The food in the main restaurant was always the same the dinner closing time was too early the snack restaurants close soo early and the food was not good as the reviews and for the money that i spent it was not worth

We’ve just return from a 7 night stay at the Cullinan Belek and we had a fabulous time. The hotel and all the amenities are very high end luxury and all of the food that is cooked and served there felt like it was Michelin star quality. We had a superior duplex swim up room, which we loved as the we spent time during the day at the water park and then would return to the hotel pool to have some quiet time. The beach is a very short walk from the water park and we used some of the water sports activity. One very big positive is that you never had to reserve a sun lounger as there were always plenty around the pool and at the beach. There were 3 lunchtime restaurants as well as the main restaurant to eat and all had plenty of choice. Then there is a 24/7 bistro restaurant that you can use anytime. We used the main restaurant at breakfast and for our evening meal, and there was always plenty on offer, and we especially liked that some food was behind a glass counter so you had to ask for it, which is great, as it means less food being wasted and more hygienic where food is served to you rather than people touching all the food. We have to specially recommend the Indian food, the chefs at breakfast and dinner always made food fresh for us and would always ask if there is anything in particular we wanted for the next day. We can’t thank them enough, as our kids can be fussy eaters but they both enjoyed everything the Indian chefs made. All around the hotel there is beautiful artwork and architecture that make this hotel high end, we enjoyed the ladies that would play the piano in the evening whilst we would have drinks at the Irish bar. The rooms also have futuristic technology where everything is controlled by digital switches (lights, air con and even opening/ closing the curtains) and also it can be done via a phone app, so when we lost one of our room keys, we got sent a web link which then allowed us you to unlock our own room door. The room also has USB chargers, so in future we won’t be packing as many chargers. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return in future. My only feedback to the hotel is offering late check outs earlier. We asked most days about this and then only got advised that we would could have a late checkout at 10am on the final day. If we knew we could have the late checkout earlier (after paying the fee) we could have planned out our final day differently.

It’s really great resort where we have just finished our second vacation and plan to come back next year again. We have 3 kids, one is already an adult of 18 years old, and twins are teenagers. We stayed for almost 2 weeks in August this year. Why this place is so good for our family and we recommend it to different ages: 1) really great choice of food, restaurants, 2) entertainment (shows and especially parties which is good both for parents and especially our oldest son, he is a real fun of them and one who asked us to go only to this hotel again and again), 3) sport facilities with really good trainers and, 4) finally but really important - great people from customer service or assistance team who truly takes care about you for 24 hours per day. Let me express our appreciation and gratitude to the people who made our stay really comfortable and relaxed as fas as it was possible, who helped us a lot when our daughter needed to visit a doctor and even a hospital, and who do not care just because of their job but because of their really great hearts and sincere wish to help personally - to Kateryna Cinkirt and Abdülmalik Öztürk (Malik) from customer assistance team, who helped us so sincere every day with any request incl simple questions and not an easy ones connected with health emergency, to medical assistant Kübra Avcı who works constantly at the hotel from very nice private Anatolia hospital and who helped a lot with hospitalization and insurance, and also for waiter Assel who was so kind to us, always efficient with a smile at Cabana at the sea beach and a waiter Ilhan who did create a great atmosphere during our dinners at the main restaurant by speaking so nicely with guests. Great appreciation to the hotel team!!! Really hard job and really appreciated. Thanks to you we did have a great vacation!!!

Great hotel and service. Good food and all inclusive service.

Just returned from a 14 night family holiday with our 17 year old twin girls staying in a top floor golf view family room. Had an amazing time and cannot fault anything! Greeted at reception with Moet and chocolate strawberries before being shown to our room. View from our room was just amazing with huge double balcony and sun loungers. Room cleaning was very good. Never any problem finding a bed round the pools, we ended up enjoying the pool outside the indoor pool, lovely and quiet. Had excellent roller skating waiter service round all pools, best service we have had over many Turkish hotels. Also loved the Pier bar where Unsal looked after us very well! The service all round was excellent but especially at the Irish Bar where we experienced outstanding service. Food in the buffet was very good and we all loved the outside seating areas. Tried all the lunch à la cartes and enjoyed them all, especially the steak at the 24/7 and Yamas. Visited the Turkish, Italian, Japanese and Steak for evening à la cartes and although there was an additional charge, we enjoyed the change from the buffet and well worth the experience. The Beef restaurant was our favourite, a lot of food though! Drinks were all excellent with good cocktails and Chandon Brut available everywhere I asked. The included Moet bar 4.30-6.00 every day was a lovely surprise and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our teenagers enjoyed the gym which had everything they needed. We booked poolside Cabana one day and we weren’t sure if we would enjoy it but all loved it, very relaxing and great service. Thank you also to our assistants Ege and Isil who were both wonderful. Lovely touch for my husbands birthday with fruit, wine and balloons in our room! Overall an amazing family holiday with incredible staff. We would not hesitate to return😊

