Stay was very comfortable however room was not that which we wanted to have.

We wanted a double bed but we got twin sharing room

Location of the property was good

Everything was gud but in the room one of the wall paint was flaking. Room no 416

Staff were helpful, nice breakfast , Very comfortable room

In room 507, there was a constant mechanical sound in the ceiling, like a pump or generator. This was unsettling to the really exceptional ambiance.

Chef Kameshwar and Chef Raju prepared great food and provided excellent service.

First time at this property. There was an issue at check in regarding suite upgrade due to my Platinum Elite status. The front office manager Ashish came and professionally ensured status was duly recognised. Solid 4 star property in mint condition with hospitable staff. Breakfast was complete including a live counter. Would stay again.

Had a wonderful experience at Fairfield by Marriott Dehradun The ambience was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very pleasant. The food was excellent throughout our stay. We had a few special diet requirements as well as some requests for our child, and every single request was taken care of with great attention. A special thanks to Senior Head Chef Umed Singh Rana for personally ensuring that our dietary needs were followed perfectly. A big appreciation to Chef Rajender, Chef Trivender, Chef Ganesh, Chef Rohit, Chef Arjun, Chef bhupender singh and Chef Kameshwer for preparing such delicious meals with consistency and care. Special thanks to Kavinder, Amit, ajoy, fardeen and all other service staff for warm and attentive service, and Managers Neha Ma’am, Neeraj nisha and Anjali for making sure everything was smooth and comfortable. A heartfelt thanks to Sumi Ma’am for the thoughtful room upgrade it made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Finally, heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. You all made us feel at home. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again

This hotel is excellent and congratulations to the staff and to the ownership for creating such a lovely place. I think the staff are awesome and I want to thank them for looking after my wife when she fell a little unwell. The accommodation and food was excellent - thank you chef Bhupendra! The staff are all super helpful and friendly and really understand customer service.

We had an incredible experience. Food was par excellence. I traveled the whole world but the food here was out of the world. Special Mention to Chef Bhupendra, chef Ashish, Chef Rajendra, Chef Narendra and Chef Arjun. Their hospitality was commendable. They served us each dish with so much love, all tasted heavenly. I don’t have a sweet tooth but I couldn’t resist myself to finish my dessert platter. It was that good. I would definitely come here again to experience their expertise which they put and inculcate in each dish of theirs. Do come and have an experience of flavours and hospitality.

Marriott Dehradun has become our go-to destination every time my wife and I visit the city. The hotel is excellent, but it's the people who make every stay truly special. I recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott, Dehradun. The hotel has several definite positives: the mountain-view rooms are lovely and peaceful, the restaurant offers pleasant green views, and there’s a nice selection of board games that makes downtime enjoyable. However, there are a few areas that need attention. The pool water appeared unclean, and the in-room bathing soap felt low quality. The room couch mattress was uncomfortable and needs replacement. Overall the experience felt more like a 3.5 to 4‑star stay rather than a 5‑star one, and it didn’t feel like good value for the price. Service also seemed more transactional and profit-focused than guest-focused.

Food was excellent. Experience was good. Chef Kameshwar was attentive and friendly.

We had a really lovely stay and would happily give it a 10/10. Sumi at reception was so welcoming and helpful throughout, and Chef Naveen really went out of his way to take care of us when it came to the food — he even made us a farewell pastry before we left, which was such a sweet gesture. Shivani at Pano was always warm and incredibly patient with us during the morning buffet, and Manoj at security was always around and happy to help whenever we needed anything. A big thank you to all of them for making our stay that much more enjoyable. We’d definitely love to come back!

I’ve been to multiple 5 star hotels all over India, but the friendly service that Marriott overs is off the charts. Totally recommend this hotel if anyone wants to stay in Dehradun for a vacation.

I was looking through website and was planning for a stayaction trip and came across this property and gained knowledge about it and I must compliment that this is a very very nice and peaceful property to visit. A good property near to the mountains and all of the popular cafes & restaurants are near to this property. Rooms are very neat, clean & tidy with Good view as in Mountain view, City view. I got a good deal for my family inclusive of breakfast & dinner. Staff doing service in Restaurants like - Lalit, Khusboo, Karvinder & Rakesh sir & Umed Chef who look after all of my taste according salts and spicies needed according to my need. Thank you for taking care of me and my parents taste in food. Housekeeping staff on my floor was very very helpful and would help me with a big smile and greetings all the time whenever I met him and asking for anything at that moment. Front Office Staff - Ms Anjali, Ms Angely, Mr Abhimanyu, Mr Tannuj, Mr Abhishek & Mr Salman for keeping full track about my ETA, Check in Procedure, giving me knowledge about what all is included in my Package, Telling me about the Timings of Breakfast & dinner and arranging cake and room decoration for my mother's birthday and doing what all best they can do for making the day special. Helping me and letting me meet with the chef to know about my taste buds as how I need in my food during the Hi-Tea time. Meeting the staff and gaining knowledge about the Bonvoy group and gaining knowledge about their properties and learning about their Breakfast & Dinner rates. Thank you Service Staff, Chef, Houskeeping Staff, IRD Staff & Front Office Staff for making my visit worth and rememberable one.

We visited this hotel with our family to celebrate my husband’s birthday for the second year in a row. The only reason we returned was the exceptional hospitality, excellent service, and wonderful amenities. A special thanks to Chef Umaid Singh Rana, Ms. Neha, and the entire team at Pano Restaurant for taking such great care of our family. They prepared delicious special meals for us and thoughtfully made baby food for our little one. Ms. Neha also went out of her way to play with our baby, keep him entertained, and shower him with so much warmth and care. Their kindness and thoughtful gestures made our staycation truly memorable. The entire staff was humble, courteous, and welcoming throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for family vacations, celebrations, or a relaxing getaway. We look forward to visiting again!

I had made a booking at this Hotel for a family function at their HABICUSS -2 hall and also hired their panellist decorator namely Mr Abhinav for decoration. I had a very bad experience with the hotel booking sales staff (Ms Anjali) , she was very good until she received the payment from me . Once she received the final payment her behaviour changed . The place was booked Upto 6 pm but the airconditioner was switched off around 4.30 pm. The decorator started to dismantle the thing around 4.30 pm while my family and my guests were sitting there. No welcome drink was been provided to my guests for whom I had reserved rooms in this hotel. I had booked DELUXE ROOMS but they provide 1 Deluxe room and 3 STANDARD ROOMS and when I questioned that Ms Anjali told me that the charges for Deluxe room and Standard room are equal. Is it justified. I am totally disappointed with their services. My suggestion to all “ BOOK THIS PROPERTY WITH UTMOST CAUTION”.😡😡

Sparkling clean, beautiful property, perfect for a weekend getaway where you can have a good stay, rooms are good, even the base category rooms have good amenities. The pool & gym are small but fine. Just 1 Kids Room is missing..would be a good addition if they do. But yes good vibe, & a nice atmosphere all around. The best part in this hotel is the F&B dept. Food is too good with a nice spread. Each & every item have been given proper detailing in taste. Mr. Rakesh Joshi was fab, going out of the way to bring a smile to their guests. Ms. Neha Pokhriyal in F&B doing a great job, interacting & assisting like a family. Ms. Chandni at the front desk really helped getting the perfect room swiftly. All in all, a great experience, great service, great food..full 10/10 ✓

Mr. AKASH has really supported us with the best service during our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Manish in the restaurant who has really provided the the best service during our breakfast lunch dinner.
