Ein sehr gutes Hotel zum Start unserer Rundreise. Das Hotel bietet alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück sehr gut. Positiv war, dass es auch normales Geschirr gab und nicht nur Plastikmesser uns Pappteller. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Leider wurde unser Hinflug gecancelt. Somit konnten wir erst einen Tag später einchecken. Wir hatten gehofft, dass uns das Hotel evtl preislich entgegenkommet. Leider war dies nicht möglich. Eine Wanduhr im Schwimmbad wäre noch nützlich.

My daughter and I had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn in Brampton, Toronto. We particular appreciated Lyndea wonderful service she gave us.

My family has been coming to this Hampton every summer for the past 9 years. The location is convenient for our plans, clean rooms, fantastic warm pool and friendly staff. The breakfast is hot and fresh. Special mention to Lyndia ❤️- this amazing woman is a blessing. She has been here every visit we’ve had and I’m always so happy to see her in the breakfast room. She is warm and welcoming and does such a great job; definitely one of the reasons we always return!

Lyndia was so awesome and kind to my daughter making her a birthday bag whose Birthday is today. She also gave one to my son as well whose birthday was July 4th. They were so happy and excited to open the bags when we got back to our room. Thank you Lyndia for making them feel special. May GOD BLESS YOU YOUR FAMILY AND ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS HERE!! Amazing experience, rooms were clean . Staff was friendly and specially Lyndia- Breakfast supervisor and Annette and Manisha were great. Specially Lyndia- should be appreciated, she was helping all the guests with her heart. Serving them water etc. on their tables. I will always remember this service.

Il était indiqué sur la page de booking que les animaux étaient acceptés et que tous les frais étaient inclus lorsque j’ai réservé et payer en ligne. Or à mon arrivée on m’a demandé de payer un extra de 75$ pour avoir un petit chien et ce pour seulement une nuit. C’est la moitié du prix de la chambre. J’ai argumenté avec le personnel sur place. Aucun de ces frais ne sont indiqués lors de la réservation. J’ai été dans d’autres hôtels similaires et habituellement on charge entre 10 et 20 dollars d’extra pour un animal. Le gérant a accepté de réduire les frais à 50 $ pour la nuitée mais ça demeure exagéré. Avoir su je n’aurais pas réservé à cet emplacement. Booking devrait indiquer ces frais surtout lorsqu’ils sont si élevés.

Hotel was very clean all throughout, pool was warm, breakfast was hot and ready first thing in the morning and the staff was the most friendly to us and our kids . They went above and beyond to make sure the kids had everything for breakfast they wanted and even gave them a little gift. Would absolutely stay again .

This hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable, temperature was great, bathroom was large and clean, and it wasn’t noisy. The breakfast was ‘okay,’ but did the job. I found the location wasn’t great; but staying in a clean and safe location was worth it.

This is a truly special Hampton Inn:) I travel extensively for work and this was the nicest and most unique experience I’ve ever had at a Hampton Inn. This new hotel is what all other Hampton Inns should strive to be. The breakfast staff Bella and Lyndia were hardworking, professional and really made me feel valued as a guest, they made me feel like family. I plan to stay at this hotel again and again in the future next time I am in the area for work

This hotel is very clean and well managed. It is close to the 427 hwy for easy access. We have stayed here multiple times and really had a positive experience. The front desk and breakfast team are welcoming and very organized. Bella greets everyone with a morning smile and keeps the breakfast buffet very efficient and well stocked. Highly recommend this hotel for the price affordability and comfort. Thank you everyone

I visit every week for two days, and she always helps me and listens to all my concerns. It is rare to find someone so dedicated and genuinely caring in customer service. I chose this establishment because it was a central location to my customer meetings. Check-in was easy and friendly. It was a nice touch that the front desk team sent me a text message asking how everything was and if I was happy with my room. The room was clean and comfortable. A good place.

Everything was amazing! The room I was staying at was amazing and the staff were so nice. The breakfast was 5 stars and their waffles were delicious. Everything was clean and tidy and had everything I needed. Shout out to Bella for her service and help.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Brampton Hampton Inn and Suites since January 2026. Both times it has been a wonderful experience. The hotel is totally renovated and updated and very aesthetically pleasing. The front desk procedures make it is easy to check in and out. What really makes this Hampton Inn special are the people. From the front desk staff, to managers Steven and Milanda, to housekeeping, each and every one we encountered were pleasant and professional. The breakfast supervisor Lyndia is exceptionally kind and friendly. She helped us navigate some gluten free options for my celiac family member, which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was tasty and the breakfast area was pleasant and very well stocked and maintained. Lyndia and Bella are absolute treasures and their and Milanda's kindness made difficult medical visits much more comfortable and less stressful for me. That kind of customer care and attention will make me come back to this Hampton Inn again and again. They have a lovely pool area and nice fitness centre as well. The rooms themselves are clean, neat and well designed and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Thank you to the staff of the Brampton Inn and Suites for you continued outstanding service and care. You are what a hotel and the service industry should be. I have already booked 3 more stays at this hotel and have recommended it to my family and friends.