A great experience at the Cullinan hotel. Water park was perfect for kids. 13 rides that were ideal for kids and would keep our boys busy all day long. The walk from the hotel itself to the pool area was perfect, with a coffee station situated just as you leave the hotel lobby before you begin your walk to the beach. The hotel layout was great with the circular booth area and live music in front of the hotel, the diamond show centre closer to the beach and the Galapagos night club right next to It. Perfect way to enjoy your entire evenings at 3 different spots. The hotel room was spacious and the views of golf course were stunning. Sunsets were beautiful. We loved it all and will definitely be back.

Stayed for 8 days with family (3 young children) hotel was great and staff were amazing, nothing was too much bother. Very helpful and great with kids. Lots of entertainment to keep the young ones busy. Waterpark was excellent. À la carte restaurant prices were reasonable and kids menu is the same in them all. Would recommend and will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The staff were always kind, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the food offered a great variety every day. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, with excellent facilities. We had an amazing holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. We can’t wait to come back! 🏝️☀️☀️

We are very happy with the parties that took place during our stay. They were very entertaining. We enjoyed the music. We really liked the way that the stuff was really attentive towards us and making sure our vacation goes very fun. They were always notifying us about all of the events and all of the parties that will take place and we especially enjoyed the ones that were on on the beach party and it was very we made very good memories here and we would recommend it to everybody

What made our experience even more special was the outstanding service. A heartfelt thank you to Gül and Can, our guest assistants, who were always incredibly kind, professional, and available whenever we needed anything. Their daily updates, attention to detail, and genuine care made our stay completely stress-free. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A very special thank you for organizing my little sister Mia’s birthday celebration. From the midnight birthday surprise to the special moments during lunch and dinner, and even the beautiful birthday cake delivered to our room, every detail was thoughtfully prepared. It was such a beautiful surprise, and seeing the wonderful staff singing to her with so much warmth and enthusiasm created a memory she will never forget.✨️✨️ I would also like to thank the amazing Teenage Club team. They were so friendly, energetic, and welcoming, creating such a fun atmosphere every day. Their enthusiasm, kindness, and ability to make every teenager feel included made the experience even more enjoyable. Food quality, cabanas and general service

The evening entertainment was second to none. We felt like we got to know the dancers and looked forward to seeing our favourites dance the night away and join in with them. The added extra was meeting the entertainment team members. Especially Veronika who was so lovely and great to talk to and enjoy our evening with. We will miss The Cullinan but as it’s our second visit I’m sure we’ll be back one day.

I stayed her for the second time with my family. It’s a beautiful hotel with all the luxury a girl could ask for. The food was amazing but the evening entertainment was exceptional. The entertainment team looked after us so well. We looked forward to our evening ever night. There will be tears when we leave but I’m sure we’ll be back one day.

We’ve stayed for 11 nights and loved every day. Though we ended our afternoons on the common pier and Emerullah made it a very special occasion every time we saw him. Seher at the Irish bar ended our night always with a smile and went above and beyond for service. My family have had an amazing holiday and would certainly recommend.

Staying at the hotel for a week - the staff are great really attentive. We have eaten at a few of the à la carte restaurants, Yamas, Hasir and a few others all really nice food would definitely Reccomened them. The hotel is really good for if you have young kids aswell All the staff are really friendly, Bayram was a great waiter at Yamas and all the staff have been brilliant

