There is a x ray machine and you are reached every time you come in or out of the hotel. I found this too over the top in terms of security. You are also judged on how you dress and speak by the staff I felt. Speaking Panjabi it came across that they thought you didn’t know what you were doing.

The kettle inside the room was not clean. It's suggested to clean the kettle with vinegar and baking soda. I really wanted to use it but found it to be very dirty.

Reviewed May 28, 2026The hotel was clean and well kept. The lounge area was nice- they had board games and a pool table for entertainment. The bar in the hotel was nice and they made nice cocktails. The room was small but clean. The toilet in our bathroom wasn’t working and was fixed almost immediately.
Everything was good. Except maybe they can work on improving their towels. They seemed a bit worn out and old.

Junior Suite Pros: Reception staff ( RaviRaushan) very receptive and helpful esp when travelling with parents Room :Very spacious and comfortable for 3 people with luggage Bathroom : had an area near the shower to keep soap tray , shampoo Hygienic and generally clean Toiletries - well stocked Superior Room Pros: Smaller and slightly cramped for 3 people, but very comfortable for 2 adults and a child Comes with a queen-size bed and sofa bed Cozy atmosphere Reliable , 24 / 7 hot water Located on the higher floors, which we preferred Amenities : Swimming pool and gym were well maintained
We stayed in both the Superior Room and the Junior Suite during our visit, so this review reflects our experience with both categories. Junior Suite Cons: Located on the lower floors Air conditioning not maintained-maintainence work though prompt was carried out at 10 pm at night on arrival and once brought to the attention Hot water faucet/checks were inconsistent Superior Room Cons: Stayed for one night but a huge difference in rates over weekend ( Sunday) over 1 day No major issues during our stay No spa available Breakfast & Dining in ( room service ) The breakfast experience could definitely be improved. There appeared to be a lack of supervision, and the servers were not very professional. The continental breakfast selection was not very appetizing, with several items either missing or seeming stale. There was also very little variety in terms of local dishes. Room service food portions were disappointing — even the salad quantity was quite small. Overall, the stay was comfortable, especially the Superior Room experience, but there is room for improvement in service standards and dining quality.

AC didn't work properly, which was the whole reason we went there. The whole night was very disappointing, and resulted in not enough sleep for kids and us. Also, room had a weird stale stench as AC keeps cutting out .
