Breakfast especially veg could have been better. South indian options like crispy vada , dosa wasn't there. Overall just ok breakfast in my opinion. Biscuits of various varieties could be added.

Staff has no training and sent in to trouble guests so vacation mood gets spoiled. Chef does NOT know how to make pancake. So that should be removed from menu. Stick to basics. Pay staff nicely. Hold regular trainings. So you don’t lose clients

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Excellent Stay at Prominence Mussoorie I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Right in the center of all activities and great scenery. The room was spacious, clean and fresh with a large bed. The service at the front desk and the catering were excellent as usual, and the staff made my stay a pleasant one. I needed to change my flight bookings, Mr. Ravindra Chauhan, Executive Assistant Manager, assisted me through even if it was not this responsibility. Thank you Sir for your professional and courtesy. Buffet meals were excellent with Hi-tea served. Whenever I return to visit the area, I will definitely make this place my base for my further travels into the North of Uttarakhand.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2025The rooms are well maintained and good wash room, linen, staffs specially their GM who at reception was very helpful to make us more comfortable and happy. Staffs are very friends and served with great smile. Food was awesome, we had man-chow soup and tofu’s &veg manchurian with fried rice, excellent. Value for money and very satisfying stay. Few days later on return i stayed in Hayat Centric, but Floreance is the best in always than Hayat. I missed your hospitality on return journey.

Il personale è gentilissimo, sorridente e molto disponibile. Il Direttore ci ha messo a disposizione il taxi dell'albergo per delle piccole uscite vicine. Il ristorante è aperto fino a tardi con cucina molto varia e molto buona. La colazione è molto ricca. La stanza è spaziosa, confortevole e pulita. Lo raccomando al 100%.

Reviewed Oct 18, 2025I liked the room- spacious, beautiful views, luxurious bed, great water pressure in the shower. I enjoy their new kids playroom for our toddler. The managers were quite helpful during our stay.
The staff in the restaurant could improve their customer service like asking for our needs and assisting bringing foods to our table. The pool was not functional during our visit.

The hotel is advertised as five star but it is really a 2 start hotel. The rooms are extremely noisy. Big tip. If they give you a room on the 4th floor just refuse. There is a restaurant on 5th floor and all night the guests drag their chairs and it is impossible to sleep. The bathrooms are very small and smell a lot. The cleanliness is a sham. Breakfast was just average. Not much choice and the taste was really average.

The breakfast experience was okaish. Options were there but the taste was not good. Probably they should change the chef. Also had an experience where they served us cappuccino the first day but asked for extra money for cappuccino for second day. Didnt understand that. It was sad then cz I really liked the coffee but did not get it in my breakfast again