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Best Family Holiday We’ve Ever Had – Cullinan Belek Exceeded Every Expectation We have just returned from an incredible 12-night family holiday at Cullinan Belek, and without a doubt, it was the best holiday we’ve ever had. We booked with very high expectations because so many people told us that Cullinan Belek was the very best in Antalya. Somehow, it still managed to exceed those expectations. Every single detail was exceptional. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. It’s huge, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean throughout. Despite its size, everything is incredibly well organised, and the service is second to none. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every member of the team genuinely seemed to care about making our stay perfect. The attention to detail was outstanding, whether we were at dinner, ordering room service, relaxing by the pool, or simply walking around the resort. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt genuinely looked after. The food deserves a special mention. After 12 nights, we never became bored of the choice or quality. Every meal was consistently excellent, with so much variety that there was always something new to enjoy. The restaurants, room service, and poolside dining were all fantastic. Travelling with young children can sometimes be stressful, but not here. The kids’ club was one of the highlights of the holiday. The staff were warm, energetic, and genuinely loved spending time with the children. It never felt like they were simply doing a job—they made every child feel special, which gave us complete confidence and allowed us to relax. One thing that surprised us most was that we didn’t leave the resort once during the entire 12-night stay. Normally we’d want to explore, but there was simply no reason to. There was always something to do, somewhere to relax, or somewhere new to eat. We honestly could have stayed another week or two without getting bored. To top it all off, the complimentary airport lounge access included with our stay made the journey home feel just as luxurious as the holiday itself. It was the perfect finishing touch. If you’re looking for a luxury family holiday in Turkey, I genuinely can’t recommend Cullinan Belek highly enough. It delivers on every promise and then goes far beyond. We’ve stayed in many luxury hotels over the years, but this one has set a completely new standard. We’ll definitely be back.

Stayed for 10 night in July as a family of 4 with 2 teens having stated 4 nights in the Maxx Royal just before. Greeted with Chandon Brut and chocolate coated strawberries and welcomed but then left at reception for quite a while not knowing what we were waiting for but when we asked we were told to use the facilities until our family room was ready. No map or explanation of what was where, but we enjoyed exploring and the clear set up worked really well. Family room consisted of 2 rooms and a shared long balcony. We had a double and twin set up. The bathrooms were open with a shower cubicle and separate toilet cubicle (and bidet) and the sink was in the main area. We don’t like this set up as we had to keep getting dressed to go from the toilet to the shower then apply body lotion etc. Personal preference, I guess (preferred the rooms at the Maxx). The hotel layout was a real bonus as we were able to sunbathe around the 16+ Azure pool and jacuzzi which was beautiful and quiet, while our older teens went to the waterpark and joined in other activities. Everything seemed close enough to get to easily. Due to us falling in love with the Azure pool, we didn’t use the activity pool or L pool as they were much more crowded. The indoor pool was really big with sunbeds and cabanas, a sauna, shock pool and vitamin bar which were all free to use. There was also a little tunnel to the outdoor heated pool. The beach was near the football court and Yamas restaurant and although it was pretty with plenty of sunbeds and the pier also with sunbeds and cabanas it was too stony to use so we only went in the sea once. My son loved the activities: football, darts, boccia, volleyball for over 16s were on daily and were quite well attended. They also did paragliding which they enjoyed. The evening shows were ok, our favourite was the Cirque show. Mainly dancing but there was a show aimed at younger children with various characters. There were 3 à la carte restaurants included for lunch at no cost, Hasir, Sapore and Yammas although having seen the lobsters with their claws tied up ready to be eaten in the glass cabinets, my daughter was too distraught to return! All had the same lunch menus, as did 7/24 which was complimentary (recommend the steak). The buffet was plentiful and along with many other restaurants had a pretty outdoor seating area. We paid to eat at the Italian and Nori and enjoyed both. Service was very good and the cost was approx £25-30pp for dinner. Chandon Brut was my drink of choice and I loved the Moet and Chandon Bar which was open between 4.30-6pm daily, serving champagne (white and rose) and canapés. Our favourite bar was the Noble Irish bar. Service was the best, and they had a cocktail guy going around making smoky cocktails. There were screens showing sports outside. Inside was really beautiful and cool (as was the games room with a bowling alley, pool tables and free arcade games, including Grid, which kept my husband happy). The spa was a bit of a letdown, they tried to upsell my daughters facial without confirming with me and when my daughter checked with me, I asked only for a basic facial and they were obviously disappointed and according to her were quite rough and abruptly. She didn’t enjoy. My masseuse was good but reception staff were rude and it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall, a really fab holiday and I would highly recommend!

