we arrived, although we managed to resolve this ourselves before someone came to investigate. There were no pool towels in the room and requesting them from reception felt unnecessarily uncomfortable for what should have been a straightforward request. We also had an unfortunate incident at the pool. We’d left a book and a recently purchased bottle of sunscreen by our loungers intending to return, but my partner became unwell and looking after her understandably became the priority. When we eventually returned, the book was still there but the sunscreen, which had cost around £89, had disappeared. I completely accept that we’d left our belongings unattended and wasn’t expecting the hotel to compensate us. Our greater concern was what the incident subsequently suggested about access and security around the pool. The lifeguard remembered our belongings, took the matter seriously and encouraged reception to investigate. We understood afterwards that people who weren’t staying at the hotel but had been using the restaurant had also accessed the pool area.

La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza dell’hotel: molto piacevoli gli accessi diretti tramite scaletta sia alla spiaggia che alla piscina.

La colazione è poco varia, con una parte dolce praticamente inesistente, e la pulizia degli ambienti comuni, soprattutto della zona dedicata alla consumazione dei cibi, andrebbe migliorata. Abbiamo inoltre avuto diversi problemi nell’appartamento che hanno reso necessario l’intervento di un manutentore. Anche alcuni dettagli, come carta igienica non sempre rifornita, dispenser del sapone, ecc. vuoti, davano una sensazione di poca cura.

La situation géographique juste à côté de la plage et du centre de la ville. La propreté du logement. La climatisation qui fonctionne très bien et le petit déjeuner varié.

J’ai tout aimé. Je recommande juste de mettre une machine à café dans la chambre.

Lage ist fantastisch, beim Frühstück hat es alles was man braucht, die Zimmer sind gross und komfortabel. Zahlreiche Restaurant in der Umgebung, Schwimmbad ist ebenfalls ruhig und sauber.

La posizione è fantastica e la colazione è davvero ottima, sia per la qualità del salato sia per gli orari molto comodi e flessibili (dalle 08:00 alle 11:00, perfetto per chi vuole rilassarsi).

La colazione è quasi perfetta, l'unico piccolo dettaglio che migliorerei per noi ospiti italiani è l'inserimento di monoporzioni di Nutella nel reparto dolci. Per il resto nulla da eccepire!

La climatisation est tombée en panne durant deux jours sans qu’aucune information ne nous soit donnée par le personnel. Un matin, notre lit n’avait pas été fait…. Les serviettes de la salle de bain ont aussi été oubliées une matinée . De nombreux dysfonctionnements contrariants … pour le prix de la Prestation.

El hotel está muy bien situado y, aunque las habitaciones que nos asignaron no tenían vistas a la cala, pudimos disfrutar de unas bonitas vistas durante el desayuno. Queremos destacar también la amabilidad y disposición del personal. El chico de la piscina fue muy agradable y servicial, al igual que el camarero del desayuno, cuyo trato fue excelente.

Entendemos y respetamos la política del hotel de no alojar a un matrimonio y dos niñas de 17 y 18 en una misma habitación, aunque consideramos que, en nuestro caso concreto, había espacio y camas suficientes para que toda la familia pudiera alojarse junta. Como consecuencia, el matrimonio tuvo que dormir separado, cuando, de haber sido posible, podríamos haber compartido una única habitación y evitar así el coste de una habitación adicional. Asimismo, observamos que a nuestra llegada el primer día no se había repuesto el gel de baño en ninguna de las dos habitaciones. Entendemos que puede tratarse de un simple descuido, pero es un detalle que se aprecia especialmente cuando uno ya está en la ducha y necesita utilizarlo. Lo comentamos con ánimo constructivo, ya que consideramos que son aspectos fácilmente mejorables y que contribuirían a ofrecer una experiencia aún más satisfactoria a los huéspedes.

Personeel vriendelijk, locatie rustig maar op loopafstand van het strand en alle restaurants in het dorp. Afgesloten parkeergelegenheid (tegen betaling) voor de auto was ook fijn. I.v.m vroege aankomst konden wij de bagage in een afgesloten ruimte opbergen en konden ons in een aparte ruimte omkleden zodat wij onze vakantie gewoon konden beginnen.

Het hotel bestaat uit 2 aparte gebouwen waardoor gesleep met koffers van hier naar daar. Zwembad had weinig schaduw en zonnebedden waren vaak al vroeg bezet waardoor wij een soort van verplicht naar het strand gingen. Schimmel in de doucheruimte van de badkamer. Balkon keek uit op een rotspartij dus niet veel bijzonders maar dat is een keuze. Voor meer geld kan je wel in het hoofdgebouw met uitzicht op het strand/zee wanneer er beschikbaarheid is.

La limpieza, el baño no estaba limpio y la habitación no estaba limpia al entrar. Los grifos del baño estaban mal, uno suelto y el otro con el agua caliente y fría intercambiadas.

