Hyatt Centric Rajpur Road Dehradun

Restaurant was very inconsistent. Some days food was excellent and some days it was terrible

Not much facilities to go around, except the swimming pool and the gym

Central location. Courteous and such a nice well behaved staff. Free upgrade to Deluxe room. Room was humongous and well equipped. Comfort. Cleanliness. Awesome and lavish breakfast buffet. Felt really nice. Complimentary access to gym and swimming pool

Not outright dislikes but just some suggestions - 1) at the breakfast, it's better if the tables are assigned numbers and the orders taken by the courteous waiters be written or can be given online. That would make sure some orders are not missed. I understand they take in multiple orders and might forget some in the process. It's only human. LIKE I ordered a parathha which hasn't arrived yet 😂 2)wanted to go into the infinity pool to relax but we didn't have the polyester swimming suit which needed to be bought. It would have been nice if it were included in the package . thankyou

The courtesy extended by the staff, the food, the ambience and the amenities all were up to the mark. It was indeed excellent property in Dehradun for luxury stay at the awesome location of the city. Thanks to the staff especially for their care and warmth.

They provided me with water with the wrong cap, and the bottle was broken inside, so I drank it and realised that there were small pieces of glass in the water.

The property was average like any other hotel while I paid premium for Hyatt

Not grand enough....average hotel

The staff were courteous, helpful and well presented. The hotel appears to be newly renovated. The in room dining was prompt, the food was delicious and the quantity was good - although on the expensive side.

The hotel is located at one end of Rajpur road, making it somewhat inaccessible. The room TV could not accomodate any app streaming from iPhones, which was a little too old fashioned. The corridor carpets had crumbs and bits of paper on it, required a good cleaning.

We booked two rooms via booking.com, however, upon arrival and seeing that we were a family on vacation, with kids, the hotel gave us a free upgrade and also interconnected rooms to ensure we have the best time during our stay. The staff, in general, was very polite, professional and accommodating of our requests. The food was really good, we tried almost all the restaurants at the hotel. Pool, play area, gym are well maintained.

The property is beautifully maintained, the location on Rajpur Road is perfect, and the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet spread is excellent. Special mention to Mr. Parikshit, Mr. Naresh, Mr. Deepak Pandey, and Mrs. Sheetal from the restaurant dining team. Their warm service and attention to detail made our dining experience very memorable.

It was very centrally located. The breakfast was good.

I changed my room twice..both times due to a lack of privacy. One time I was overlooking a neighbouring property that could see right into my room and the other time I had a room overlooking the internal hotel corridor through a dull courtyard with some artificial grass. The room cleanliness was average.

The front desk staff especially Bindia was very nice. The hotel was good overall.

The food quality was not good. Absolutely no taste in the food. Worst food I have ever tasted in any hotel. Continental food is bland but it still has taste. Even the fruits were spoiled. There was hair in the sausages. Very disappointed by the quality and taste of food.

Food deteriorated from last time. Though they replaced 2 times but the quality has certainly got degraded from last time.

Location next to mall

Food was not great. So after a disappointing lunch, we decided to eat dinner at a restaurant in mall. They have a TT table. The TT bats were old and worn out. There was one broken ball near the table. When we called reception for a new ball, they sent a person after 10 minutes to verify that the ball was actually broken. Then after 15 minutes, they came to inform that they are unable to arrange for a ball. This should amply show the capability of the staff.