Top class hotel ideal for both families and couples. From the moment my family of six adults and four children arrived at The Cullinan until the day we departed, the level of service we received was truly exceptional. Zeynab and Atakan consistently went above and beyond whenever we used the WhatsApp concierge service. Their patience and professionalism were particularly impressive, especially when handling our restaurant reservations, which needed to be changed several times. Every request was dealt with promptly, efficiently, and with the utmost courtesy. We had 3 large golf view rooms. Two of the rooms were at the front of the hotel and one was at the back with probably the best view but a little noisier. All of the rooms offered extremely high levels of comfort and were more than adequate for two adults and two children. The sleeping arrangements consisted of one extremely comfortable very large king size double bed, with high-quality linen. Two additional single beds could be created from the two sofa beds. The separate and enclosed cloakroom and showeroom area was not only luxurious but very well designed. The shower cubicle was extremely spacious, sufficiently powerful, easy to control, and the temperature was very stable. The patio doors led to a spacious balcony complete with a day bed which was probably an ideal place to get away from snoring partners, however I never had a need to use it !! The mini bar was replenished daily and you could specify items of your choosing. The maid service provided by Hatice both during the day and in the evening was superb. When we return, we won’t hesitate to request the same rooms in the future. The food and beverage offering was extremely comprehensive. The buffet restaurant, especially in the evening offered a very wide range of quality options. Dining outside in the morning sunshine was delightful and extremely comfortable. The furniture throughout the hotel is of a very high-quality and the extensive buffet area both inside and outside was no exception. All of the al a carte restaurants charge quite high supplements especially the Greek (adult €55) restaurant and the Teppanyaki (adult €60) restaurant. Having said that the food was very good and the entertainment was excellent. Big shout out to Dilah who was our chef in the Teppanyaki restaurant. He was full of fun getting us all involved and the food was delicious. A truly memorable evening. We spent most of our days at the activity pool as we had a number of young children with us. The activity pool is within close proximity of the waterpark which the children and several of the adults in our group really enjoyed. The service provided at the pool by the roller skating waiters and waitresses was absolutely fantastic. They are all a real credit to the hotel. You can also place poolside orders via a QR code that is positioned on the parasol if on the very odd occasion there are no waiting staff available. The children enjoyed the beach club section which had waffles, churros, ice cream, fruit and drinks. The patisserie and chocolatiers sections inside the hotel were also very impressive. The bar on the pier down at the beach is a fun place for a drink and relaxation. The arcade which was free was a great place for the children to have fun. However a lot of the equipment does need updating. A truly memorable and fantastic holiday thoroughly enjoyed by my extended family, so much so that we have already booked to go back again next year !!

Knowing that they were available whenever we needed them, day or night, made us feel incredibly comfortable and well looked after. From our room to the beach and the restaurants, they were always ready to help with a smile and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Their kindness, professionalism and positive attitude made a huge difference to our stay and made us feel completely at home. Sena and Tuğçe are a real credit to the hotel, and thanks to them we have come away with wonderful memories and an unforgettable holiday. I’d honestly rather not leave a review because I want to keep this place a secret - but it’s only fair to give credit where credit’s due. This has been our 3rd visit here as a family of 4 - with now 5 and 7 year old girls. We’ve never stayed anywhere like this before, hence our 3rd visit back. The food is exceptional - I’m a fussy eater and usually avoid a buffet but I’ve had 2 or 3 plate fulls at each meal … there’s everything you could want wether you’re looking after yourself or letting your hair down. The drinks are great - no mixer machines - soft drinks in a glass bottle, any brand of spirit you could think of. This time we enjoyed the Teppanyaki show which was very entertaining! Our chef was Michael, and he kept our fussy eating children both fed and entertained, and was extremely patient as they smashed eggs all over the floor while ‘having a go’. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and a 5th birthday which were made very special by the staff with bed spreads, balloons, fresh fruit plates and cakes. We had two assistants - Sena and Tuğçe - who were in touch via WhatsApp even before we arrived - regular check ins and sorted things including organising surprises for our special occasions. They were caring and extremely helpful - checking in on us when one of our daughters became unwell and organising things to make her feel better. Then there’s the kids club … we couldn’t get our kids out of it which allowed us a proper holiday and time to sit still and read a book. When we did coax them out the slide pools, beach snack bar full of ice cream/waffles/churros and fresh fruit kept them very entertained. Generally the service in restaurants and bars is exceptional - filling your drink before you’ve asked, taking your next order before you’ve finished your last drink. In other places staff looked rushed off their feet and annoyed to serve you - not here! The gym facilities are also amazing - has helped me keep in routine while definitely indulging in other areas! The evening entertainment is beyond professional, think significant price per head admission elsewhere. There’s the kids club show, the main diamond centre show then the ‘after party’ in the beach club with professional dancers, amazing DJs and a welcoming of kids being there to experience the show too. I’m not a clubber but really enjoyed dancing barefoot in the sand to impressive drum beats, dancers and light shows last night. A special mention to Ceren on the events team who encouraged us to attend the evening events, and seemed genuinely happy to see us when w came and spent time dancing with the kids while they admired her with awe! We booked a family room this time and the difference is definitely worth it for the extra storage, balcony space and separate rooms/extra toilet and shower. We will most definitely be back, I don’t think I could risk the disappointment elsewhere! Standards have not slipped over our 3 visits and there is evidence of maintenance everywhere you look.