Dealing with the online booking site who double booked me and having to argue about not paying cancellation fee. Will never use booking online again. Called their phone number to discuss trouble online ending up being billed for call to uk. What happened to booking over the phone. Rediculous.

I am writing to formally express my deepت with the handling of our group reservation by your sales manager. We had received confirmed booking emails guaranteeing our accommodations at your hotel, which gave us confidence and peace of mind while planning our stay. However, upon arrival, we were unexpectedly informed that our group had been relocated to a completely different property due to “overflow.” This situation was not communicated to us in advance, nor were we given any opportunity to make an informed decision. What made this experience significantly worse was the quality of the alternative accommodation. The motel we were sent to was far below acceptable standards—unsafe, poorly maintained, and entirely unsuitable for our group. This is not what we agreed to, nor what was promised in the confirmation we received. This situation reflects a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for guests. Overbooking or operational challenges should never come at the expense of guests who have confirmed reservations. The way this was handled caused stress, inconvenience, and a complete breakdown of trust. I expect a clear explanation of how this occurred, as well as appropriate compensation for the disruption and unacceptable conditions we were subjected to. Additionally, I strongly recommend reviewing your booking and communication procedures to ensure no other guests experience this level of mismanagement. I look forward to your prompt response.

Było wszystko co trzeba. Trochę szkoda że tak krótko. Jest basen i nawet da się popływać. Woda wygląda na czystą, na pewno bardzo przejrzysta i nie czuć tony chloru. Śniadanie - można się najeść w opór jak się chce. Kawa, herbata, gorąca woda cała dobę. Lokalizacja Dobra, jak każda jak się ma samochód ;) Spoko hotel.

Śniadanie syte ale mało urozmaicone. Ale przy tej cenie to i tak że było. W Toronto za 4 osoby za śniadania trzeba zapłacić porównywalną cenę jak tutaj za pokój dla 4 osób że śniadaniem ;) Zero warzyw ale chyba standard bo jeszcze nie widzialek w Kanadzie warzyw ;) Nic. Do czego można się przyczepić. Aha. Nie dajcie się zakwaterować w 110. To przy samej windzie i recepcji. Słychać.

After enter the room, then want to go out, and try the room card to tap the door look, no response, ask from desk have a check, then confirm the door look broken. I have to keep one person inside. They only give 25 dollar off, I ask full refund, call them. Email them , no response. So bad service.

Bad experience before check-in. Someone kept calling us to change my confirmed room type due to overbooking. This is unacceptable and shows poor management.

Extremely disappointing experience. The sales manager kept calling me multiple times trying to change my room type because the hotel overbooked. I haven’t even started my stay yet, and already dealing with this kind of pressure is unprofessional. If a room is confirmed, it should be honored—not negotiated last minute due to internal mistakes.

The booking was confirmed for two queen beds; however, upon arrival, the room type provided did not match this request. This discrepancy has caused inconvenience and reflects a breakdown in communication and reservation handling. As you know, room type accuracy is critical to guest satisfaction and overall service standards. I would appreciate your immediate review of this matter and clarification on how this oversight occurred. Additionally, please advise on the steps being taken to rectify the situation and prevent similar issues moving forward.

Very clean and quiet

I consider my stay at the hotel a resounding success. Lyndia deserves special praise for creating a wonderful, family-like atmosphere during breakfast. She is very helpful and supportive. She quickly found common ground with my six-year-old son.

Lyndia from the kitchen gave us a wonderful service. I suggested her to have a QR code instead of a website to get in the service review. It's going to ease the process making is faster and user friendly.

Good value. Great location. Quiet and clean. Nice to have access to a kitchen during our stay. Our Master bedroom had a private bathroom.

Note: common area kitchen, dining and living room is shared with all house guests. Fortunately, we had the main floor to ourselves during our stay. Common area was cleaned daily.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Wonderful room service, big bed, large bathroom, and clean room.

Toilet was small, could be taller, someone with knee problems could find it hard to stand up. Otherwise excellent hotel.

All the staff were very nice and welcoming especially Bella who worked in the kitchen. She was always ready with a good morning and how are you. She also provided gift bags for the kids. My experience has been amazing and I would choose this hotel again in a heartbeat.

Working with the sales department was frustrating from start to finish. The sales manager was unresponsive, disorganized, and did not honor agreed arrangements. This created unnecessary stress and affected our business plans. I would not recommend relying on this hotel for corporate or group bookings until there are serious improvements in management and customer service.

I stayed there for three weeks, everything was perfect, the staff are friendly and very helpful, the hotel is clean and they have a great breakfast, the breakfast hosts, Bella and Lyndia are wonderful, highly recommend the waffles, fresh batter daily. My overall experience was great!

I've been coming to this particular location for a number of years. The team here always takes good care of me, especially Lyndia at the free breakfast. She is always there with her partner cooking up a storm. I bounced from hotel to hotel until I stumbled on this little hidden gem and have been coming here since. Lyndia made me feel at home with the breakfast and that's all a person wants when they're traveling for business.