No balcony The rooms could go either some updating First room AC did not work- which was reported - they sent someone to look at it- they ‘fixed’ it by placing a piece of cardboard in the room card holder. It did not work we sweltered up there- finally got moved to another room on day 4. The AC worked but the shower screens cracked and edges broken. I did not realise there was no balcony in some of the rooms- and were told could not have a room with balcony when we were moved. It’s a cute place but a little lacking in atmosphere

De locatie was perfect! Rustig hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel. Ook de ligging van het hotel in Cala Llonga is geweldig aan het strand/zee. Onze kamer was perfect met een keukentje, terras, propere badkamer, goede airco. Het zwembad was ook top en rustig. Het ontbijt had ook alles wat het moest hebben, voor elk wat wils. Ik kan dit hotel alleen maar aanraden voor mensen die naar Ibiza willen, maar net iets meer op zoek zijn naar rust. Op wandelafstand zijn er allerlei restaurants, cafés, winkels, kleine superettes. Wij komen zeker terug!

Top locatie, studio was ruim. Gratis badlakens. Parkeergelegenheid in de buurt aanwezig.

Erg verouderd, dit is geen probleem mits het schoon is. De badkamer zat vol met schimmel, kapotte stukken tegels. Op de grond lag overal nog vuil. In de schuifpui dode pissebedden. Dit aangegeven bij de receptie, 15 min later zou onze kamer al nagekeken zijn. Bij binnenkomst een flinke chloor geur, maar met dezelfde troep op de grond. Het pand waarin de studio zich bevond was erg gehorig. Wij lagen op begane grond en hadden continu last van schreeuwende gasten die binnenkwam lopen. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding zeer matig.

Check in und check out problemlos. Das wir ein Zimmer im vierten Stock im Nebengebäude hatten mit guter Aussicht. Ein großes Zimmer hatten mit zwei Waschbecken somit konnte man sich zeitgleich fertig machen. Eine kleine Küche drin war. Zusätzlich zur Klimaanlage noch ein Deckenventilator gab. Schönen großen Balkon hatten mit Möglichkeit Handtücher etc aufhängen zu können. Großer Kleiderschrank. Das Frühstück auch super war und man auch dabei draußen sitzen konnte heben wir sehr genossen. Es gab gute Säfte nicht so wie in südlichen Ländern wo es meist nur Zuckerwasser ist. Der Pool war sehr schön auch immer sauber. Es gab sonnige und schattige Plätzchen. Man konnte sich an der Bar sämtliche Getränke holen für an den Pool. Wir fanden außerdem die Lage des Hotels sehr gut da es absolut ruhig war und es in einer Sackgasse liegt. Im Ort ist man fußläufig sehr schnell dort bekommt man alles zum kaufen für den täglichen Bedarf auch einige gute Restaurants gibt es dort. Da unser Flug erst am Abend ging nutzten wir noch den Pool/Strand und konnten uns danach noch in Räumlichkeiten des Hotels wieder frisch machen das war sehr gut diese Möglichkeit zu haben.

Leider war das Zimmer nicht so sehr sauber. Man hatte noch Haare usw. von den Vorgängern gefunden und auch in der Zeit als wir das Zimmer hatten wurden diverse Brösel am Boden nicht entfernt. Der Spiegel im Bad nicht gesäubert. Auch einiges an Sand am Boden war wurde nicht aufgesaugt/gewischt. Lies leider zu wünschen übrig. Schirme am oberen Poolbereich wären schön gewesen. Leider war der Bereich am Abreisetag wo man sich frisch machen konnte viel viel zu warm also ohne Klimaanlage so dass man nachdem duschen wieder klatschnass war.

Cala Llonga is a beautiful resort with lots of great restaurants. The hotel is in a great location. The included breakfast had lots of options and bonus this was included

This was our second stay, which is endorsement enough mainly as El Pinar is in a perfect spot by the beach/sea with excellent views and a very short walk to the restaurants and shops of Cala Llonga. The staff are also great, very friendly and all multi-lingual. The building and our room were kept exceptionally clean. The breakfast is fine, if not exceptional.

The air-conditioning in our room was very poor, as the heat increased during our stay we struggled to stay comfortable at night. Twin rooms (not proper doubles) seem to be the standard, which is a bit odd. The beds were ok, but not exceptional.

Staff were very friendly. Rooms and surrounding areas spotless. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choices. All in a lovely hotel and would stay again or recommend.

The one evening we had a meal at the hotel, the service was very poor once we'd had our main. No one came up to ask if we wanted anymore drinks, dessert or the bill. The waitress did apologise when we went up to pay for the bill and said they only had two staff and the world Cup was on which made them more busier then usual. The meal was lovely and tasty.

As family with 2 adult kids, we had two spacious rooms with arge balconies and a small kitchenette. Ideal to play cards in one of the rooms ;-). Good breakfast. Very large and clean pool area - TOP!!! Lovely public beach, with many people, although we were there at the beginning of June. (I would advise to also go to other lovely beaches.) Restaurants and supermarkets in close walking distance.

Herrie en lawaai vanuit de gang is goed hoorbaar. Ondanks de vierde verdieping waren er regelmatig mieren aanwezig. Betaald parkeren, waarom?