The hotel is perfect and very inclusive for everyone, especially when doing the listed activates and such as boccia and darts as the staff are very kind and welcoming.

Wow where do I start Room We had a Superior Roof room. The room itself was probably a normal sized room but was packed with amenities. The outside covered terrace was huge (helpful the evening it rained) The mini bar was beyond belief. Oreo's, 3x different nuts, raffles crisps, mints & granola bar. In the fridge 8 waters, a bottle of wine 2 Efe's, fizzy water, Turkish tea, cola & orange refilled daily. Next to the bed a digital tablet that worked everything in the room. Bed massive & comfy with a choice of pillows. Bars Plenty of them. Azure bar nice & chilled with live music on an evening. Nobles bar outside with the sports screens outside 24 hour bar of pure bliss. Diamond bar amazing for drinks during the day & when the entertainment was on although it was skater & waiter service throughout. Galapagos bar excellent too. Lobby bar quiet but excellent too. The pier bar was just bliss too gazing out over the sea with a cocktail in hand. The bar staff were excellent the majority spoke excellent English & knew exactly what drink you wanted. Massive shout out to Can, Samet & Tulep. In the fruit section the lovely Naomi. On the Skates around the L pool huge shout out to Erdem & Fatteh (for the foot care). Went absolutely over & above. Food Mare the main restaurant was amazing the staff so friendly although bizarrely the coffee was always cold! Sappore, Hasir & Yamas were excellent through the day for light meals. Pascarella a ls carte was a nice experience too. Waffles, fruit & Magnums in the food court a nice touch. Chocolatier amazing the chilli chocolate is to die for! Patisserie we never went in but the desserts in the Mare restaurant were amazing so they would have been. Drinks Top end alcohol such as Grey Goose, Beluga & Belvedere as standard absolutely superb. No giving you the cheapest if you didnt ask by name! 8 different bottled beers. Cocktails extensive list & exquisite tastes. Pools We found the Azure pool a bit quite so spent every day around the L pool. Lovely location, great service & great for a swim as the pool wasn't too cold. Entertainment Really good & a lot less repetitive than a lot of hotels. When we saw karaoke we groaned but it turned out to be absolutely brilliant with a professional band playing the music & professional singers helping the karaoke singers out. I also liked that the entertainment switched venues keeping it fresh. Diamond bar had the acrobats, stunt riders etc Beach Lovely white sand with plenty of sunbeds. WhatsApp assistant Ege & Ekinsu did a good job but I think sometimes there was a language barrier. But being completely honest they speak better English than I do Turkish so maybe that more my fault than there's. Massive shout out to cleaners for doing the most underrated job in the hotel to absolute perfection Would I go again? I dont go to the same hotel twice & already booked elsewhere for next year but if I did would be back in a heartbeat its worth every penny/lira.

The hotel staff that organised the darts,volleyball and boccia was really welcoming and made the activities really fun and enjoyable for everyone,I would definitely recommend trying out the various games.

Everything was perfect. Mostly with the help of our butlers. They were here for us any time we needed, always friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, everything you need is on the hotel area. Rooms were clean and we always had fresh fruits plate on the table. IMHO food wasn’t much different in à la cart restaurants and in regular ones. Enjoyed it equally. Big minus was the Greek restaurant where we paid for extra plates and the waiter asked to stop crushing them (though it was included in program) as there were kids. I think parents should better leave them far from the scene or in the room as it’s more for adults:) All in all the vacation was perfect)

I have had a great time at the hotel so far. My children also had a lot of fun. The staff at the kids' club welcomed me warmly; I would especially like to thank Ms. Cansu for her attentiveness. It is a place I can recommend to everyone. You don't experience any shortage of sun loungers at the pools, and similarly, they have 24/7 bars available.

It was an amazing experience! The best hotel where i was! Exciting views, so clear rooms, a big hotel area. There you can buy everything. A big choice of delicious food and drinks. The waiters so polite. Also, thanks for a girls, that spend their time with me and my friends at the parties and do some activities. They just make our evenings better🫶🏻

The property itself is beautiful, featuring a stunning beach club and fantastic evening shows. There are also many amazing staff members here who deserve recognition. Aguel in the Nori Asian à la carte restaurant was exceptional, and the chap working by the relax pool was absolutely brilliant. They even had a lady go around the pool to clean guests' sunglasses, which was a lovely, premium touch. We also booked a Pier Cabana for a day, and it was an incredible experience that I highly recommend. Additionally, the food throughout our stay was lovely, and the rooms were spacious, practical, and comfortable. We travelled as a family of 3 with a 9 year old. The slides were brilliant and the food for children was varied. When we experienced some initial service hiccups having to request things several times. I fed my experience back to a guest assistant following daily messages about how much they are there to improve the stay and help. They took it seriously, called me to a meeting with the managers to apologise, and the cleaning manager even left flowers in our room. This was an appreciated gesture that showed they initially took the feedback on board. The hotel explained they spend a lot of time training staff. The Negatives & Areas for Improvement While the hotel prides itself on incredible service, there are major areas where it currently falls short, especially given the premium price point and the expectation of a luxury experience. During our 10-night stay, basic communication was a persistent issue. We had to request milk for our room coffee three separate times before it arrived, and we had to ask three times for the technical team to visit our room. We also missed out on turn-down service one evening, and during one dinner at the main buffet, we weren't offered a drink and had finished our meal before water was offered. The hotel was full, but this should not negate service. The bar service varied wildly as well; some bars made an amazing Bramble and Strawberry Daiquiri, while others served what tasted like an awful, cheap slush. The biggest disappointment, however, came at the very end, leaving a sour taste as we departed. On check-out, we were dealt with by an incredibly rude individual. Aside from telling me the final bill amount, not a single other word was spoken to us no goodbye, no thank you, and no questions about our stay. Furthermore, as part of our room package, we were supposed to receive a "meet and assist" service at Antalya airport, but no information was ever provided on how to use this. When our guest assistant, Ege, messaged to ask what time we were leaving, I explained that we had already left. There wasn't even a reply to wish us a safe journey or hope we enjoyed our stay; the message was simply left on read, which just amplified the cold, rude departure experience. Final Verdict The hotel appears to be positioning and pricing itself on par with ultra-luxury resorts like Regnum and Maxx Royal. However, having been thoroughly spoiled by Maxx Royal in the past, I don’t think this property is quite there yet. Given the glowing reviews and how this hotel is marketed, I expected much more. It has all the components of a great luxury resort beautiful grounds, great food, and excellent entertainment but the service delivery and guest communication need to be much more consistent to justify the premium price tag.

Clean and comfy rooms, great food.

Unser Aufenthalt war vom Anfang bis zum Ende einfach perfekt. Bereits beim Empfang wurden wir herzlich begrüßt – mit Erdbeeren in Schokoladensoße und angebotenen Getränken. Danach wurden wir zu unserem wunderschönen, sehr großen und geräumigen Zimmer in der Lagune mit direktem Zugang zum Swimmingpool gebracht. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars – hier findet wirklich jeder etwas Passendes. Das Essen war vielfältig, reichhaltig und auch für Vegetarier hervorragend geeignet. Ich habe jeden Tag problemlos viele leckere Optionen gefunden. Die Chocolaterie und Patisserie mit ihren täglich wechselnden Kreationen waren ein echtes Highlight. Sehr praktisch fanden wir auch, dass beim Lagunenzimmer das Lagunenrestaurant inklusive Zimmerservice kostenlos inkludiert war. Die Zimmer wurden täglich sehr gründlich gereinigt und die inklusive Minibar wurde jeden Tag komplett aufgefüllt. Außerdem haben wir uns durch das aufmerksame Personal und die gute Bewachung der gesamten Anlage jederzeit sicher und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Parkplätze stehen direkt vor der Lobby zur Verfügung, was die Anreise sehr angenehm macht. Auch das Fitnessstudio hat uns positiv überrascht: groß, modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für effektives Training im Urlaub braucht – inklusive Beinpresse, Kabelzug und Geräten für alle Muskelgruppen. Natürlich darf man keine speziellen Bodybuilding-Geräte erwarten, aber für das Training im Urlaub ist das Gym wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Fariyar und Mahmud. Beide waren jederzeit erreichbar, haben uns immer bestens informiert und wirklich jeden Wunsch möglich gemacht. Generell war das gesamte Personal außergewöhnlich aufmerksam, freundlich und herzlich. Ein paar türkische Floskeln werden immer mit einem Lächeln erwidert und sehr geschätzt. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich willkommen und wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Facilities are old, management is indifferent. Cash stolen from our room during our stay. Hotel acknowledged the incident and was unable to resolve it without a formal police report. As a gesture of goodwill, we were offered dinner and a cabana. Use the in-room safe for all valuables.

Beautifully situated with a stunning view of the golf course, perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Everything was impeccably clean, special thanks to Ms. Raise who took wonderful care of our room and ensured it was spotless every day. The variety and quality of the food were excellent, with something delicious for everyone to enjoy. All the staff members were attentive, friendly and professional, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Even during the winter season, the outdoor pool was heated to a comfortable 30 degrees, which was one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend.

Все идеально, высокий уровень сервиса, подготовленности персонала, великолепные условия проживания. Номер просторный, свежий, большая терраса с удобным диваном. Еда превосходная, кухни как турецкая так и европейская на высоком уровне, подача, вкус - все идеально, хороший алкоголь игристое Chandon, вина Бордо и хорошие турецкие, коктейли как в отличном баре. Очень достойный детский клуб, трехлетний ребенок просился туда каждый день и всегда было достаточно внимания, активностей - готовка, аквагрим, есть отдельные занятия для детей по-старше типа керамики, рисования на футболках. Детей также возили на мини-огород собирать овощи с грядки, ребенок был в восторге) аквапарк, уличные бассейны хорошо подогревались, даже в зимний сезон было очень много активных баров, ресторанов, точек с едой типа вафель, кондитерской, шоколадницы, ресторан 24/7. Каждый день диджей на бич клубе, очень атмосферно. В целом превосходная красивая территория, поля для гольфа просто глаз не отвести, особенно на закате.

Не очень удобный раздевалки в зоне спа, общая раздевалка со шкафчиками без отдельных кабинок, уединенные кабинки есть в зоне внутреннего бассейна, но там всего один крючок, которого не достаточно для комфортной смены одежды

4й раз в Кулинане, все очень нравится, но сервис становится чуть хуже каждый год :( хорошая еда, отличные номера, но 40 евро за аренду драных (в прямом смысле) ракеток - полный провал, не надо так, пожалуйста.

Without doubt the best of the Titanic chain hotels. Modern big space a lot of options kind staff but very bad organization and management even that they have several supervisors and managers the result is negative. We have been for second consecutive time for the New Year and seams the things are going worse. We payed 350€ per person for the New Year GALA and we got food below average few drinks and no service. The waiters disappeared in the middle of the event and since then no food no drinks no water no service. The worse came when the orchestra started to play only Turkish songs very loud and unpleasant ambience if you DO NOT SPEAK TURKISH. DO NOT EVER GO FOR A GALA TO THIS HOTEL. We will choose other destination for next year.

We stayed at Cullinan Belek over the Christmas holiday through New Year (Dec 2025–Jan 2026) and had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained, and everything felt smooth and well organized throughout our stay. A special thank you to our butler Akin — he truly made the trip. He looked after us with great care, checked in regularly (in a very considerate way), helped with arrangements and reservations, and was always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of, especially during a busy holiday period. Overall, a fantastic holiday stay. We would happily return and highly recommend Cullinan Belek — and if you can, ask for Akin!

We spent a wonderful week there as a three-generation family (4 adults and 3 children). Although we were unlucky with the weather and only had good weather on the last day, it did not affect our mood at all. The food was excellent and plentiful, the kids’ club offered a wide variety of fun and engaging activities, and the pool water was pleasantly warm and comfortable. Most importantly, all the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We are all looking forward to coming back again next year!
